Terrible. My nails look awful. The dip is peeing off after a week. On top of the my mani pedi took 4 1/2 hours. The furniture is sooo uncomfortable but ikea is not know for comfort. Will definitely. Not return.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My nails look terrible! They are bulky, I was cut on my toes (never happened in life) and all across ny fingers. There are traces of blood in my toe nail polish from the man painting over the wound he caused. Im far from happy and will never come here again.

Im extremely sad and disappointed in the entire experience in entirety. I asked for a simplistic service. I requested a basic Mani Pedi. I wound up paying $40 leaving with nothing I asked for because the manicure and pedicure werent completed at all. I left with horrible looking cuticles on my hands and my nails. $40 to put my hands in cold water while forcefully and painfully rip off my pollygell. I went home and did them by myself and they came out beautiful. Im highly disappointed.nI will be going back for a refund. Hopefully the business ethics is better than their workmanship. Once I receive a refund I will edit my review.

Kim is honestly the sweetest and funniest nail technician I have ever encountered. Not only does Kim amaze you with her outstanding skills and techniques, but she also delights you with er conversation and humor. If you do visit this nail salon be sure to request Kim. Also, the threading in this facility is outstanding. Will never go to a different salon again.

After a truly amazing experience, I felt highly compelled to review this nail salon. Kim, the owner, immediately greeted my daughter, 12, and I with such a genuine smile and kind attitude. She offered us a wide variety of colors and brands of gel and dip powder to start. Kim made my daughter and I feel as though we were her customers for years. She was very meticulous when designing our nails. She did not finish until our nails looked perfect! I felt very comfortable to tell Kim if I wanted her to change a design or redo a nail and she gladly did.The entire salon was clean, organized, and the tools were sanitized. I will be a customer for life!!

I just moved down here from NYC and Im very selective with my nail technicians. Ive only been to one other nail salon in Palm Beach @ the mall; good but pricey. I decided to go to Fansy Nails and glad I did! Kim, the owner has a very clean and beautiful salon. Her passion for nails are evident in the quality of her work. I asked for coffin nails style with gel, which many are not skilled in doing. She did a GREAT job and was very accommodating by supplying bottled water and even chocolate! Kim is a warm and professional person and i will be returning soon!

Kim is so good! Make sure you CALL FIRST AND BOOK WITH HER!!! DO NOT JUST WALK IN!! If you just walk in someone else will do your nails and they are terrible. Kim is very sweet, talented and definitely worth your time!

I have not been to a nail salon for a long time because I was never really satisfied with the service. Ive been in West Palm Beach for a few years now so Ive been to a lot. After having a baby my heels on my feet have been so rough and I needed help. I walked into Fansy Nails and Kim was more than happy to squeeze a pedicure in. Kim typically needs an appointment set 2 days in advance, so I will do so from now on. I felt comfortable with my 7 1/2 month old daughter. I am a happy customer!

Called and they took me right away. Great selection of colors and great job on the manicure and pedicure!

I recently moved here from new york, and i was having a hard time finding a good salon. Finally found it! Fansy Nails is GREAT. The owner, Kim, is so enjoyable and she’s great at her job. She takes pride in her work. She takes her time and makes sure that she does everything just the way you like it. She’s honest about what’s good and what’s bad. Ive been getting gel manicures for years and now I’ve fallen in love with acrylic gel. She knows I’m picky, and makes sure I leave her salon with PERFECT nails. You also cannot beat her prices! I have been a pedicure client of Tina for years. There have been quite a few owners, Kim being the most recent. I asked her why she does not have any of the new colors. She looked at my nails and told me “ if you get your nails done here I will buy new polish” seriously? I have a spa pedicure every month for $ 35.00 plus tip. Today I went back in, because I like Tina and Jewels, and I brought my own polish. When I showed her she laughed at me walked away and proceeded to tell me “ that many clients bring their own polish” . I do not want to punish the employees by not going in but I am really struggling with this one.How does a nail salon not restock their polish? She told me to use gel, there new!

I really enjoyed my visit, I truly felt I was being pampered. The owner is a humble and friendly person who cares about the customers. I highly recommend!

Not bad but not great. Got a pedicure. Felt like she rushed. Definitely used tools from previous client. Gross! I should have said something. I flinched everytime she clipped a nail or was trimming around them. Didnt even bother to get out ingrown nails. She put lotion on my legs, but didnt really massage legs or feet. Kinda just rubbed it in. Like I said, it felt rushed. Probably wouldnt go back. On a positive note, it was only $18.

I got my nails done (Next Gen) on Tuesday the 8th and they are chipping and peeling off (Sunday 11/13). I also got a pedi and was passed around (total of 3 people) so it was far from relaxing and not worth the $$. They barley used lotion for the massage and didnt rub my feet only my legs?!? Will not be back

A friend suggested I try this place a out and to ask for Sue. I did and now I dont go anywhere else. I tell her what I want or show her a picture and Sue does an amazing job every time

Wont come back here again. Literally in the nail salon Twilight Zone if such a place exists. Upon walking in I was ignored but strangely after a woman of European decent walked in she asked her what she needed and directed her to a chair. When I spoke up and said I was here first, Kim who seems to be the owner said I did not come in here first customers had to vouch for me. Wven the lady who walked in after said she is mistaken. Kim unapologetic after calling me a liar, unhappily told me to sit. Two minutes after the situation she was waiting on another customer and her card machine was not working so she turned to me and asked me could I fix it. So I went from being ignored and being called a liar to not being asked if I can fix her credit card machine. And this was just five minutes after walking in the door. Because it was Sunday and I didnt have any money options I decided to stay. Lets just say I was better off running to CVS and buying a Sally Hansen nail set and file to do my own nails. By the next day and look like an amateur with cataracts had painted my nails. Kim gave me a card they gets punched every time you come there.... anyone is welcome to mine as I will never be using it

My fist time at this place and it was a horrible experience, when I walked in I said I wanted a pedi and mani. Then I was proceeded to the pedi chair, lady asks me two people? I said no just me I want a pedi and mani. The girl that did my pedi was absolutely horrible, kept telling her I have ingrown nails so she will have to dig deep. Instead she cut me and didnt get my ingrown. When she was done she says ok thank you, so I asked about my manicure oh sorry I forgot...never again will I go there.

Nothing fancy about fancy nails they dont offer nail designs, no pampering, didnt give me time to pick a color. Only $18 dollars because its cheap service. I will stick to my $25 dollar salon.

An I haven’t even meet her . She talks bad about the pizza guy next door an says don’t go to Tina go to her Tina does do discounts and how she was rude to someone else and very unprofessional, and don’t go to get my nails by her I have to come to her . The nails she did for me didn’t last more than 4 days they all popped off . I called her to ask her to fix them she said no she will charge me . It had to be within 3 days I will never go back here and I don’t recommend anyone else to . Spend your money else where I promise you will regret coming here .
