I walked in and was immediately taken care of I went in for a pedicure super cozy little place nice and quiet. I will definitely be back

Nice husband and wife owners but quality of service was only so-so. The salon was messy and didn’t know if you were very clean, when you first walk in the door you are hit with the smell of gasoline from the snowblower sitting next to the entrance in the enclosed area. Sloppy work on the French manicure. The owner did the work and she told me she has 25 years experience. There was not a single person in the salon and yet they rushed through my service. I don’t know how they stay in business.

Professional manicures and pedicures at a reasonable price by the friendly and efficient female owner. Eyebrow waxing as well. Recommended by a regular customer.

The lady who owns it is literally a racist. First time I went I was she was finishing a person. They purposely didnt start me. A lady comes in and the only two people both work on her for an hour. Second time I come an hour before close time and her and the guy are not doing anything. She says were closing and had a sign on the window that said we can close whenever. But your not even packing up to leave. I wont beg anyone to take my money. 👎👎🐼

The owner of Cozy, who did my nails, claimed that the previous nail technician hadnt done a good job. Not true. The acrylic fill at Cozy was lousy. So sloppy that nails got caught in keyboard. Shame because its a great location. The place was messy, too.

Walked out of this salon with my nails unfinished because I was so unsatisfied with their service. I came in for a mani-pedi, and my pedicure came out fine. When it came to the manicure, the nail technician was very aggressive with my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding. Then I was passed off to another nail technician for the shellac portion of the manicure. Unfortunately for me, she had another client waiting for her, so she rushed through polishing my nails and painted all over my bleeding cuticles. I was quite frustrated at this time, and had already spent 1.5 hours in the salon. I asked them to remove the shellac and she told me that I would have to pay the shellac price.At this point, I just wanted to leave the establishment and never come back. After noticing my frustration, they then told me I did not have to pay for the shellac, which unfortunately did not make up for their lack of customer service.I do not recommend this nail salon.
