Very good wash.Car was cleaned well. They did a great job cleaning the windows.Not getting a 5 star die to bot using tire dressing.Definitely would recommend.

Seems always busy which is a good thing. Plan to spend a while waiting your turn in line. These are car washing experts and take their time cleaning your car to ensure maximum shine and cleanliness. The Full Service price $24 for interior is AWESOME! Five out of Five stars from me and I’ll be back!

We went to Norms Car Wash few times and everything was good, except last weekend when they left 2 scratch marks on our car (on the window and on the trunk). They are always very busy and I assume there was a stone in the rug that they used to dry the car and it wasnt replaced on time. We plan to fix scratches, but wont go back there again.

Had two cars washed here and they did a great job. I liked that it wasnt a machine wash, they actually wash the whole car by hand. The waiting area because of covid is a little small with only 2 seats right now but the wash doesnt take very long at all.

Not entirely cleaned. Spots left on my windshield, front passenger seat wasnt vacuumed. Driver side door very dirty. Dust all over the dash still. Dirty on the front bumper also... Ill have to buy products to clean it myself. Floor mats were cleaned well, but Im not sure this is worth $20.

I guess it is quality standard nowadays. I get that they are busy and a lot of cars going through in a day but this is what you get for $24. Not better or worse than other hand car washes in the area though. Waste of money but no other choice.

I really like Norms Hand Car Wash. Whether I take the old car or the new one, they care for my car like it was their own. No swirl marks, just a clean and shiny car. Their detailing service is excellent, too.

For $20 they do a horrible job. For being a complete car wash and you dont clean the carpets. The dashboard was exactly the way I left it before washing. This was my first and last time coming here.

Professional Detailing Friendly staff

The only thing that would make me happier at Norm’s Car Wash is if I came in with my car but left with someone elses Maserati. This place already does it all, going above and beyond each time. I consistently have grubby finger marks from a disheveled nine-year-old boy, slobber streaks from two larger canines on the windows, and the gentlemen here dedicate such a generous amount of time and effort in returning my car, spotless. Unsurprisingly, the wait line is long on the weekends, so I tend to go during the week, first thing in the morning, if possible. These folks are not in a hurry whatsoever to return the car to you and as a result, I have never had one complaint. You get what you pay for here: a quality, thorough car wash.

My first time at Norma today... I have never been more impressed with a car wash team. I keep my vehicles very clean, often spending hours detailing them. I don’t have access to a garage this winter, so with the temperature below freezing, I was looking for an indoor car wash. The team at Norms was professional, very fast, and cleaned my car far beyond my expectations,... highly recommended.

Not cheap, but they did a good job.

Have been here a few times and usually love the service. Went in today and had both of our cars washed inside and out. Really disappointed with the service. Outside still had dirt and streaks on it. Inside floors were ok, but there was still dirt on the mats and in between the mats and floor. Inside doors and dash didnt even look like they were wiped down at all with spray.This would all be fine for a 10$ car wash, but definitely not worth the 22$ I paid per car. Sadly wont be back since it seems like their quality has gone downhill.

I use this place for a regular car wash and an occasional detailing of our family minivan. Norms does a great job, they are thorough and professional and the service is excellent.

I liked the efficiency of the staff, but sometimes the attention to detail is not the best. Plus, they are a bit pricey.

Little too pricey for carwash $18 for full service for regular size car. It goes up for bigger vehicles.

Best car wash on North Shore

Fast, well priced and pleasant

They wash one car at a time, which spikes up the wait time immensely. I was the third car in line and waited 15 minutes to get into the door. Service $17 for a regualr sedan and nothing to rave about. All in all okay.
