Very sweet ladies working! They did a great job. These are my nails a week after getting them done

It was my first experience here and I likely won’t return. The staff was incredibly friendly, but my nails are already chipping and cracking after one day. Also, my middle finger needed an extension due to a broken nail and it was not filed correctly, giving it an unnatural shape. It was difficult to get a photo but almost all of my nails are cracking in the dip powder. Truthfully, it feels like a waste of $50 because I’ll have to get them redone due to the cracking.

I’m sitting in the car crying because my eyebrows are a mess and it cost 18 dollars and it is snowing and I have to find another place to do my eyebrows because I look horrible.. besides the eyebrows looking worse then when I came in they are still sticky as I’m sitting here but the decor is nice beautiful seating very well maintained Covid safe atmosphere I just would never return here I feel ripped off

I have a problem with the fact that the lady that was at the front does she did my nails why she started doing my nails so fast when she starting out at a customers coming in to the point every time she kept messing up my nails and my acrylic I have she didn’t even ask me that I want jail or toilet she just left it on there my nails are lumpy I have holes in my nails and everything I’m very upset I want my money back I would not waste time going near a nice salon but I wouldn’t go there😡😡

Ash took my appointment she was very polite and professional on the phone. My did my pedicure she was very gentile did an amazing job. It was my first time here and I absolutely hands down will be coming back. The place is super clean, the chairs are very comfy💅🏻!!!!!!

I found this salon riding down Woodward. To my surprise, I had the best Mani and Pedi ever. Mai was my manicurist and I couldnt be more pleased. She does an amazing job!. She pays attention to detail and is very pleasant. Thanks Mai !!

Love this place! I booked a party last week for my friends birthday and it was amazing. We all got delux pedicures,the girls did a fantastic job! They were very busy that day but did not rush and took their time giving us what we wanted. And also they’re royal chairs are incredible

I purchased a groupon for a deluxe pedicure. There was nothing deluxe about my services. First off, the entire pedicure, from walking in the doors, to leaving, took a total of 35 minutes and that includes the 10 minutes I sat under the fan to dry my nails. Thats unacceptable. A pedicure should take at least 45 minutes. The male who did my pedicure was lazy and rushed the entire experience. I will not be returning to this place.

Convenient location. Very clean

Came for a manicure and pedicure. They had me pick out a color and had my feet soaking right away, without being told about any wait. I then proceed to wait for a hour and nobody came to do my pedicure or apologize about the wait. So at that time I got up and left. If they would have informed me about the wait I would have understood and came back another time. Needless to say I won’t be coming back here.

My first visit to VIP was great. I had a mani & pedi. Ash was very pleasant, efficient, and did a good job. I would highly recommend the salon/spa and Ash..

Came in 20 minutes before closed and they did an manicure and pedicure at same time. They did a great job. I never felt rushed. I will go there now from now on, even if out of my way.

I recently had my first mani & pedi here thanks to Groupon. I was really pleased with how easy it was to schedule an appointment; Mai was friendly on the phone and thorough. I had my appointment with Kathy, and she did the best mani & pedi I have ever had! She really made sure each nail looked perfect. I will definitely be back!

They do an amazing job I asked for narrow and coffin shape and I got exactly what I want I they took their time they and didnt rush me I walked out very happy

I come here to do my nails every time I need to the owner Dallas usually did my nails they know how to put on acrylics and is a really good at dip powder and just normal shellac my nails always come out amazing

Half of the co workers does not speak English. The salon is beyond dirty & very unsanitary. I wonder if the nail technicians are even licensed or legal. The pedicure bowls are not washed properly or have a linings like most upscale salon who follows the book. They use the same file & buff when they are suppose to buy disposable packs. They dont sanitized the tools in a bag into the machine. They use alcohol & keep going and because of that I got a fungus in my right big toe because Jenny tried to get my in growing nail LOL! I never had a problem. Not to mention my nails shellac started to lift in 3 days !!! It was leaking, her painting sucks. I will never go back again.

I went to this nail salon with an appointment at 3:30. I sat waiting around until 4:00 before my service even started. Unfortunately, this situation has happened twice previously, and each time I tell myself, Im never coming back. Alas, this third time was my last. This salon does not appear to value their customers time nor their repeated business. I can find plenty of other places that will produce a mediocre manicure at a mediocre price.

We tried to get pedicure and nails done they stopped us at the door said they booked today only 4 people was in there and they said appointment only and they booked i wont be back and i will let all know not welcomed how these shops dont post that by appointment only and walk ins not welcome

Very impressed with this nail salon. My last salon was gettin sloppy and overcrowded so I decided to search for another. The salon was extremely clean and the decor was well done. I had a pedi and a shellac manicure and was well taken care for both. The hot stone treatment in the pedi was a nice surprise!

Service Excellent! Diverse and Professional!

Been here a few time was bad 2 out of three. This last time was terrible the last spoke no English and was so rough. She spent 1 min total on my massage. Did not even file my toes. Waste of money. The paint job looked like a 3 year old did it there was a fuzz and bubbles in the polish looks terrible.

I made an appointment for a few of the girls in my bridal party to get our nails done the day before my wedding. When I called (2 weeks in advance) I specifically said this appointment was for my wedding. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment time, they were finally able to get us in. One of the girls working took 2 full hours to give a mani/pedi. We were switched around and bumped from person to person based on walk-ins that were coming in. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. When making an appointment 2 weeks in advance, especially for a day this important, you expect to be treated as a priority, not as an inconvenience. The lady working at the front desk admitted that it was their fault, but only said, Im sorry, sweetie. to make up for their unprofessionalism. I definitely do not recommend going here if you have any expectations whatsoever.

I had made an appointment for three people as a birthday gift and they were extremely unorganized with getting appointments in before walk-ins. Even though our appointments were at the same time we were taken at all different times and had walk-ins taken in between. The first person in our group was taken 10 minutes late and the last person was taken 45 minutes after our appointment time. One person in our party was told by an employee that he had to hurry up on her pedicure because they were behind on appointments. After being taken back 45 minutes late and told she would have a hurried pedicure we decided that would be the last time we took our business there! Very disappointing!!
