Wonderful time getting a shellac manicure and pedicure in preparation for my sister-in-laws wedding. Royal touch is clean, I got a great pedicure and manicure, and the massage chairs are an added benefit. The staff took great care of us and provided extra snacks and goodies for the bridal party. Looking forward to the next time!

My usual place was full for the night and I’ve come here maybe once or twice before and had -ok- experiences. I made an appointment for myself and a friend for 6 pm Tuesday night and specifically asked if we could be seated together. We ended up having to wait until 6:45 to be seen and even though there were open seats together they separated us. We both got dip manicures and the nail tech only gave me two coats (this was supposed to be a deep periwinkle color) you can literally see the whites of my nails underneath, it’s been 3 days and is already chipped. They also overcharged us, I heard the people before us get charged $45 for dip but we were each charged $48 for some reason.Overall I’m just very dissatisfied with my experience on numerous accounts and won’t be going back.

My sister just got married and had all her bridesmaids get their nails done here before the wedding. The ladies at Royal Touch brought out mimosas and cookies for us as we got our manicures and pedicures. They really made it a memorable day and the nails were perfect!!

The nail tech was very rude, did not fix her mistakes, cut my finger, and didn’t know how to do nail art… overall very sloppy

Anna and her staff were INCREDIBLE for our wedding party mani/pedis before a family wedding. They accommodated (with reservations) our large party (even provided some special treats!!) and moved us through efficiently. The deluxe pedicure in the massage chair was AMAZING. My 7 and 9 year old really enjoyed their manicures--and they even lasted through the whole wedding weekend (including a swim in the pool the night before the big day!) Thank you, Anna and staff, for caring for us so well. Im still enjoying my shellac mani a week and a half later!!

I came here last week and Henry did such a great job at my nails! Nice talking and taking care!Just one thing is it takes forever for waiting even i already make an appointment, somebody told me that they have the same schedule with me but they did wait for more than 45 minutes!!!

I recently moved back to Detroit from Austin about six months ago and have been meaning to check this salon out. I went there last weekend and this is definitely going to be my go to nail salon. They have a wonderful color selection and their massage chairs are absolutely amazing. On top of that the service was meticulous and careful. My technician was Kim. Also, I felt very comfortable with their COVID procedures. The salon has a beautiful aesthetic and is very clean.

I was able to get a same day appointment. Their set up for covid procedures is great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the decor was very pretty and setup nicely. Im a newbie with pedicures and getting my nails done, but Kim my technician was so helpful and so nice. I showed her what I wanted for my nails and she matched it perfectly. The massage chairs are wonderful, I cant recommend the deluxe pedicure enough, it was so relaxing. After a long winter my feet were dry and not very pretty aka ugly callouses, but I left with soft pretty feet ready to wear sandals this spring without cringing when someone looks at my toes. Im making my husband go next time so they can pretty up his gross man feet;) Kim did amazing with my full set too, she helped match the 3 colors I wanted ( theres tons of polish colors to chose from) and she was quick and gentle while doing my nails, but never did I feel rushed. Im in love with my pastel french manicure and pastel blue toes. I will definitely be back and I will bring my daughter for the kids mani pedi too.

I used to love this place. I’ve been going for years. They used to be friendly and did a great job. This last year the service has gone way down hill. The last time I was there my nail tech was downright rude to me. I used to try to book with another women but every time I scheduled they messed up my appointment. I’m really disappointed to see how bad the customer service has become here. I will not be returning.

Me and my freind went there to get our nails done. We made an appointment and once we got got there we sat in the chair for 45 minutes waiting for someone to service us. After that we were moved to another chair and waited 10 minutes. When someone finally showed up they refused to do a simple smile design and said we could only chose one color polish. How unprofessional. After making us wait they couldn’t even do what we asked for. We paid 40 dollars for a fill and gel polish for something we didn’t even want. Never going again and never recommending this place to anyone.

After a very uncomfortable manicure with my nail technician I was charged for double the price of a normal gel manicure. I had another technician re-do my nails but still I’m questioning why I was charged so much for exact same thing my friend got and they were charged way less. Would not go back or recommend to others

I never write reviews but I had to create an account for this terrible experience. The colors they put out to select from are not the colors they use on your nails. I selected a nude nail but got a VERY pink color. I stopped the nail tech in the middle to ask if she’s sure that this color won’t be this pink. She said once she puts the top coat on it’ll look exactly like the one I chose. It did not. I paid 48$ for dip. I did not get what I wanted. And management did not seem to care.

Ive been here all the time but the new guy is so amazing!!! Hes very nice and takes his time to make my nails look awesome! I would highly recommend him to anyone. Love this salon

The ambiance is soothing, the pedicure chairs are really nice and do a good chair massage. Spa filled Covid 19 proctocols. I did the deluxe pedicure with Thy. She was wonderful with the massaging and the nail care. My toes are enjoying their new color.

This location is less than 2 minutes from my house so I have always found it to be super convenient. Plus, they have always done a great job - I actually think they are one of the places around town. However recently, I have been upset by the lack of professionalism / bad attitudes by some of the staff. It’s unfortunate that they seem to have a few ‘off putting’ employees because they really are great at what they do otherwise. It is hard for me to want to give people my business when I am made to feel like such an inconvenience as a paying, kind, and patient customer.

Every time I go I get a wonderful manicure! I have tried other places closer to home and closer to work but I always come back to Royal Touch! Thank you ladies!

Wow! Super clean facility. Better to have an appointment, but the wait time if you don’t is minimal. It is busy, not going to lie. COVID precautions are pretty darn fantastic. That is very important to us. My sister and I went for mani/pedi’s today. I wish I could remember the name of her tech, but both Lena (mine) and my sister’s did a fantastic job. Really efficient, incredibly nice. I can see why they’re so popular. I was really impressed with the facility as well. Like I said, everything was super clean. However, they really maintain the place. No missing trim, no gouges in the walls, no burned out lights. DEFINITELY our new go to.

Yea toe love! Royal touch is following the CDC guidelines to the letter. They take your temperature, make sure you wash your hands upon entering. Masks are required. Plastic barriers are used throughout the salon I feel as safe as if I was home!.

This is a great and clean salon! The staff was very friendly and the final product turned out perfect. I will definitely be back!Covid precautions: Everyone was wearing a mask. As soon as we arrived we were instructed to wash our hands before being seated. There was plexi-glass or plastic between all people when sitting. All tools came out of sealed packages and there was plastic in the tub that was removed and replaced between guests.

I had high hopes but unfortunately I had a terrible experience here. I asked for a design and was told it could be done, but that was obviously not the case. I ended up spending $65 on nails that were not the color or even remotely close to the design I asked for. This all could’ve been avoided if I was told from the beginning my design was too intricate, but that is not the case. Ended up having to go to a different salon the day after to get them stripped off. Unfortunately ended up being a huge waste of my money.

Ive been here twice. Service was great each time. Bring cash! They ask you pay tips in cash.

It became obvious the woman working on my nails and ties was also in charge of phone, walk in customers and customers paying after their services. She interrupted my services more times than I could count. She also forgot what step she was doing during my service when she returned to me. Would not return.

It’s was a bad experience I was overcharged for manicures and pedicure and they used completely different color on my nails she was rude when I’m done i paid 120$!! And I put 10$ tip she was asking about more tip I said no cause I have been waiting for hour even though I have appointment and they put different colorI would not recommend anyone to go there

I recommend making an appointment. Even with an appointment I waited 15 minutes at a busy time (4:00 pm). Very happy with my $29 pedicure and the chairs were ultra relaxing!! Very modern and clean salon. I will make an appointment for a less busy time the next time I visit.

I went here for the first time about 2 days ago and I loved it. They are very professional and very nice. The atmosphere was nice and calm. Kim did my nails and she did a wonderful job. I will be going back.

When my nail tech of 20+ years retired, I needed to find another salon. I really am lucky that I found Royal Touch when they opened. They are extremely COVID aware, professional while being friendly, and their services are excellent!

I started coming here after my favorite salon (Beverly Hills Nail Spa) closed during quarantine year one.First things first, it’s a gorgeous place. The decor is chic and modern, the pedi chairs are top of the line and the color selection is great. They go through lulls of being busy or being incredibly slow so I always make an appointment with one lady in particular which is proving to be pointless because they always give my appointment away, double book her or make me wait because she’s taken a walk-in due to me being a minute or two late and having to wait outside in a line to get in (so now I’m 10 mins late). If you can find someone here who does a great job and has a nice attitude then great, otherwise I would not drive out of my way. The pedi’s and mani’s are no better than any where else and the attitudes of the women who work her aren’t exceptional warm.

Used to be my favorite but they have made me wait close to an hour the last two visits( I had an appt). They take walk-ins with zero regard to people who have scheduled and appt. Not worth coming here anymore.

The employees are all so nice, professional, and truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I especially love the nail tech, Bebe. She does an amazing job with acrylics, gels, shellac, and pedicures. When people give me compliments on my nails I always tell them to go to Royal Touch to experience it for themselves! This place was so clean and nice, and the staff was so friendly! My friend and I went in for pedicures and they were really busy. They still got us in within 15 minutes of waiting. The pedicure itself was amazing. The place I normally go doesnt do the oil and hot stones and I feel like that made a huge difference. I will definitely be back!

It’s very random the service you will receive. Today so slow and clumsy. The massage was not a massage but rather just annoying. She was scrubbing my instep and it hurt. Ouch. Won’t be back.

Nice salon and nice location. My mom and I went here to get pedicures a couple days ago. pedi’s were fine but the girls were rude and had attitudes... try more friendly customer service for better reviews.

I was really hopeful for this place. Everyone that I have encountered was very nice and pleasant. I really like Davina. She does an amazing pedicure. This last time that I went, my shellac was so uneven and started chipping after the 3rd day. The nail art that I got was very bad as well. I will continue to go for the pedicures, but I will have to find somewhere else for my shellac manicures.

I went today for the first time. The place was pretty and clean! The staff were great. I accidentally messed two nails up when I left (my fault, I am not patient) and I came back the kind lady fixed it for me right away without any complaints. Great customer service. This was definitely a relaxing experiences. I am going to start coming here for my nails! Xx

Worst nail salon experience. I asked for a square shape and got coffin and when I told the lady she tried telling me that’s how my nail shape was before no hunny it was square and when I had asked her to fix it she made my nail crooked and thick which didn’t even match my other nails. 0/10

I’ve come here twice now granted the first time was for a dip manicure and I didn’t have an appointment, but they said they could get me in. I didn’t mind the wait because I had just walked in, what I did mind was being berated by literally 5 different workers to next time have an appointment and that it was really inconvenient that I didn’t have one, even though they have a sign that says “walk-ins welcome”. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and said next time I’d have an appointment. So I did make an appointment for me and girlfriend to get a deluxe pedicure, we were seated pretty promptly and they got started right away on my friend and told me they would be with me shortly, I said no problem my friend and I were chatting anyways. I sat there for the entire duration of her pedicure which was about 35-40 minutes and no one came to me. My water was actually cold and they were pretty much finished with my friends toes before they even started on mine. They rushed through my pedicure because I now expressed that I didn’t want the deluxe because my friend was done and I just wanted to finish so we could leave. They said “no you pay for deluxe, you’ll be done quick”. Then as I was finally finished the toe sponge knocked my big toe and I reluctantly had to tell them after much “be carefuls and don’t do that!” Yells from the girl (which yes I do understand it’s an inconvenience for them). But they just put a coat of paint over the splotch, which you can clearly see was ruined. I just finally said okay whatever because our appointment was at 5:30 and it was now 7pm for a pedicure!! I go to pay and they do have a sign that says we prefer cash but card is accepted. I paid card and was told “no cash?! Cash is better !!” At least three times. My friend did have cash and they told her very loudly “thank you for the cash!! We prefer cash!”. While I realize some of this is my doing, I will not be returning, there are plenty of salons to go to with nicer service.

I recently hosted an event at the salon and the staff was amazing! They took such great care of my guests. Everyone had a fabulous time and were more than happy with all the services they received! I will definitely host another party at this salon.

The salon is gorgeous inside, everyone was friendly and my toes look great. The nice girl who was painting my toes told me it would be an extra $10 for Shellac - when we got to the register it was an extra $18!A $45 pedicure turned into an $80 pedicure too quickly for my taste. Make sure your nail techs know the pricing. I will not be returning.

I always recommend Royal Touch Nails & Spa to many friends and family. I have had the pleasure of knowing and utilizing Ms Anna for more than 12 years. She also takes care of my daughters when they are in town, and they have come to love her too! The atmosphere and attention to detail by Ms Anna and the ladies at Royal Touch is fabulous! Royal Touch Nails & Spa has a really nice staff. The salon is really clean, and i never had any issues. I have been coming here for every two weeks for a couple of months. Every time i would get the Gel manicure, and my nails would start to chip after a week and need to be completed redone after two weeks. I asked the nail girls about it, and they said it was completely normal. Well two weeks ago, i stopped at new place on my way home, and my nails to this day still look amazing. I dont know if the new place does anything differently, but my nails never lasted this long from Royal Touch Nails & Spa.

The place is gorgeous inside, had so many options for colors, and they are very friendly. My nails look amazing and still have no chips or breaks after two weeks of getting them done. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants amazing looking nails as well as phenomenal service.

Best nail salon! Unfortunately, everyone else thinks so as well, so it can be a bit busy sometimes, but you will not find any better service. I have gotten my nails dipped by them for over a year now, and would never go to another place.

Tony fixed my botched acrylics that I got done elsewhere a couple weeks ago that were thick, clunky and uneven. He made them look so natural, classy and refined! I went in on Sunday and when it started snowing one of the owners brushed off my car and even cleared a path for me through the snow. It truly was the “royal touch” They have great chairs, awesome customer service and reasonable prices. If you’ve never been you need to try it out. You’ll never want to go anywhere else again.

Anna is my go-to for nails and I will follow her anywhere! Royal Touch Nails & Spa is absolutely beautiful with thoughtful details throughout. The built-in fans for drying creates a clutter-free working area and the decor is comforting and polished. Customers will definitely appreciate the cleanliness and welcoming staff. Tony did my nails today and did a wonderful job. He was polite, kind, and clear about everything I needed to know (price and whatnot). My only complaint is that the wait was pretty long but it was well worth it. Will definitely be returning.

Royal Touch lives up to its name. They do give you the Royal Treatment. The staff is very nice and the place is beautiful. I have been going to Ann for years and she is wonderful, as well as the rest of the workers. This is the best and ONLY place to go!

First visit, came for a French ombré dip manicure.. My nails turned out EXACTLY how I was picturing. I am so happy and will certainly be returning.

This place is beautiful and very clean. Everyone was extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. There is a large range of nail polish brands. It’s also right next to a new smoothie place, so you can sip on a fresh smoothie while getting a pedicure :)

I had my first pedicure in my life at royal Touch Nail and Spa. It was wonderful. I had a lotion massage and a hot stone massage. My feet looked and felt great. As you get your pedicure, you sit in large massage chairs. Two thumbs up!

8/11/2020- I have been out of state for two years and returned this week. This salon has taken every precaution to ensure your safety during this pandemic. Masks, gloves, plexiglass dividers between chairs. It was a very relaxing and welcomed pedicure.This new salon is so beautiful and relaxing you must try it. I received professional service from Anna and one of the owners. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who enjoys being pampered and treated well.

Made an appointment for 1:15 PM was never acknowledged. After a 15 minute wait randomly was told a pedicure chair was open (not because I had an appointment). Went over took my shoes and socks off, waited another 8 minutes. It was clear I would have been sitting there a long time before I received a service. I should be sending them a bill for wasting my time. Put my shoes and socks and walked out without any service. Do not waste your time with this place. Not managed at all and no concern for their customer exw.

I really want to like this place but the wait time is too long. I have tried different days and times, always make an appointment, arrive on time or early, but I dont have my appointment start until at least 20, usually 30, minutes late. Its a nice nail salon with nice people but they need to do a better job taking care of customers with appointments.

I seen BEBE to get my nails done after another shop messed them up. She did and amazing job. She def has a lifetime customer in me.

I went here for a girls date with my daughter. We made a appointment for 5 for a pedicure each. That didnt happen. They sent us back to our chairs after waiting a few minutes. That was fine. Her pedicure was started after 10 minutes. Myself however waited 30 minutes. My water got cold and I had to ask them to refill it :-(. My daughters pedicure was done when mine began. So much for a shared experience. Then after my tech went through the 3 steps before polishing she went to rinse my feet. I asked if she was going to trim my cuticles. She said she was getting to it. Then hurt me wth the file. I told her she hurt me. She said what. I said you hurt me. Then she proceeded to talk to the tech next to her in another language not sounding happy that I said something. Then looked at me and said let me know if i hurt u. My service was not finished in the pedi chair i was sent to the dryer where she came over to put the top coat on... no clean up around my edges. Not the best experience needless to say.

Unfortunately, yesterday was my last visit to Royal Touch. After 6-8 visits, I really wanted to like it there, because it’s very clean and (most) of the staff members are very friendly. However, I am very disappointed with the gel manicure I was given yesterday. The nail technician took less than 30 minutes and the polish was not applied evenly, so it looks very unprofessional. I regret paying the money, because I probably could have done a better job on my own. There have been other times when I wasn’t completely satisfied with the final product, but yesterday was by far the worse.Several reviews also mention wait time, which I can tolerate if the final product is good. However, there was one time that I made an appointment and I spent a long time waiting. I also watched several walk-ins finish up their appointments long before me.

This salon was very clean and relaxing. The staff was very nice. However, they do not use single-use nail files. If you are someone who wants to go to a salon where they use clean utensils every single time, this is not the place. It was $40 for a traditional mani & pedi (not gel).

Made an appt for 1pm for a pedicure and dipping powder manicure. I left out of there at 4pm. At 3pm when I asked why am I waiting after I had my pedicure, I was told that appts have been made and only a few girls know how to do dipping powder which was very frustrating and should’ve been brought to my attention prior to me making the appt. When I was FINALLY serviced the girl rushed to finish my nails forgetting to give me a manicure. WORST EXPERIENCE and very disappointed.

They do great work, and the ambiance is nice and clean! However, recently they have not been doing a great job of honoring appointment times which kind of defeats the point of making an appointment. Tried to go x2 in December, and waited for 20-25 minutes (ended up leaving with no service the 1st time) before I was started. Its in a super convenient location to where I live so will give them one more chance before I just give up and go elsewhere.

This is a great nail salon. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I came here many times with my daughter and my daughter-in-law. This place is beautiful, clean and has friendly customer services. Anna is wonderful and super helpful. She helped me to choose the color for my gel mani and pedi. She always makes me happy. Overall, this place has good price, excellent customer services and great variety of nail polish colors. I truly recommend this nail salon. :-)

I’ve visit this salon twice now. I really wanted to visit because of how many shellac poslishs & even dip (if I wanted to try dip) colors to choose from. I got a pedicure the other day and I really enjoyed sitting in the massage chair! They even use a hot stone lightly on your legs, which was very nice! For $29. This will probably be my regular spot because of their color selection! I recommend this place to friends and family. The staff was also very friendly.
