Wonderful professional stylist Spring Carlsteadt and very accommodating when I brought my 3 young teens to get their hair done. My daughters are 12, 13 and 14 they loved their hair and were so happy. Will definitely use again...love them!! Thank you again...💜💜💜💜

I had such a wonderful experience here. My nails still look perfect after a week of traveling and training. Typically I chip within 2 days. Plus I had a great time chatting and relaxing. No rush at all and the sugar scrub felt great. Looking forward to returning.

Sassys is a really nice & clean salon . The atmosphere is very calming. The staff is so nice & accommodating. Super happy with my mani / pedi. I will return.

Dont make an appointment unless you can wait 3+ months. This place is a joke. Korina literally couldnt schedule until at least 3 months, with booking like that - youre setting yourself up for failure, no one is that busy. Stay away as theres plenty of other great places locally.

Most nail salons do not have much personality but sassy nails does! That is because the owners Tim and Trish care about their customers and want them all to have a relaxing and comfortable experience. They ha e professional products and do a great job

I bought mini Pidi on groupon. Been Calling this place for passed 4 days to make an appointment, no one is answering the phone, I left a message no one is calling me back. I message them on the FB. They response. However, I mention I would like to make an appointment, I bought the groupon deal, and they never response to my message in Facebook.

This place has the worst costumer service ever along with having Karen Williams as a horrible owner. She doesnt know how to treat clients with respect. She was extremely rude! I had a groupon that was given to me by my husband, I tried to make an appointment, I called several times for at least two months and no one ever returned my calls. Making an appointment was impossible and more than frustrating. When I tried making one online I got a notification that my appointment was not booked, I tried contacting them online and I was treated with disrespect and rudeness. Not only were they extremely rude to me but they didnt want to set an appointment and blocked me from contacting them. Clearly they dont care to do business and have poor customer service skills. On the phone they were just as rude. I will be filling a complain on the BBB and the board of barber and cosmetology. I dont recommend this place to anyone!

Bought a groupon for 3 facials, she did a good job.

Extremely rude staff.I called to say I was late, no answer. I waited in front of the shop for 20 minutes, called again. Waited for an hour until someone finally showed up and told me I couldnt reschedule. My first experience was very pleasant, but Im definitely never coming back.

Had an appointment early this morning, tried calling and they never answered. I understand employees have their own schedules, but they can at least wait a few extra minutes in case of anything and answer the phone if theyre there.

Its a very friendly and nice salon. Got a gel mani and pedi and it was very relaxing and loved the job. My hands and feet look great

The facial I purchased on groupon never said it was a half and hour facial. It was not good product the only thing I can say that was good was the hot towel. The massage was horrible, way too light, and it was not in alliance with the facial muscles, or she didnt try. Sorry nothing good to say.

Great little shop in the heart of downtown Roseville. Amanda is the BEST for skin care services. Try the 1 hour European facial.

I purchased 3 groupons, one for my wife, mom, and sister for Mothers Day. It was impossible to make an appointment. They dont want the new business. My wife did talk to someone on the phone, and they were very rude to her. Ive never seen anything like this. They advertise and solicit new customers from groupon and then they dont want to provide the services that have been paid for on groupon. False marketing and deceptive business practices. Im filing a complaint with the board of barbering and cosmetology!
