I posted a review the other day that wasnt so favorable. I was unhappy with my services. The owner called me shortly after it posted. She was kind, apologetic and offered to make it right. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the staff so I agreed to try again. Im so glad I did!!! The tech that did my nails today, Dawn, did a phenomenal job!!!! Again, the atmosphere and staff were amazing and so are my nails!!! Not only did Dawn outdo herself but Terra checked on me several times to endure I was satisfied with the progress. Sometimes we have to just give the opportunity for errors to be corrected. Im glad I did. This is my new nail spot!!!

Today was my first time checking this place out. I called to see if they took walk ins and was told they were booked but was offered a callback to see if I could be squeezed in. I received a callback as promised and had an appointment with Stephanie. I must say, I was a little skeptical because I always am when I try new places but was thoroughly satisfied. I got a fill in and she was very thorough and made sure I was satisfied before she was done. I must admit that I am very particular about my hands and feet, so was surprised she was able to deliver the first time.. Prices are very reasonable and I will def be back to receive services from her. I think I found my new black nail tech!!!!

I bought a coupon for a pedicure and brow waxing, I wasnt sure what to expect because sometimes I feel like you get reduced services when you purchase things like that. Not the case here, they did a really good job and were very friendly. My 91 year old mom got the dip powder, her nails look great!They were so good with her and even gave her some nail gems which she is totally fascinated with. I would highly recommend this salon!

The service was awesome the atmosphere was great but the quality just wasnt there. The nails where to thick and lumpy in spots the owner reached out and asked to fix them. I would have went to the appointment Tuesday but after every shower they just kept getting more chalk looking like the polish was rubbing off. So I ended up going to a place that Ive gone before. Sorry ladies yall are amazing woman and I know youll improve and strive in your business.

Stephanie ALWAYS gives the best service and spa like experience. I look forward to my visit everytime. She shapes my brows, and gives me the best mani and pedicure. My last visit I experienced the paragon was treatment on my hands and feet. I left feeling so soft and refreshed. The massage chair is the icing on the cake.

The professionalism I experienced here was incredible! The beautiful nail & brow professionals are delightful, my spa day here was the BEST !I received a listening ear and tender care withSUPERD service ! The pedicure I received has my feet feeling silly smooth and polished to perfection, I selected the luxury pedicure with a little extra love to get the full experience ! The shellac manicure was done with precision & great care, my hands are relaxed and my nails look WONDERFUL!I received a high arch eye brow wax & clean up that has me looking “ close up ready “ ! The talented LISA treated my eye brows as if they were her own and believe me I will be back !My total experience was relaxing, peaceful and definitely a professional experience that everyone should have !

Hi I’m giving 2 stars. The customer service was nice. The young lady who serviced me was very respectful, polite and I feel like did the best she could. I also do have to say this just so it can be known and hopefully corrected. I love to see people thriving in their business. So hopefully this can be helpful criticism. When I walked in I immediately noticed a bad odor and the uncleanliness. I feel the lady just didn’t really know how to do a manicure all that well. I had to keep telling her what to correct and eventually I just left it alone because she seemed new at it. The nail bottles were filthy, the table my hands were laid on was so much clutter. The manicure took a pretty long time. Lastly my nails had a funny smell to them, not that polish smell. The environment is just off. I paid my money but I won’t be returning. I hope you guys get that place cleaned up good because people want to relax in a nail shop.

Ive had manicures and pedicures before. But, not routinely because I dont see my self as a girly-girl... But, I had a milestone birthday and got a mani-pedi at The Nail and Brow Place. It was life changing! The entire staff was so attentive and my tech, Lisa, was fun and professional. From now on I must keep my feet and hands looking and feeling this good. Ill be going to The Nail and Brow Place every couple of weeks and trying more of the services that they offer.

Stephanie is a true creative artist! If you give her an idea, she will make it ten times better! Takes her time, is so sweet and kind, & the place has a great local business feel.

I got an express pedicure that cost me $45… the shellac didn’t even last 3 days. I got a basic manicure with shellac that didn’t even last a full 48 hours that was $35. I feel they were overpriced and weren’t that experienced. I have always gone to Nail First and paid less, received more and my mani and pedi’s have always lasted a month or longer. I wanted to try The Nail and Brow Place to support local business just starting out. I wish them well but will not be returning nor referring anyone to them.

I went today for the first time to get a pedicure, manicure with shellac, and a facial done by Stephanie and she did a wonderful job. I was very happy with everything I had done. Stephanie was very polite, kind and professional. They offer other services as well I havent tried yet, but I will be returning and would highly recommend. Like Stephanie said they are a one stop shop for your beauty needs.

The ladies here kept me laughing and were very nice. I appreciate that they took me last minute.

My experience was good from beginning to end I called at the very last minute to book an appointment and was taken in the owner has a very sweet personality which made my day here a pleasant one I will be back soon

They were absolutely amazing it was my first time going and having my feet done and nails so on pointe. The staff including the owner they were all so very sweet and caring. I will be returning. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by every lady in there . Very nice atmosphere and all the woman were very nice the woman who did my Mani was awesome her name is deserie and will definitely be going back Great prices very clean very happy wish I would of known about this place sooner 💯💯💯

Dawn is a great worker and very pleasant. She gets to know you and does an amazing job on my nails. Since she moved to Texas there are new owners and they are very nice.

Terra and Stephanie are very professional and friendly. The salon was clean, sanitizer available and masks required. I was very satisfied with my service. I will return and recommend to others.

This was the longest and the worst manicure ever. I get there at 2:17 done at 4:15 it takes 10 minutes to take some clear polish off my nails why.. My nails are not in bad shape at all but constantly buffing filing with the corse side of nail file where my nails look like theyre starting to split.. never touch my cuticles or the 2 hang nails and polishing was the worst...I do a much better job myself..
