My first time here and got a pedicure. The tech was focused and meticulous. She was an older lady and she was gentle, attentive and patient. My toes are Miami-ready. I walked in and didnt have to wait! There were a lot of techs waiting for work. I will be back! Great service and they performed the service I wanted without trying to pressure/up-sell me. This was my first pedicure since 2019. Recommend.

Pretty bummed about my toes. I haven’t had my nails done in over 2 years and this is what I left with on my right foot. My female attendant seemed too busy talking to all the other employees and laughing away, only paying half attention to myself. She didn’t even offer to reduce the price of my pedicure because of the toe she sliced. The back massager was never turned on for my pedicure and no one even ask how I was doing! This is supposed to be a personal service and she couldn’t have even cared that I was there. Wish I would have caught her name. But all I know is my mother in law and I will be finding a different nail salon instead of the one we “know of” by Walmart. Thanks for a waste of a gift to me, like I said, it’s been over 2 years since I’ve had my nails done, toes and fingers included.

I got my nails done today and they look terrible! My pedicure is great, but my nails look sloppy and the acrylic is misplaced and incorrectly shaped! The lady nipped my finger and made me bleed, then blamed me for supposedly moving although I don’t believe I did. Overall very poor quality for a $40 full set!

I have a pedicure at this place last month and I was happy with the results. I when back today and the service was good but I was charged $15 extra dollars for the same service. Apparently is a surcharge for Sunday because I can’t believe the prices were up that much in a month.

BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!! FIRST OFF. These people got everybody messed up. My friend went here to get a pedicure and developed a fungal infection. Lost every toenail 1-10, experienced significant pain and trauma having to take antibiotics to treat the fungus. They don’t properly clean their instruments and put people’s health at risk. DON’T GO HERE.

First of all they’re incredibly unsanitary. They reused the same pair of gloves for my pedicure from a previous customer (and who else knows how many customers before hand). All of the supplies that are supposed to be single use - files, buffers, drill file bits, etc. - (ESPECIALLY IN A PANDEMIC) were being reused, again, who knows how many times. Due to all this I left the salon with a poor paint job and brittle nails when I walked in there with strong healthy nails. This brings me on to the fact that the woman who did my nails forced me to do shalck on my toes and nails when I repeatedly told her I was more comfortable with regular polish. She kept repeating that the shalck will last longer, dry quicker and my nails won’t mess up. They nail polish literally peeled of my nails within the week and it took me 2 months to grow out my long, natural, and healthy nails.

I took my daughter as a reward for doing great in school. I explained what she was to get. I sat down to get a pedi and they gave her all kinds of extras to up charge without asking. Then the polish had to be corrected due to poor work before leaving. I will not return.

I’m just so surprised they don’t have a corporate number or anybody to talk to. How is everybody in there the manager? I just literally got my nails done not even 48 hours ago and 2 broke off literally the same day they never make my nails thin, and they never come off this easily and I can’t even get a free repair for neither one of these nails, and I just got them done. They talking about I gotta pay for both? Not even a partial refund? Then I say there for 5 minutes getting ignored, while he sat there doing somebody else’s nails what ?

My nail tech was great......but the shredded vynel chairs they sit you in look like they were scavenged from the side of a road somewhere.....DONT LEAN BACK

I’m not going to lie to you i loved my lashes once they were done they looked amazing especially for 25$! but 3 weeks later once they were off i have no eyelashes anymore and i have some type of infection or something because my eyes are so swollen.

I found a new nail shop for me. This shop works quick to get you in and out, the customer service is good and the services hete provided were really good. I got a fill in, pedi and lashes w/ an eyebrow wax and I really like it all! This is my new spot.

This is what i asked for and was 45 bucks. I think was a good job. But would have liked it thinner layer. Over all satisifed.

They lady rushed doing my pedicure and manicure. My hands and feet are very sloppy. She even pricked me in the toe and made me bleed. No Im having anxiety because Im worried that Im going to get an infection. Im going to give them a call and see if anything can be done.

I got my first set there, and It did not last. They aren’t following social distancing and do not disinfect area after client. I went there a second time for a fill in, and multiple nails came off. They supposedly fixed It and more are still coming off. I am HIGHLY disappointed. Only a select few nail technicians know how to do more of the complex work ( longer nails, coffin shape, etc.). They had a nail tech that constantly asked me if they were doing It correctly while doing my nails. I am not a nail technician. Extremely disappointed in my experience and will not return.

I have been going to Kevin for 5 years. He has never let me down. I am very ocd with nails and he does the best job. I bave had some other services done by other people, pedicures and shellac and those were great as well! They always take care of me!! Can’t go any where else! :)

I do not recommend this nail salon. I called them and I ask do they do appointments and they told me “no only walk-ins, come in now”. When I got there, the signing sheets they had were very unorganized, they were asking people that came in after me that they were next and I had to tell them two times I was next. I asked for shellac and she tells me that powder is the same as shellac at their shop. While she was doing my nails the work was very rushed, and she skipped a couple steps that should have been done. The lady also kept on getting up and answering the phone. For the work that was done it was not worth the price...

Ill pass. Last time I got my nails done they were rushed and came out very tacky looking. Today I decided theyd be capable of a soak off of my dip powder nails. She wanted to clip them down and Rip them off with another fake nail. I should have got up and left. She kept insisting and talking to me about how it wouldnt hurt. Ive had my nails ripped off before I prefer to soak them off. She kept dismissing me when I said things like I want you to drill it down and let me soak my fingers. It took 25 minutes last time I did this at a different nail salon. She kept saying how it would take an hour and blah blah blah.

I stopped in while I was in town I live in ohio. The nail tech didn’t know how to polish and because she started my nails the other techs refused to polish them. After complaining to the salon manager she did nothing to fix the issue so I ended up get clear pink polish that was the only way to not have lumpy nails and I still had to pay full price or either take the lumpy nails with color. I came in for a fill in so with clear polish they look terrible you can still yellow polish on the sides that she was suppose to take off I told the tech who proceeded to just file my nails hard and fast like I was the issue. Fast forward to today my nails are chipping on the sides so I’m here to get them fixed they wouldn’t allow another tech to do them over so I’m just left with misshaped messy nails .I just want what I’m paying for. Horrible customer service when a manager doesn’t fix the issues

My first time was by far my last time. Upon arrival, I told the staff that my husband and I wanted manicures and pedicures. Long story short...1 hour later my husband’s service was completed, and so were the 3 clients who arrived after us!Highly annoyed and too classy to make a scene, I politely refused further services and paid with a frown!This nail bar clearly lacks effective communication, collaboration, and organization skills. Now Im gone give you the pros and consPros manager and Ryan are excellent. Ryan has a instagram page ryannailfirst check out his work hes THE TRUTH and he can do just about even latest trend. Not sure of manager name but he is table one he will fix your nail if another tech doesnt do accurate job. He will discount price or tell you can pay next visit for repair.Cons The other techs arent as efficient therefore they tend to make more errors.I have had pedicures here and I always get full set and fill in mainly mood polish shellac and rhinestone nails. I personally only prefer Ryan and owner for my nail design needs. The other techs lack creativity and seem to get frustrated m quickly overall good place. Prices could be better.

I wouldnt ever go back here again. I called and asked for a fill, a repair and for my nails to be shaped into stilleto from coffin. The lady said 30 dollars which I find to be pricy for a fill to begin with.So I went in anyway giving it a shot. Got there and first of all it was not clean at all. Second they had very minimal and similar polish selections and no drying section so essentially they stick you with shellac whether you like it or not because they have no place for you to dry your nails. The shellac is all bubbly and disgusting looking.Second my nail tech number 5 did a horrible job I wish you could see them. He cut them way down so they are short and i hate them. The shellac accent nail looks horrible its bright at the tip and looks like there is no polish half way down.I am extremely upset with this place as I spend 40 dollars for a FILL. I pay that for almost a full set at way better places.As I was almost finished they sat someone at the station right next to me.Seems like social distancing dosnt matter to them.I wont ever reccomend this place or go back.

I just got back from this nail salon! And looking at my nails they look amazing.The only thing I didn’t like was when the guy asked me to pay first I told him I’ll pay after. So after I got that out the way he was a little rough but other than that my nails came out smooth no bumps or cuts! I’ll be coming here for when I get my nails done!😌

I just left from getting my nails done and I will never come back! Ive been coming here for a couple years now, but the quality of work has become worse and worse. Ive realized that the only one that does a good job is Ryan, and Im not sure if he even works here anymore. I will have to go somewhere else to fix the terrible job that was done on my nails today. Then the tech had the nerve to argue with me about the price I should pay, when it was clear to myself, and the manager that my nails were messed up. I definitely advise you to stay away from this place, the work is inconsistent and not worth the cost!

The sign says $18 for a full set. I wanted a design so I knew it would be a little extra not $27 more for a design and another $10 If I wanted one nail with glitter. I told him I wouldn’t pay $55 and to just do regular $18 full set and he still charged $20 and he had a terrible attitude

I had the best pedicure that Ive ever had there! I really liked the hot towel rub on my legs & feet. My only issue was the nail polish was not painted very well at all (thats why Id rate 4 stars instead of 5).

Wish I could give a zero!!!! My regular nail salon was closed and need a pedicure for a gender reveal the lady was really really rough with my feet, the water was blazing hot and I told her it was too hot and she said no this is just right, after getting my feet burned.. I told her no lotion on my legs cause I get spray tans and it messes it up she didn’t listen... the painting job was absolutely horrible she cut 3 of my toes and she took a 10 minute break and didn’t say she was leaving to eat when I was half way though my pedicure.... very unprofessional and rude never once talked to me beside in there language!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I would rate 0 stars if I could! I went in here yesterday and needed 2 nails repaired. Then I asked to get an additional nail repaired and she said NO because I was not a regular customer and only went in there before to get a repair. THAT IS YOUR JOB!!! I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my dog. It was dirty and she was very rude. Then she said don’t come here if I only want a repair and had an attitude because I have long nails. She charged me $10 for 2 nails and even now one of them are BENDING. Another lady next to me was having issues as well. The tech didn’t want to put a second coat on her nails. DO NOT COME HERE...!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP. I had been going to this nail shop for over 2 years and referred several people there. The last 3 times I got my nails done, they did a poor job. My gel was not lasting. My nails were not filed correctly. I thought I could talk to the owner about the problems I was having with the nail techs. When I spoke to the owner about not being satisfied, he told me that if I wasnt satisfied, I should go somewhere else and get my nails done. He did not even try to rectify the problem. I could not believe that be was so nasty to me after being a client for so long! I will NEVER go back to this nail shop. They do not know how to treat their clients.

Getting a shellac pedicure and the lady seems like she didn’t know what she was doing. Didn’t paint nail all the way up to cuticles and when I mentioned it to her she was confused. Will not be back.

I waited an hour and then they waited on someone who came after me. In fact, after checking the sign-in list there they found that there was two people in front of the person they waited in before me. I also feel that I was over charged for a simple design on each ring finger.

Its one of the most cleanest nail shop Ive been in . But, around here in Rochester, they make some of your nail salon look like you never heard of the meaning sanitize. Some nail places need to be shut down for unsanitized. The health department should start popping up on these places unannounced . Sit there and act like they are there for service.... I bet they will be closed in a heartbeat.

They all make up theor own prices... One told me its 50 and the next 60... U never know what ur gonna have to pay and the guy didnt even use enough acrylic... I told him i wasnt gonna pay that much and he said he was gonna call the pd!! They dont care about the customers at all

Absolutely love Ann my nail tech and waxer. Came into town from Oregon for my mother-in-laws funeral. I was a hot mess. I had 2 broken nails and needed my brows waxed. Ann was caring and compassionate. She did an awesome job.

My nails look like chiclets and one already popped off (got them done the 1st of feb) and its wednesday the 5th.. they tried to charge my friend 80 for just 3d acrylic with nothing else. All they want to do is screw you out of moneu for not a good job

Most of the techs have bad attitudes.. very unwelcoming! I initially came here because their prices were good. However for the past one month, they have been overcharging by $5 or more and the cost for the same service varies, depending on the tech that does your nails. I would not recommend this place.

I came here because it was closer to my house from where I usually get my nails done. I went for a full set, pedicure and eyebrows. My eyebrows came out GREAT and my pedicure was done OK. My nails were fine until I got home and three days later my polish is literally RUBBING OFF, if you scratch it it’s like peeling chewing gum. I work a desk job so I’m not around chemicals etc. I’m highly upset BUT I will not be back even to fix this issue or even if it was the last nail salon in the world. Should have stuck to what I know.

I went for a full set and the color I picked was the color the man didnt want so he gave me a different color and when I told him about it he just waved me off ! I got the new DIP polish and I do not recommend going here! First, they told me $40 on the phone, then charged me $45 when I was there. Also, they did only two layers of polish which wasn’t enough so my nails are blue TRANSPARENT! Lastly, they cracked the next day.I am never going there again!

Sitting here because I messed up my nail as i was walking out. The guy did my nails and the owner had me stay to fix it. This was my second visit. If I didnt know I for sure I wanted to come back I am certain now. The first time i came the young listen to my concerns about getting a manicure. My shellac and manicure held up really well. I had a French manicure today and had two nail beds filed down with a dremel tool like piece. They started to burn to the point of pulling my hand away. Then when it was time for filing the edges down, two fingers were cut with the file and started bleeding. The pain is crazy tonight. I have never experienced anything quite like this. I would not recommend this place. It was my daughters bday so I took her to get hers done too, not a good experience for her either.

They are great...just dont go when they are busy they will do a rush job.

THE WORST!Foremost, they were a little rude upon walking in. I went for a fill-in and a toe polish and I got just that... POLISH EVERYWHERE!!! One nail needed replaced and she put a nail on that was much bigger and wider than my actual nail. When it came to the polish, she put polish all over my fingers and claimed she would get it off with a brush & remover upon finishing. However, polish was STILL everywhere. My nails are lumpy, uneven and a HORRIBLE polish job! I honestly think its was a rush job due to more customers coming in and trying to rush others out. Its not the quantity, its the quality! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RETURN!!!!!!!

This place is Horrible!! Ive been several times on a last resort visit and but I will never go back. The staff is rude and they do a horrible job on my nails.. from the, shape to the polish. I took my grandmother to get a pedicure and it was so half assed. Poor customer service. Poor quality work. If you can make it elsewhere, I recommend you do so.PS: There were two other ladies who walked out complaining as well, on my most recent visit.

So it says 18 dollars for a full set and of course I know it’s more for the shape size but I was charged 35 like how?? My nails weren’t that long either And the guy that was doing my nails didn’t even do a good job I had asked for a coffin shape and some of my nails were wider then some. Very thick at the bottom near my cuticles like he didn’t put an effort to file my nails right. Then I go to check my card I get charged $38 instead of $35. This was a whole rip off. Like at least hire people who actually know how to do nails or give your employees a monthly review or something cause that’s bad business it’s only been 4 days and i already need a fill in cause of how he did my nails. I think that was my last visit there

Went here to get a manicure and pedicure at the last minute. I have a few places I normally go, but my friend didnt want to drive to Grosse Pointe, so we ended up going here. Upon arrival, the salon was pretty hectic and busy. Lots of stations with techs working, and customers waiting. It was a bit confusing to figure out what was going on. The nail polish on the racks to look through were a hodge podge and most of them looked very old and in bad condition. After finally settling on some colors, they took me back pretty quickly, which was nice. The pedicure went ok, no issues that I could see, but it was a very hurried job compared to some other salons I go to. The manicure wasnt great. My cuticles were flooded with polish a few times, and they werent filed evenly so some of them look kind of crooked. The price was $32 for a basic mani-pedi, which is the cheapest Ive seen personally, but not that much cheaper than other places that do a better job for a few bucks more. There was one tech who was doing acrylics and looked like he knew what he was doing, but I probably wont be back here.

The guys there have the worst attitude! They tap your hand like your a kid to get you to move it how they want the the guy that did my nails yesterday was rushing they are flat he didn’t take his time they are sharp edges I can’t even make a fist without my hands cutting into my palm ! I wouldn’t recommend the lady that dose lashes dropped glue directly into my eye on more than one occasion

I’ve only ever been here for pedicures, so I can’t speak to the techs that do the manicures. I’ve gotten a few pedicures here because it’s close to my house and convenient for when I’m on my way home from work. They are ok, nothing fancy. The last time I got a pedi from them the polish lasted a week and half, which I think is pretty good for the summer when you’re in and out of water. However, on that same visit after the girl was done using the nail grinder thing on me, the tech next to her asked to use it on her client, and she didn’t even clean it off! Understandably the girl getting her toes done next to me didn’t allow her to use it on her. Makes me wonder how clean their tools and basisns are.

First and last time there... the techs were rude, one even telling a customer he was too busy to get her the other color options. My polish is not even, super thick in some spots poor coverage in others... I will never go back.
