The techs where very rude. They were gossiping about other customers and the gal that did my nails didnt have a artistic bone in here body. She was lazy and didnt do the job right. As I was explaining how I would like my nails done she completely egnored me and start to pretend she couldnt speaK English. She doesnt even deserve the 1 star i gave her..

As a guy, I Love my time at A Classic Touch Salon. I have patronized this establishment for 24 years…Whoa! Diane takes care great of me, scissor cuts with no electric clippers if I choose. Love coming here! Best place Ive found. I have ingrown nails on 2 of my toes and they are the only ones who have ever been able to dig them out. Ones almost totally gone. My husband gets his feet done here and hes almost got hobbit feet but they can make his feet so smooth its nice. I bring everyone here. My sister loves them too. Highly highly recommend to everyone. I get fingers toes and eyebrow waxing done here.

Wonderful service at A Classic Touch Salon. I got a gel pedicure and manicure and it was great. They are gentle (which is my biggest thing), and very precise. Call before for an appointment and they will always get you right in! I recommend this great salon to all!

I was a regular customer, but lately I am fed up with how they treat their customers! Several times, I was told to wait a few minutes, but I ended up waiting more than an hour! I mean if she is tired of working a lot, then she better tell her customers to come some other time instead of just making them wait over an hour!

I took my daughters here to get our nails done. Very friendly, and they did a really good job on our nails. Will definitely go back.

Couldnt even do a basic hair cut. She messed up my hair so bad to the point where I had to pay another place to fix it. Extremely unhappy with the haircut services. Ive had a pedicure there in the past that was excellent but wont be going back because if how disappointed I am with this hair cut.

I went to a classic touch on Harding Boulevard in Roseville 4 years ago and I had the worst experience of my life. I asked the lady to add a few dark brown streaks underneath my very healthy blond hair. She said no problem youll like youll like it! Feeling good about her doing my hair we were in conversation and I wasnt paying attention to what she was doing plus when her co-worker combed out my hair she didnt start on the bottom and work its way up she pulled my hair out and there was a bunch of hair in the trash I brought it to her attention she said it was fine then I noticed the other lady was spending a long time on my hair when I looked in the mirror after she was done I noticed she had dyed my hair black with yellow streaks I freaked out I could not believe it. my hair was breaking off all over I started crying and ask her why she did that when all I asked was to put a few dark brown streaks underneath my blonde hair she said you do not want to pay me you owe me $100 you just dont want to pay me I told her I didnt have a problem with paying for something I asked for then she told me she would correct it for $60 I said why didnt you do it right the first time and you expect me to pay you to correct it are you crazy I told her I would take her to court I was so stressed out about my hair I just said screw it I didnt even want to think about it anymore but I absolutely and made it very clear to everyone in there that she was not ever touching my hair and I would never ever recommend them to anyone.. I now do my own hair and its beautiful it took 3 years to get it healthy agian. I took many pictures and turned it over to the Better Business Bureau they told me I had a case but I never took it to court because it caused me major depression but Im good now. The reason why Im late on writing this is because I never knew where to write the review.

Other than being old fashioned which is still good, this salon is awesome not only for its nails but also for its customer service, the lady that did my nails was clear speaking and she did an amazing job with my nails. I would definitely come back here every time to get my nails done, Best nail salon Ive ever been to.

Ask for myle, she has been cutting my hair for years, and always does a splendid job. Highly recommended. Easily one of the best looking salons in norcal.
