My friend and I had appointments for pedicures. Shortly after our arrival they seated us both in spa chairs. My friend’s pedicure was started right away. I sat with my feet in water for 15 minutes when we realized there was no one available to do me and I would have to wait for my friend to be done before someone would start on me. We were supposed to have appointments at the same time, not back to back AND they were not even going to tell usI have had a pedicure there before and it eas very good. But. I will not be going back

Best nail salon in the area! Clean, sanitary, brand new equipment and super friendly staff! I’ve been going here for 10+years and they have zero turnover.

COVID safe!Ive been here a couple times now and they just remodeled! They have plexi glass in between customers and employees for everyones safety. The salon is always clean and the girls do a great job. Highly recommend seeing Betty!

Came here with my cousin to get a pedicure and a full set, the pedicure was so basic not worth the $30. So then we get our nails done, 2 of my nails are crooked. I dont know what kind of shape she did on me but it was so ugly, I showed her what I wanted and my nails look nothing like the picture. I spent $75 on some ugly nails and a basic pedicure. Oh and my cousins polish is already chipping off her toes. Go to Lily nail down the street.

Quality service and they are always so nice

This is a great place to get your nails done its in a wonderful location Foothill in Pleasant Grove so its easy to get to. Tiffany does my nails she is great and does excellent work. They also do pedicures and the price is really good.

Ms. Tiffany has been doing my nails for about 1 1/2 years, and does a fantastic job every time. All the ladies in the shop are very friendly. I highly recommend the salon 😊

I went here on my mothers recommendation. The two other women who work there were also polite and did a great job on my natural pedicure. Worth every penny! Its not the fanciest place but work is high end and at a reasonable price! Left very happy, will definitely be back!

Finally found my go to for a full set. They use the dip polish here and I love it. So much easier on my nail beds. The pedicure polish doesn’t last as long as other places but their massages are on point. And they don’t use gloves for the massage which is awesome.

Amazing! I love this nail place so much, my mom and I go only to see Betty because she does the best nail job ever! Every other nail place is not as good as prima bella is. I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to get any sort of nail job. They have reasonable prices and the staff is so friendly, so welcoming and strike conversation with me about school and my sport, my mom and work. I would rate this a 5/5 star experiance every time I go!

Tiffany from this salon doesn’t even deserve one star. Very rude person and thinks very high of herself. She did my nails 9 days ago and one of them came off (broke). I texted her to please fix my nail and she said she doesn’t want to see me.. Like really? What kind of customer service is that? I was not asking to fix my nail for free I was going to pay for it and she didn’t even want to fix her messed up work...My recommendations, there is so many cleaner and more respectful nail professionals in Roseville area... Not this salon.

Lele does an amazing job ... Shes had years of experience and shell do your nails exactly how you want them and the quality is simply the best! Her ombré glitter tips are my favorite!

I had a gel manicure for my trip to Vegas.. it took her almost 2 hours 😖 and my nails were HORRID looking plus gel polish normally lasts at least 2-3 weeks on my nails.. All my nails were chipping not even a week later. I will never go back!!
