This was my second time coming in and I was a little nervous. I ended up absolutely loving my nails! I love the shape and the design. Only thing on my right hand on a few nails there are dips so the nail isn’t complete smooth. Other than that LOVE

Made a 4pm appointment for 2 pedicures and waited 15 minutes before they started my moms pedicure. A woman came in about 425 and was taken right away and the employee started her pedicure. Meanwhile, my water was cold and no sight of anyone to do my toes. At 440pm someone finally came over and I politely said no thanks..Ive been waiting since 4pm and my mom was almost done. I liked the location of this place but taking this long and taking other clients before me when I had an appointment is not good business. I will be taking my business elsewhere .

I LOVE Sassy Nails in Roseville! They do a great job, in a relaxing peaceful, atmosphere. Manis, pedis, eyebrows are always to perfection ;D Sadly, they have closed their doors again, the 3rd time since covid. I look forward to seeing all of them, safe, healthy and soon!

I went to this salon at July 27 I did a manicure and pedicure. I absolutely loved the pedicure but I hated the manicure. The lady that was doing my nails filled them so much three of my nails was bruised . I showed her one picture and she made my nails completely different and said she can’t do the nails I want which was pink bc of my stained nails I told her to redo it she was extremely rude . Gave back so much attitude I felt disrespected. Never going back

My sisters and I went in for mani pedis. None of us liked it, my nails have bubbles and are very uneven, the pedicure was very rushed feeling but took a long time, the water was not hot at all. The price was way to much for the quality of the mani and pedi. I will not go back again and would give a zero start rating if I could.

They did a really good job on my nails, they were very kind.

Everyone was super nice and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The setup is open and inviting and there is plenty of room for social distancing.TK did an amazing job on my nails. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I absolutely love this salon! Hands down the best service for everything. Bee is amazing with designs and is so kind. I highly recommend getting the collagen gloves whenever you get your manicure. They make your hands so soft and look like baby skin!

Honestly the worst set of nails i’ve gotten. i made sure 3 times before that the lady could do the design i wanted, i had the picture up the whole time and she didn’t do the correct design, colors, or shape. i sat there for over an hour just waiting for her to finish my nails while she was helping another customer. although, i was one with an appt. i was there for over 2 hours, didn’t get the design, color, or shape i wanted. and i still had to pay $45. don’t go there if you want designs or anything good.

When I was traveling across coast for an unplanned vacay, and I was trying to look for last minute pedi and mani services. Sassy nails have nailed it for me. Its beyond the service I have received at home. I came in a late Sunday and they were about to close. Vicky took me in as a last minute walk-in. She had to stay after closing hours to finish my nails. Where can you ask for that kind of attentive services? Definitely not DMV!!! I have tons of compliments from friends and family even after two weeks of wearing the white dipping color I have tried for first time, Dip and Go. Very durable nail polish! I cant wait to come back and try different colors. ‍

I scheduled an appointment for a full set and pedicure for 0930. I didn’t get out until 1210!! Mainly because they obviously overbooked and was still accepting walk ins instead of telling them they were already busy. Scheduling can be a deal breaker for me, I hate going to a nice place to realize it’s being poorly managed at times when it matters most smh.

Very busy. I got a pedicure with my daughter and wanted a manicure too. We were there almost 2 hours and they forgot to have someone do my manicure. So many different employees worked on us. I was regular but wont be coming back.

Sassy is the best!!!! Diana is amazing!!! She always takes her time with my pedicure and makes sure I am happy. The eye for detail on everything they do is GREAT. My Mom is in a wheelchair and they always go out of their way for her. 💜💜💜💜💜

Beautiful shop and Diana did an amazing job on my Pedicure. If I were you, I would ask for her, the leg and foot massage put me to sleep. Who knew such a small lady had so much power. Normally some ladies dont put any pressure when doing the message so its just kinda bla....but she was great!!!

I don’t know what everyone is talking about. The customer service was amazing and they did such a great job on my pedicure. The place looks much beautiful now after the remodel. It sucks that the ones who usually have a good experience do not comment about it, therefore, the bad reviews take over. Surely coming again!!!

I really like the way they do my nails and I’m sad I won’t be going there anymore but I can’t handle the on the spot price changes with every visit. It’s ridiculous. They never follow what’s posted and just throw out a random number. I took my daughter and to have a polish change and they wanted to charge $25 this time. That’s the end, we won’t be coming back

Lynn does a great job. She always have recommendations for color and what would be best for my nails. Its clean and relaxing.

I go to Cristal. She is very good! Ive been going to Sassy Nails since August 2017I dont give 5 starts, because I think they need to change their colors. They seem to have a lot, but getting old.

The place is nicely remodeled. Most of the staff I have encountered here these past two times I’ve gone could not understand my request. Second visit, pedicure was below average. Didn’t even get the whole process I paid for. Had to touch up my toes twice as the polish was literally sliding off my toes. Friends polish was doing the same. The Rocklin location was much better

Came here tonight with a girlfriend and although my gal did a nice job on my toes she was extremely rude. I worked in a Vietnamese salon and am well versed with the language. Really nice remodel compared to the place they took over, but the horrible customer service ruined it and I will not be back.

Wait times were too much for me but they did a great job.

I regret not going to my usual place... the stones they put on my toes fell off a week later and the staff didnt know how to do nail art not to pleased with the service either. The guy that did my nails was rushing and my gel nail polish came off 2 weeks later from my acrylic nails I had never had that happen. Cheap products. Totally never coming back.

Wow! I have been looking for a new salon and I found it. First off EVERYTHING is clean. Including the nail tools, all pre packaged in auto-clave packages. Pedicures are $25 express, $30 classic (40 min) up to the VEGAN that I believe is $42. All pedicures come with hot stones and hot towels. I have NEVER seen so many polish options. OPI, DND, Gelish, and a few others. Massagers built into chairs, work fantastic. They also have a punch card. After 9 pedicures you get one free. I have nothing bad to say about this place at all. Went in on a busy Saturday and got in and out within an hour. Will be back for sure!

They are extremely rude and pushy. I asked for my nails to be soaked off and Vickie continued to pry them off. I got a pedi/ mani and gel polish. They also keep changing the price and blammed it on a language barrier. Will not be coming back.

I usually go to the other Sassy Nails and I am not returning to this one, I did dippimg for the first time and I hate it, the nails look so bulky and then I didnt get a hand massage, and asked and the girl say is not included !!!! first time ever I dont receive a hand massage,also I showed a picture of what I wanted and it looks far away from it, I wish they warn you by saying I dont know how to make it look evenly like that, it was a waste of money, the service was good, they were nice, and I was the last client but they rushed me out of the door.

Never can honor your appointment time, will continuously help anyone that walks in afterwards right away. I was almost done with my rushed manicure when they finally started on the other person for my appointment. My nail polish is lumpy from her putting gobs of polish on, chipping, and underneath still wet because she couldn’t take the time to properly dry my nails. Pretty sad to not be able to do a gel manicure. They also sent the other person I was with away with “dry” dip nails that completely smudged before even walking out and at that point we didn’t want to spend another minute having them fix them, also they switched the person doing her nails 3 seperate times. If you do go to anyone, make sure it’s jack.
