The Groupon is worth EVERY Penny!! My mom and I came here for my birthday. We got the deluxe pedicure and it was FABULOUS! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, it’s smells divine, and the music they play is relaxing. I will DEFINITELY be returning!

First time here.. $60. they really rushed through everything and instead of just turning down a design they couldn’t do, they continued to do my nails. I appreciate them trying, but you can just tell me no. I was happy with the results until I got back in my car and examined the nails that costed me $60. I had bumpy nails and the French tips aren’t very centered and really thick. Would’ve been happy to pay $45 for this set but I’m kind of disappointed in the work. The blue nails are what I asked for and the pink+green ones are what they results were.

If I could give them -2 stars I would. Booked an appointment a week in advance just to find out the lady never booked it, then had to wait 20mins just to be seen. The lady filed my nails crooked and I asked her politely to fix them then cut my finger with the cuticle nipper. My finger was bleeding and she continues to try to do my nails didnt say sorry didn’t give me a bandage or let wipe the blood off.. then the simple design she had done on my nails were smeared and I asked to fix that. She rushed me out of the salon because they were getting ready to close- and when I say rushed she didn’t even let my nails DRY!!!!! On top of that my thumb nail which I got gel polish has a air bubble on it because of her rushing. SAVE your money there is definitely better out there this is NOT IT! I wouldnt go back to this nail salon even if someone paid me. I’ll update with photos later.

Its been a week and my nails still look just as good as they did when I first got them done. I love the how she took her time with my nails. The salon was not busy. There was only 2 or 3 customers in there at a time. Its very nicely decorated, I immediately felt comfortable because it was so clean and Covid approved.

Love these ladies! Angie does a quick and amazing job on my gel nails. I finally scheduled a Saturday afternoon pedi appointment for me and a friend... We were running late due to getting rid of our kids so I called and told them we would be about 15-20 minutes late and they told us not to worry about it?! We got there and were in the chairs within less than 5 minutes after our arrival. Give these ladies a heads up and keep contact if you are running late and they will still do their best to accommodate you to get seen in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend ❤

Wildly disappointing. I made an appointment for a gel mani pedi and spent 2.5 hours there. 1.5 of those hours were spent waiting. When I got my manicure, it was so rushed I got the wrong thing (my nails were CHOPPED because there was a miscommunication that I wanted acrylics- even though my appt was for gel and it mentioned gel at least 3 times to 3 people), and I even got cut in one of my fingers, plus leftover nail polish all over my hands. This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. Stay away.

I was visiting from Vegas. Very nice clean modern shop. Great customer service pricing was affordable. I will come back.

I love them mind relaxing music they take time, dont hurt you good with diabetic customers feet as well very connected with their client, prices are fair take walk ins when available. Take men dont feel uncomfortable. My son works hard I brought him he goes every month same person.. me and another associsates

This place do walk ins, therefore even if you made an appt you may have to wait. I waited almost an hour. The person who did my manicure only disinfect her side on the table and not mine, even when I asked she lied and said she did. I will not come back here.

My daughter, who never does salons, had a horrible experience. The nail technician was rude, didnt provide any guidance and then got frustrated with my daughter and her friend because they didnt know what to do, they ignored them for long periods of time, and was rough with them while working on their nails, even to the point of causing my daughters friends fingernails to bleed. Not the kind of pre-prom, once-in-a-lifetime experience one would expect.

This place was good before but recently when I went there to remove my acrylics some lady with glasses and short black hair just started pulling and cutting my nails and it was painful then when I told her that she told me to go and left me looking like this. Save yourself some pain if you see her.

The atmosphere is nice but they do not listen. I asked for a dipped manicure and a regular pedicure. My nails were shortened tremendously and notably. And the “regular pedicure” was that of the nail tech spraying my toes and polishing them!! Like WHAT, she sprayed my toes, barely filed my toes and polished them. Unfortunately I came here to relax and left more stressed than I came and won’t be coming back

I got a pedicure and it was so so relaxing. The ladies there are super sweet. However, I asked to do a manicure as well when I made the appointment and at the appointment they said they didn’t have that down and they didn’t have room to give us a manicure.

Amazing job. Kate was so kind and attentive. She really showed that she cared about getting my nails perfect and it shows. Im in love with them. I live outside the cities and I will hands down travel back everytime I need my nails done!

Terrible experience they were very aggressive and rude. I was cut many times with no apology and polish was bumpy.

It was one of the worst salon experiences yet! My nails look horrible! I can’t believe I spent $60 on this horrible job. I just got a regular pedicure and a regular manicure. You would think that it would be manageable but I have hangnails all over, she clipped them unevenly and my polish is scuffed and has visible layer demarcation lines. I went home and removed all the paint, re-filed them, and painted over again. The lady was nice and maybe she was new to the game, but I will never never never go back to this salon.

Absolutely loved my nails. Went to other places a few times and this one is the best. Professional done!! Recommended if you ever need your nails done. Kate is the best. She is such a sweet gal 🙂

I have been getting my nails done for a long time now but recently started looking for a new place. There is a lot of other places in the area and I tried them all but elite nails turned out to be the best. Very professional, clean and cute place. They make you feel like you are visiting a spa. They did an absolutely terrific job and I am going to make this place my new go to.

Kate is the best manager. My husband and I had pedicure spa deluxe wich was amazing, relaxing and enjoyable. The place is quite, clean and comfortable. My sister and I had 530 appts I wasnt seen until 615. My sister at 6:33. Didnt ask what color I wanted, what kind d of pedicure I wanted. Stepped away to talk with other visitors that werent customer.

The staff were very nice. Considering I only ever had 2 massages they definitely know how to treat the guys (and ladies)I do recommend fellas!!

Wasnt able to get my nails done because I made an appointment for 10:30, she asked me to wait 5 min and at 10:48 I finally decided to ask if they had someone there for my appointment and she decided to finally tell me that she was the only one there and she had taken two Walk in prior to me. She then asked if I could come back later that night. Very disappointed, seeing they dont prioritize those who make appointments. Wasted time.

My polish looks like my 8 year old son painted my nails. I paid for services, however, the polish is clumpy, uneven, and messy. I didn’t get the tech’s name, but regardless I would not return.

Oh my goodness. Kate is a master at what she does. I got a full set acrylic with gel and she did such a wonderful job. We found Elite Nailsonline because we needed somewhere close to where we were, and I am absolutely making this my new go-to nail salon. Kate continues to check in and make sure that i liked the shape, length and color of my nails. Seriously I haven’t seen one flaw on my nails. Literally would give this place 10 stars if it were possible.

I live this place!! Since I’m not very used to getting acrylic nails it’s hard to find what you like. Kate is amazing and treat you very good, she was gentle and even helped me pick out the tight colors and shape. I would recommend this place if you want a nice, clean, and professional environment!

I purchased a Groupon deal for my sister and I to use. I called to make an appointment the day before and when I arrived, we stood there for at least 10 minutes before getting any service. The lady asked me if I wanted Gel for an up charge and told me $15, when we finally got pulled into the back she then said total $55. Completely confused now I decided to just get regular nail polish instead. They didnt have enough staff to assist our scheduled appointment while my sister waited patiently I chit chatted with her. When they finally came to assist my sister they rushed through her service. Overall, pretty poorly ran, poor customer service and not ready to open back to the public. I felt that we were an inconvenient to them than to receive services at this time. I would not recommend this salon for service in general or through Groupon.

My nails and feet are beautiful great place to go with friendly service and great energy within.

I have been getting help with my nails from Kathleen for a long time. She is quiet and respectful hiding a true artist spirit. I am an old guy and at first a bit embarrassed. No more! Having help with my nails feels luxurious but it is a vital necessary.

Kate does an AMAZING job! I need short nails for work and she did a wonderful job shaping them even though they’re shorter than most people prefer. I’ve gotten gel that’s lasted 3 weeks+ and only had to be removed because it grew out, not because it chipped, and my most recent was dip. She did a BEAUTIFUL job!It’s a very relaxing atmosphere and I always enjoy my time getting my nails done. Highly recommend!This is the dip manicure I got a week ago. My previous Technician retired; trying to find another upscale salon with wonderful ambiance and great Technicians has been a nightmare ... until I stumbled upon Elite Nails in the Strip Mall off Larpenteur, a few doors down from Keys Restaurant.I went there today ... Angel was my Technician and she did a wonderful job with my pedicure. My toes are from Mars due to damage done by other Technicians several years ago and dealing with my feet isnt a walk in the park.Angel was careful, precise, kind and made me feel like I was the only individual in the place. And I shall return monthly.The Salon is super clean, with state of the art pedicure chairs, nail stations and foot dryers. I was amazed and extremely impressed.My grandfather always said ... take care of your eyes, teeth and feet. The Salon also provides foot massages as well as body massages. Angel is trained in all areas ... give yourself a treat and try out Elite Nails. Parking is right outside the door and if your feet are hungry, step next door to a nice Chinese restaurant for a quick, delicious snack! Happy New Year to me for finding Elite Salon! I knew 2020 were magic numbers for me this year!

Maybe I visited on an off day, but my experience was less than great. Did a walk-in pedicure to find only one person working and was asked to come back. I ultimately waited an hour and a half to start my pedicure. The pedicure itself was pretty standard and sub-par in comparison to other spa pedicures I’ve received. I got the gel with a more expensive pedicure option. The paraffin hadn’t been turned on, so we had to skip it, which is so nice in the winter months. Unfortunately the following morning when getting ready, I realized there is little to no shine to my polish, some nails aren’t even completely polished, and she did quite a number on one of my big toes. I woke up to it swollen and red with some drainage. I had high hopes for this place but I’ve had far better pedicures for half the price.

Called ahead for a mani/pedi for two people, confirmed the appt day of and when we walked in we were unable to receive manicures together and pedicures were a shock to the manicurist who also seemed very annoyed they had been scheduled.While trimming my cuticles two of my nail beds bled because of the roughness and lack of experience by the manicurist. No hand massage, the manicurist slapped some lotion of the top of my hand and called it good. Manicurist for my friends hands did a poor painting job and she had nail polish all over her cuticles. Her heels were scrubbed so hard she bled. When speaking with the professionals they seemed very unconcerned.Would not recommend this salon as this is the third time I’ve received unsatisfactory service.

Walked in, was told 30 mins til they could do me, ended up waiting over an hour. Nail tech burned almost every finger with the dremal and was soooooo slow. All 3 techs were extremely slow. All while i was there, 3 different customers came in and were not treated professionally at all! Will never go here again.

Clean, friendly and happy with my results! I’ve had Kate (one of the two female owners!) for two manicures and one pedicure now and have been pleased with each experience. She took extra time to ask me how I like my nails (I do the dipping procedure) and checked in with me along the way. The shop itself is very clean and the new massage/pedicure chairs are wonderful. I highly recommend Kate and Elite Nails!

Prices have gone up. Schedule is getting busy and full. Sometimes service and quality doesnt represent price increases. Pedicures are great. Regular manicure $18. Pedicures if $38+ get $5 off. No mani+pedi deals. Dip manicure used to be $42. Now its $42+.

Kate did a wonderful job with my gel acrylic nails! Very clean, beautiful salon with fantastic prices. Went with my sister who received a deluxe pedicure for only $37 and we both walked out happy! I am glad to have found a new nail salon close to home!

The woman who did my nails was rough with my nails and I bled on two nails. Id say who but I didnt get a name. My nails look fine, but I can paint my nails myself. I go for the experience, if you know what I mean.

Not very pleased with the service I received today. The woman I had was very rough on my nails and not very cautious. There is paint around my fingers and underneath them as well. The shape of them was not very good either. Very big difference in size on both hands. I am only 14 as well so I feel she took advantage of me knowing I had money. Probably will never go there again.

Im a frequent customer of the bagel place next door, and I decided to stop in at Elite Nails yesterday afternoon. The place is new and clean, and the employees were friendly and competent. Id go back for sure. Oh, one little bump to consider is that I forgot cash for a tip, and there isnt an option to pay the tip with a card. I ran to Walgreens to get some cash and it was fine, but its something to keep in mind.

I had one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had tonight. So relaxing!

I moved to the suburbs 2 years ago and have been looking for a new nail salon home. I have been to at least 8 different salons, and they are either dirty, unsanitary, or simply rush and don’t care about the work they’re doing. Went to this salon on Mother’s Day and am I glad I did! Beautiful salon, with a wonderful staff. It’s so nice and clean and relaxing, and the employees are very attentive. Kate is the owner and she is very good at what she does. She was so nice and welcoming and after telling her what I wanted with no explanation, she proceeded to work. This is absolutely the best gel set fill, I have ever had! I have finally found my new home! I am soooo pleased with my nails and would like to thank Kate and her staff. There is no option to tip when paying with a card, so make sure to bring cash for the tip. They are located in the strip mall with the Keys Cafe on Lexington and Larpenteur. Thank you Kate and I will see you in a few weeks!

I have been to dozens of nail salons and Elite Nails is on the top of the list!! Beautiful new salon, great selection of products, and wonderful employees! Prices are comparable to other salons, but service here is better than any other salon!I’ll definitely be regular customer!
