Ive been going to Lily Nails for over a year. When I go in, I get a set of acrylics, eyebrow wax, and upper lip wax. Tammy is great and always produces a perfect set of acrylics. If you can get her to do your nails, youll have a great experience.That being said, DO NOT get eyelash extensions through this salon. Their practices are dangerous, and damaging to your natural lashes. I will be lucky if all of mine grow back at all. The eyelash tech, Tina, is friendly, but unprofessional and theres no way she is certified or qualified to be doing anyones lashes. My initial set was amazing and I looked fantastic, but it was uncomfortable and itchy. The fill afterward was miserable. There were so many lashes put on each eye, that were all glued together, that I looked depressed and old. The next set started falling off the next day and was completely gone by my next appointment. Along with quiet a few of my natural lashes. I went back a 4th time on July 18th, most of the set will not come off. The way she applies them, and the fact that multiple natural lashes are attached to one cluster, is very painful and the natural lashes begin to rip each other out prematurely.I have spoken to several certified lash techs who have told me that it appears she used nail glue. They have also informed me that the methods she is using are very dangerous and known to cause permanent damage, bald spots, infections, and loss of eye sight. A cluster of extensions came off of my left eye yesterday, with EIGHT NATURAL LASHES ATTACHED.DO NOT GET LASHES DONE AT LILY NAILS.During these appointments, glue has gotten in my water line and in my eye. I swear she used regular scotch tape to tape down my lower lashes. At my last appointment she glue my eyelids shut. I had to lay back down, for her to get the glue off and free my eyelids. The first few days following these appointments are very itchy and uncomfortable, because she glues the extensions to your natural lash and skin.Tina has been late to every appointment, and forgot about one. My last appointment was supposed to be eyelashes, set of acrylics, eyebrow wax and upper lip wax. As she did my eyelashes, the shop became busy with walk ins and she asked me to come back at 4pm for my nails. I agreed and asked if we could schedule two pedicures and a basic manicure for my boyfriend at the same time, and she agreed. At 4 oclock I had text her that I was on my way, and was asked to reschedule, then told 4 was OK for our pedicures but was asked to reschedule my acrylics. I never got my acrylics. I gave up.

Hanna was exceptional! I will gladly drive from Sacramento to Roseville just for her services. The whole place was friendly and very clean.

Lily did my nails recently just yesterday and she did them so pretty and neat! I barely ever like going to public salons anymore because they never do the shape nor anything else right most of the time but lily worked nice and fast and made them look perfect too I recommend going here!

Went for a simple manicure. Was talked into trying a nail powder dip. The worker did a long process with using many different smelly chemicals. At least 6! I becoming very sick when I got home...terrible nausea and headache. I was so sick from the smells I had to remove all of my nails with acetone immediately. Took 2 hours!! Today 24 hours later I’m still nauseated and have a headache and still smell the chemicals on my hands!!!!! I don’t think they’re very clean either and will never set foot in there again. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

After hearing many good things about the salon i went to lily’s nails during my lunch break on a Saturday, when it was very busy for them, they were able to take me without making appointment! I felt very welcomed an received the best service, My nails were done so fast and with the most perfect shape I ever had them I only showed a picture of what and i want and the color they had a huge selection of colors. I am so happy i came to this place and will be the only spot i will come to from now on! Last thing to mention, the salon is so clean and organized with full staff and enough tables and seats to take many people at once! Love that..

Tina is wonderful, not to pushy to get more stuff done. But made great recomendations . prices went up. But understandable completely. I will be scheduling my appointments with tina .

Went in for a fill as I made an appointment prior. The old polish and acrylic wasn’t fully taken off before new was slapped on. Asked for a design on one nail, they said it was a design made with powder (it was not), and so I asked for an accent nail of a different color. All nails were painted the same color and the accent color was going to be “ombre” (not really what I asked for). They are not ombre, it looks like glitter was slapped at the bottoms of my nails. Asked to keep my almond shape. 4 of my nails are completely rounded. The tech’s drill bits were also very dirty and caked in old powder. Not clean at all and I was so worried that if she nicked my skin I’d get an infection. Her co-worker also hovered and they chatted to one another for the entire time I was getting my nails worked on. At the end? $45 for all of it. My last place charged $50 for a complex design AND a new set not just a fill and put oil on my cuticles. Won’t be back, don’t waste your time.

They did a great job! I’d never been here before so I gave it a try on the 4th of July and they didn’t disappoint. Kristine or Christine (I didn’t get the spelling!) did a great pedicure on me and was so thorough. I’ll definitely be coming back :)update: April 2021.They overbooked clients and had people waiting for 30+ minutes who had appointments. They rushed on both myself and my friends pedicures, and skipped half of what the pedicure was supposed to include! I was very disappointed. My last experience went so well, im not sure what happened.

I had my acrylics filled - and they look terrible. She left gobs of nail polish on the sides of my nails and theyre completely mis-shapen. Very disappointed - especially because this place had 4.7 stars.

Terrible pedicure. No customer service. The tech mumbled and I could never hear what she was saying. The hot stone rub was awful and painful - she kept bumping my ankle bones. She rushed the whole massage. Not even relaxing.The polish on my toes was rough and not shiny at all. She left me sitting in the chair to dry and never came to check onme. I put my own shoes on so I could leave. Then she got overly direct about a tip when I was paying. Sorry no tip and not going back.

This is the best review for eyelashes at Lily nail in Roseville. We had the wedding party last weekend, so my wife wanted to get her eyelashes done. I looked online and found the Lily nail is the one closed to my house . I called and made appointment for my wife. Then, I read the review, I was afraid of and confused that we should make it or not. But we made decision to try it. And my wife came to see Tina who did the eyelashes for my wife. Tina’s very friendly and did very good job. My wife really like it. Her eyelashes look very gorgeous. We really love this place. High recommend to come here for eyelashes so you will be not disappointed.

I’ve gotten my nails done here for about 2 months now and they always shock me on how pretty they are. Tammy does a really good job and I’m going to continue going to her unless I move. She gives me an honest opinion every time I ask what she thinks I should do because I am so indecisive.

Lilys Nails is the best nail place! Tammy has been doing my nails for years and Ill always refer people to her! I work with animals and today a bird cracked one of my nails off, and Tammy to the rescue! She fixed it right away, and put a new top coat on the rest of my nails too! Dont let the negative reviews turn you away, give them a chance!

I was here yesterday getting a supreme manicure and I could not be any happier. The process was so fast and flawless. Love how the tech polished my nails. By the time she was done, each nail looked so exquisite.

New to the area. By far, hands down, THE BEST pedicure Ive EVER had (and Ive had A LOT)! The standard pedicures Ive had have run about $35 plus tip. Their price was the same. BUT...it was so deluxe! I dont know how many different deliciously scented scrubs and clays and lotions she used on me! Hot stone rub and relaxing massage chair. Very friendly and super clean facility. We will definitely be back.

My nails look absolutely gorgeous thanks to Lilys Nails!! They did such a great job!! They manicure package certainly included everything from trimming shaping to massaging with hot stone! The hot stone was the one i love the most!! extremely relaxing and comforting!! And the price was affordable as well. The tech was so friendly and nice, and her skill was so absolutely amazing!! We talked together and her english was great. The store was nice and clean. On a whole the experience was positive! I really satisfied with everything! I will come back again soon for sure

I went to Lily Nails in mid-August with my sister. The ladies were kind and the shop was clean and well maintained. But my service was very confusing and very frustrating. I feel bad because I cannot for the life of me remember the ladies who did our treatment, but I feel this is important to bring up.The woman who did my sisters nails was kind and did a very good job, clean acrylic nails very good application.I just wanted Acrylic nails in the Coffin/Ballerina shape, which the lady shaped nicely but her application was the acrylic was messy. Using too much liquid and powder, she basically put a giant glob of acrylic on my finger, spread it everywhere -oh my nail and finger- and attempted to wipe away access. Wasting way too much acrylic. She drilled away all this wasted acrylic, cutting my cuticles one too many times, and didnt smooth the nail at all, they were very uneven and lopsided, too thick or too thin. Didnt even really pay attention in keeping them as similar as possible. Then when she went to paint my nails she decided to let my sister and I know that it would be $5 extra because my nails were long. My sister was pretty ticked, but the woman doing her nails said they wouldnt charge, because they were supposed to let us know before applying the acrylic. The woman doing my nails grumbled, obviously upset, but did as she was told, getting nail polish all over my cuticles. My sister paid about $35-$45 for the entire set. While my sisters nails looked very nice and clean, mine were a disaster.I noticed an uncomfortable pressure in my Ring finger on my right hand a few days after the service, but ignored it. About a week later all my acrylic nails came off, and I discovered an infection In my nail from her drilling, and possibly dirty tools. She had shaved my natural nail down to my actual nail bed, making it fragile and very thin. With the infection that spread under my nail and into my cuticle, I lost my entire nail within 4 weeks. thankfully it is growing back, though I suspect permanent damage.I will not be returning to Lily Nails, and I encourage the ladies working there to always properly clean their tools and work areas. Ive known women who have gone to nail salons where the employees used dirty tools and actually had to have their fingers amputated because of the deep infection.I hope the ladies there will solve this, and protect their future and present customers from this.

I have been many nail salons here in this area but Lily’s nail was best. Both the owner and the staff were friendly and professional. I went to this nail salon on my birthday and the owner gave me a small gift (a lotion) with a lovely song from all the staff. When I had manicure, a girl I didn’t remember her name, listened all my idea and respected me as a boss. She suggested for me the length as well as the style of my nails. My nails always were taken care to become perfect from shape to cuticles. One thing important for Lily’s nail was free parking side with a big space. It was great for noisy and crowded street.  I will come to Lily’s nails forever!

Terrible service I received today. I came in and asked if they can take me for pedicure and manicure. They agreed. They took me in after waiting around 10 mins or so. The guy did my pedicure in a rush. I did the deluxe, but he barely cleaned my nails and barely scrub my foot. After I was done, they asked me to come back tomorrow for gel manicure. I said “no, I’m not coming back tomorrow. “ I meant, not ever.They should have told me from the very beginning that they cannot accommodate me.Instead of doing a half done job.

Came in as a last minute thing to kill time and am so pleasantly surprised and satisfied. I had a young lady do my toes, that was a first and she was great. Friendly, and very attentive to details. I honestly cant remember the last time i was so satisfied with how the polish came out.

Our first time here and it we will be back !! My daughters first time having nails put on. They were so helpful, and patient. They took such good care of her, and her nails look AMAZING !!!

This review is for lash extensions, not nails. I had an appt with Tammy for a fill, the 1st time at that salon, which started 20 min. late because she was doing someones nails. She took me in the back and left for another 5 min. After she started she kept leaving to deal with new customers who came in, even though there were other employees there. Turns out she is the owners sister.When she worked on me she was hurried and rough. I felt like I was a burden to her. Then she started pulling off my existing extensions and I could feel her pulling out my real lashes, which she was literally yanking out. I told her and she said she wasnt. I should have walked out right then. When she was done I looked in the mirror and it looked OK, although they were thin and there was little light to really see.When I got home I saw that the right eye only had half the lashes of the left eye. I also saw that many of the extensions were glued on the underside, close to my eye, and it was irritated. I had to leave for a party so I called the next day. I tried 4-5 times throughout the day and no one answered even though I knew they were open. I finally left a message for Tammy. No call back. I called next day and Tina, who turned out to be the normal lash person and was sick the day I went in, said it was Tammys day off. Tina said to come right in.Tina was wonderful. But, unfortunately, she said there was only so much she could do because I was missing so many real lashes on that eye to attach the extensions. Now I look lopsided and I have 2 upcoming graduations and a wedding.If you are thinking of getting lash extensions dont go here.Update: After 4 days most of the extensions on my right eye have fallen out because I dont have enough real lashes for them to stick to. Many are sticking inside my eye. I paid $50 for this disservice!

I’ve been coming to Lily’s nails with my daughters for over 2 years. All of the staff is super friendly & sweet to my girls. Our nails always look amazing!!

Got my nails painted on Friday and on Monday morning they were chipping, came in Monday afternoon to get them fixed and was turned away because they were “too busy” yet there were only 2 people getting nails done and they have had no problem making me wait 30 mins before when they were even busier. So i was forced to get them repaired somewhere else and now today (Wednesday) an entire nail broke. I won’t be coming back not only are they rude but the nails are poor quality. I go here every two weeks, it’s amazing how rude she was to a regular customer

Ive been here 4 times now and each experience has been great. I got the special spa pedicure special which thoroughly enjoyed. After a scrubbing and foot/ leg massage they also use a warm towel that feels really nice. They are also very friendly so this is the nail salon I go to now in Roseville.

My friend told me about this place the other day. Im really happy I came here. The service is amazing here and the tech did an amazing job on my supreme pedicure.

I paid $10 extra for gel to last longer. I dont feel the gel should start chipping on the 8th day. Was out of town, so I couldnt go back right away. When I went back explained what happen. So instead of explaining to me in English that the lady doing my pedicure would do my manicure to prevent the chipping from happening again. Other customers came in and waited, then were in and out at the same time as me. Cause they did her manicure at the same time as they were doing her pedicure. I feel an explanation in English of why was owed to me the customer. It wasnt till I called the next day, I received the explanation. Then its $10 more for gel. So the $15 manicure plus $10 equals $25. She rung up it at $30 and $30 for pedicure. My pedicure was $25 plus $10 for gel. So I was confused, but after stating that it should be only $25 for manicure and I needed to get to my appointment. I signed the bill and left. The total was correct it just left me confused what they really charged for my services. I feel it should of been rung up $25 for manicure and $35 for pedicure. So as a customer I know what the charge for the service I received. Not sure I will go back, if I do I will b sure to get things explained in English!

I went to have an eyelash fill yesterday....not only was it extremely painful (she pulled out multiple eye lashes on accident and poked me with her tweezers), but there are clumps of glue on my lashes and she put them on crooked. On top of that, she used my head as a resting place for the loose eye lashes so I had black glue all over my forehead when i left the place. She also told me in the beginning that the fill would be $40, but then charged me $50 at the end. This may be a good nail salon, but it is by far the worst eye lash place I have ever been to.

I’m very upset with my experience here, went here with my friend yesterday. DO NOT go to the younger guy because he will NOT listen to what you want. I wanted light purple matte nails with one completelysparkly accent nail. He did them in a darker purple and the accent nail was ugly as frick and not what i asked for. I got a pedicure after and then they painted my toes just for them to get messed up, at the end i paid 120 dollars lol. They never told me the price of anything as they were doing it or before except when i called and asked how much a full set of acrylics were and they said 25. Do NOT go to this place.

I asked for just the middle of my daughters eyebrows waxed. Very simple procedure as we have done it before so I didnt think I had to go to any special place so I dropped in here. The woman ends up taking off half of one of my daughters eyebrows off and insists its ok! My daughter was crying as it is so noticeable and the other employee started yelling at her as it was so obvious she screwed up. No compensation or anything. This place sucks! Never again!

Horrible Experience!Got a manicure and I was cut open three different times on three different fingers! I asked the lady repeatedly to stop filing my SKIN and she still didn’t listen! It hurt so bad, I was bleeding!I will never go back there again and of course she charged me full price! Unbelievable

I had acrylic tips put on and the person who did my nails was done in 30 minutes! This usually takes one hour. The job was fast and messy. The next day the nail paint started chipping. Ive had this service before the my nails would last for almost 2 weeks, and I did not use gel. I also dont appreciate them asking me over and over about getting gel polish and extra items like the massage/oils, etc. Just $10 for this, $10 for that......I ask for the basic because I am on a budget. I will not go back to them.
