I came here for the first time and my experience was unpleasant. The workers were nice but how they took care of me was not okay. I wanted a full set with a simple design and they took turns working on me and both people weren’t listening to what I wanted and there was no communication. The final product was probably the worst nails I have ever gotten. My nails were not shaped, they were not close to my cuticle, the paint job was extremely messy. I do not leave bad reviews but I would not recommend this place. The workers were kind but their work was not acceptable.

Originally went to give this place a 4 star until I actually really looked at the paint job on my toes. He didn’t quite cover all of the nails on both feet, but they do look nice and still did a better job than the ladies at Nail First by Walmart. They are really understaffed to the point that 4 different women got up and left. BUT the guy who did my pedicure definitely took his time and my feet feel SOFT unlike how they felt when I left Nail first (my feet were still dry and cracked). He didn’t rush which is part of the reason the wait is so long there, which honestly I enjoyed. It shouldn’t be rushed. They barely speak English but the atmosphere is quiet which as a stay at home mom with constant noise, I enjoyed. Will definitely go back! No nail salon will ever be perfect but this place wasn’t too bad

Long time here bc theres only 2 employees. The guy who is doing my pedicure is amazing with the leg and foot rub. Even cracks your toes. Probably the only reason Im coming back 🤣 other than that for French mani pedi shellac its 90. A bit more pricey than what Im used 2

Went there two days ago and got a full set. A man did them. And my nail polish is bubbled up and when you pop the bubble my nail polish isn’t even dry underneath. None of my nails are the same shape nor size. I asked him multiple times to fix the shape but stopped asking after a while because my nails keep getting shorter and shorter. My nail polish is peeled up on my one nail that had the biggest bubble. He never asked me what shape I wanted nor listen when I told him what polish I wanted. Will not be going back there terrible 🤦🏼‍♀️

I signed in and waited for an available nail technician about 30 to 40 minutes. As soon as there was a place available they took someone else, when I told them that I was next they seated me in a chair while they laughed and giggled. They kept looking at me me with a smile on their faces. The manager that sit by the front desk was the one that had all the others laughing. I’m a medical professional and I’m so glad that I don’t have that type of a heart.

I was in and out. My nail size is uneven, asked multiple times to get the color off my skin, nail polish is thinner on some areas. Went to the bathroom to get oil off my fingers... that she didnt rub in... no soap...Pedicure- literally put a hot towel on for 5 seconds, didnt rub my calves, I switched my color and she was physically upset... stomped her foot while walking away....Visibly dirty in the back it smells like rotten food... chunks of acrylic on table.. lady told me literally that im being difficult.$90 later and I DID NOT TIP. First time I never tipped someone.Idk who the new owners are but yall need to get a grasp on your people. NEVER going back

I went to this place earlier today and waited over 20 mins to get my feet done while other customers that just came in, got their feet done before mine. Then when I went to get a manicure, the lady rush job my nails. I don’t think I’ll come back to this nail shop again.

I like this place because it’s all organic and it doesn’t smell like a normal nail salon due to the products that she uses. Staff is a little slow and doesn’t take direction very well. Many times I wanted something and they did exactly what they wanted to do instead of what I wanted to do. Prices are a little steep also. They do great work most of the time very easy to get into also if you’re in a time crunch, Although there are not very fast and less you ask for Susan

Ken did my daughters and my nails. He did a great job! I have gone to other nail salons but nails have always come off way to early on their own. I wont go to any other salons any more. They are great quality and great price!

I have been going here for over a year and have loved it. Up until yesterday when i went in with my 2 daughters one who was paying for her self. We all three got pedicures and they were trying to get us to get this extra lotion for extra $5 i declined my daughter got it. Then my older daughter and i got full sets the lady doing my daughters nails added rhinestones at no cost she says. So were done and go to pay the guy doing my nails says my total is 155.00 ok i knew my daughters was 75 and some how my total went from 55 to 100 the owner kim says no he forgot about my younger daughters pedicure. So my total should have been 20 for my daughter pedi 35 for my full set and 25 for my pedicure basic pedicure no extras.Should have been 80.00 but no i was charged a 100 so they made a tip off me and im sure i paid for the FREE RHINESTONES so im sorry to say u lost a customer not one but 3...

I came a few days ago and I got the therapeutic pedicure and let me just say it felt amazing. How peaceful the nail shop is and with relaxing music. It was definitely a nice self day. Recommend to the ladies who wants to get out of the house.

Went to get a soak off and a new full set, lady didn’t care about what I wanted, I had pink to white power nails. All she did was cover the pink with blue, didn’t even cover all the pink on the nails and I asked 3 time for then to be shortened and she left them as long coffin nails, that I filled when I got home. She cut me a few times grinding them bearly smooth. NEVER AGAIN SHOP TO GO TO!

Manicure and pedicure. HORRIBLE. Small older woman (the really tiny one with the buzz hair) was very rough and it was extremely uncomfortable and painful when plucking skin off of from my cuticles! And when she was rubbing in the lotion/whatever cream they use on your fingers, she was squeezing my fingers as if she was trying to dislocate my knuckles. Seriously????

For my first pedicure experience with my wife, this was a great place.Service was great, staff were friendly, professional, and personable. Along with my wife, there were several repeat customers and i can see why. They take good care of there patrons and for a first timer like myself, they took great care of me.The owner seems to be engaged with the client but not in a bad way. He seems genuine in providing a world class experience but not at a world class price.

Dawn is AMAZING! She totally took my nails to the next level. My nails were not done right at the place I went to before here and she had a big job but she did great! She does a proper job and takes her time to make you happy! Ask for Dawn she’s worth it!

This is a very nice salon, it’s clean and well maintained. I had a pedicure and waxing services and everything was excellent, the technicians were very nice and did a great job. I will be going back. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the girl at the front desk is not great at her job. She doesn’t greet you when you walk in the door or set expectations on how long you’ll be waiting.

Went into Shes Nailin It with my mom yesterday for a girls day out. I am going to a 5SOS concert next week, and they were able to put pictures of all the boys on my fingers, using shellac nail polish and some type of amazing machine. NO fake nails, no problems. It was so cool! Service was great and my mom and I are both happy. Had to write a good review (:

This place USED to be a great relaxing place. But the new staffing is horrible they are very unprofessional, loud,cursing and just ghetto!!! I think they are over priced, they used to have great polish choices now its nothing worth while! The only thing I loved was my pedicure. The lady rushed my nails they turned out nice but still. It was a rushed job! The lady splashed nail remover on my face twice! It was almost in my eyes!! I will not return

This place has been my go to for the last couple years but over the years it has become run down and I never see the owner anymore. They used to be present in the shop making everything run smooth. Now the techs run the place and they dont seem to have direction. They do not set wait time expectations and they only have 3 techs on Saturdays. This is not good business when most people get their nails done on Saturday. The massage chair does not work anymore, the technicians stations are run down and the tools do not look sanitary anymore. They rush through their jobs to get the people waiting for over an hour. They would be excellent again if they would adjust their business practices.

Waaaaaay to expensive especially for the service. The tech had to leave prior to my departure. The owner came by to check to see if nails were dry, she gave thumbs up. Left, bumped the nail, went back to have corrected they applied a different shade didnt notice until walked out in the sun. They locked door and closed. $30, bad job, bad polish, never again😒

I Normally don’t write reviews I feel like it’s petty but today is different. I went in and got 2 pedicures. One for myself and the other for my boyfriends daughter. There’s by 3 ladies. They says hello and then immediately start talking among themselves. No big deal I walked in on the middle of it. The place looks clean at first glance. But when you really look not so much. Carpets are gross. Tile is dirty. Maybe stained. The pillows/chair backings are dingy or stained. Some leather is coming off most the chairs and hasn’t been swept up. The Tech that worked on me most likely has no idea what she’s doing or she was high. Idk. The other lady was very good/professional. She worked on my boyfriends daughter. They didn’t use new tools or disinfect them afterwards just put them back in the carry kit. I’m also bleeding now. I still paid tho. Which maybe I shouldn’t have.

I wish I would have read all the reviews BEFORE going to this salon. This was the worst experience and shellac manicure I’ve ever had. The manicure itself took over 2 hours. The nail tech didn’t even push back my cuticles, she just used her sanding tool and got the skin on all of my fingers, causing them to burn for a few days after! The polish was very bumpy/uneven, and when I told the nail tech, all she said was “sorry they’re all bumpy”, and then proceeded to charge me full price.. If I had time that day, I would’ve went to a different salon to have them redone.. I called to talk to the manager about my experience and the girl who did my nails answered. She said the manager would call me back, and few minutes later the girl who did my nails called back pretending to be the manager! Her voice was very mumbly and sounded like she was out of it, I’m not stupid, I know it was the same girl. I sent an email to the company and never received a response. I could go on, but I’ll stop here. Moral or the story, do not go to this salon unless you like having a manicure that a 3yr old could’ve done!

There were 3 techs on duty. I was greeted by one tech who was very friendly and didn’t have a client at the time; but I ended up being serviced by another tech (a woman who said that she was from Pakistan) who came from out of nowhere and seemed to just jump in and take over the greeting/service. No big deal. Maybe they had an arrangement in place. She seemed nice.Problem #1 I was quoted one price, but was told another price later, in which the tech that did my service seemed slightly irritated due to my questions about pricing. It was a simple misunderstanding that was resolved, but the techs didn’t seem to be on the same page about pricing, or whatever the special was for the day.Problem #2 I was seated and had to wait on the tech to go do something, twice. There were two other techs there (both very friendly) without customers and I still had to wait; and when my tech came back to me, she didn’t seem to have all the equipment she needed on her table, so she just kept getting up and looking around for things..which took more of my time.Problem #3 My tech was slow moving and seemed a little loopy. She didn’t put enough energy into filing my nails and kept having to reapply the gel powder and file more because she had applied the gel either too thin in some places, or too thick in others. She seemed either medicated or tired. Furthermore, her own natural nails looked terrible. Most of them where broken or uneven, and she only had chipped polish on a few of them. Her nails had dirt underneath them, and she even had 1 false unfinished nail glued on. I didn’t want to prejudge her work based on her own nails, but how is that good for business? It’s not. And I should have known better.Problem #4 Although she seemed nice, the tech kept asking why I chose the color that I picked, and if I was sure that’s what I wanted. It was almost like she didn’t approve.. as if it really mattered. To make matters worse, the polish she initially used was old and it would not go on my nails evenly. The first thing she told me was that the problem was the color, not the polish itself. I told her that I had been getting my nails polished in that color a lot recently and it has never been a problem at the other salon. She asked again, if I wanted to change. After I told her no, and just before I was about to just pay her for the work thus far and leave, she went and found new polish in my color. Because I was getting shellac polish and it had dried under the UV light, she then had to file off the old polish in order to put the new polish on....which took more of my time. And, although the new polish went on smooth, her polishing skills were lack luster. Even with 3 coats and a clear top coat, the polish was uneven. It was as if she just didn’t have the focus or energy to do it correctly.I looked at my finished nails and although the shaping was decent, overall her skills were mediocre. The service she gave (full set w/ shellac) was not worth $46.00. I basically stuck in there with her until the end when I should’ve gotten out of there All the signs were there that I was going to have a bad experience, I guess I was trying to give her the benefit of doubt. Towards the end of my service she had told a new client (who was in a hurry) that she’d be done with me within ten minutes. I just didn’t have it in me to raise hell about my nails, or else I would’ve asked her to fix my polish, but that would’ve taken up more of my time, and I had already been there for too long, in my opinion.In her defense, she kept asking if I was ok; if I had any questions; and if I liked what she was doing. Well, I personally was ok. No, I didn’t have any questions. And I tolerated what she was doing because she attempted to fix her mishaps. My main issue was the final polishing, it was very uneven. I paid her and got out of there because I was tired and ready to leave. I gave the nail salon 2 stars solely based on how friendly they were.

Got a full set done with dip powder ombre. Fantastic job. The ombre looks great and the nail tech was so kind as well. I went with a friend and she was able to do both of us at the same time. Definitely recommend.

Let me start by saying the ambiance of the salon is lovely. I was ecstatic upon my arrival, thinking of the idea of being relaxed and pampered. Especially since my sister and I got there as soon as they opened.About 15 minutes after waiting we were told our services would further be pushed back if a client with an appointment came in. We decided to give ut a chance anyway since we drove over an hour to get there. I was placed at a station without a nail tech and given a bowl of acetone to soak off my nails and told it would be about 45 minutes. My nails were done soaking after about 20 minutes. Once finished, I asked about how long before someone would service me. I was then told out of the 8 team members only two of them could assist me, and that they would only be able to assist me after they were assured no further appointments walked in. I waited over two hours total to be seen. This is not the place to go if you do not have an appointment.

I received a pedicure and fill with nail art. Alex was my nail tech and she was amazing! My experience was very relaxing staff was very welcoming and professional the salon was immaculate . I have been a client of vip nails for years and was never happy. Shes Nailin It nail salon now has a new client for life! Fabulous experience!

Dawn is the truth! However I got another nail tech because she wasnt there that day and was very disappointed. My gel overlay is bulky, uneven and a week later I am ready to have it taken off. Also I wanted a manicure prior to receiving the overlay and the technician basically told me I didnt need it (how rude if thats what I want) and my natural nails were not well cared for the way they were when Dawn did them. The shop is beautiful, clean and the staff is friendly. I will return but ONLY by appointment with Dawn.

I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness. BUT I made an appointment and Ive been waiting a half hour and no one has even spoken to me yet. That is really unprofessional, if you ask me. This is the third time Ive been here. The first I waited 2 hours because I didnt make an appointment and it was Saturday, the second time I made an appointment for late evening on a weekday and didnt have to wait at all. Im never coming back on a weekend... maybe not at all if someone doesnt at least talk to me soon.

Love the atmosphere. Theresa was very nice and helpful. However, my nails are very inconsistent. Longer than what I wanted, the acrylic is bumpy and a couple of my nails have air bubbles in the acrylic and look dirty. My eyebrows came out great though. I will more than likely come back, but just not 100% satisfied this time around.

Not enough people to serve everyone. Waited over an hour when I was told 20-25 minutes. Thats ok if I have to wait longer but an update and not taking people who got there after me before me wouldve been nice. Other than that the place is awesome. Great price for great work!

The lady that did my pedi was an African American lady with a small hoop her nose, her demonor clearly stated she didn’t want to be here and her work said the exact same thing . Ive given this place numerous chances, with different employees, and am disappointed every time. Finally learned and will not return. The stations are dirty and tools appear to be unsanitary. I have had to fix my nails myself when I leave, every time, because they are misshapen, not smooth, excess acrylic that needs to be removed from edges, etc. And despite asking and pointing out the blatant flaws, they are justunwilling to do them properly. Ihave no problem paying for what I want and expect, I tip well, as Ipersonally work in a serviceindustry, so cost is no issue...I just want them done well...butthis place doesnt seem to have asingle employee that is interested in keeping satisfied payingclients. They all move at an extremely slow pace yet clearly perfection is not a goal. I spent an hour and ahalf in there for a fill in and a repair, which wouldve been fine if they looked great after allthat time, but again I have to fix them myself! Im surprised that people arent concerned about the lack of sanitation, obviously the demographic dictates the quality standards.

The worst manicure Ive ever gotten and I normally dont complain. Its chunky and clumped up on the sides. I immediately want to go to my regular salon to have them redo them for me because theyre already driving me crazy. I wish I could get my money back because that was just a waste of my time and money. They didnt even have the color I wanted or anything even close to similar so I had to choose something entirely different so that was disappointing. The girl was sweet but it didnt feel like she was well trained. A little awkward when giving me my manicure. Will never go here again or recommend

If i could give 0 stars I would. I went there yesterday to get a fill in. Was told by one of the workers that its 16 and the polish i picjed would be additional 8. I was fine with that. The lady who thought she was going yo do my nails said you know this is an additional 8 dollars and then proceeded to say because it was shellac is was going to be that us 15 and then the 16, so a grand total of 44. I didnt pay that to get my original set with shellac. I will never step foot in there again. Should contact the BBB for price gouging.

I was at this place before had my lashes done. I go back and it was terrible. Not only did they charge 5 extra $ than what their services book says, my lashes started to fall off minutes later. I went back 15 minutes later she was supposed to fix them instead she added more clusters and now the glue and extra lashes are poking my eyes. I have no choice but to take them off. How disappointing to pay 30$ for less than 24 hours worth of lashes.
