I came here to get a dip manicure for my birthday weekend! Couldnt go crazy due to my profession but I always get my nails done for my birthday! I made an appointment same day and plenty of walk ins came through the door as I was getting my nails done. It is a very clean salon and they have such a wide range of gel, dip, and regular polish. Ann was so great and did such an amazing job! This is definitely my new go to place! Color is #162 of dip (is a bit brighter in person, the pic does not do it justice!).

They do very nice gel pedicures here. $45 before tip.Small shop with 2 workers. I recommend making an appointment.

I got a fill and pedicure from here less the 24 hours ago and the polish is peeling off my nails. They rushed my appointment they didn’t even take off my color from my previous set they just painted over it. And the prices are ridiculous for a basic pedicure and a bad fill it costed me $110… please do not go here!

First time I went I thought it was pretty good. they had talked me into using powder/dip. that was a mistake, as now you either have to fill or have them removed...anyway literally tried to charge $29. for removal and a quick file job calling it a manicure..that will my last time here.

Went for my first time two days ago. The woman who did my pedicure did a great job and I would ask for her again. But my gel manicure was messy and rushed. He clipped my nails but never filed them so they were all jagged when he was done. And two days later, its already chipping. Would not go for nails again but pedicure was great. Waist of money for me. Wont let me upload a picture for some reason

First time here. Excellent tea pedicure by Lucy. However, a man did my manicure and it felt rushed. He then asked me to move to another location without helping me with my purse as I had wet nails. I figured how to use the nail dryer on my own, since he didnt help me with that either. Very poor CS on his part.

Sophia or Sofia not sure which spelling is correct anyways shes outstanding. Im so happy I went in today and had her hook my nails up they are gorgeous. If your looking for a really outstanding foot massage ask for David for your pedicure (he only works weekends).

Wonderful place to get your nails done, the nail specialist took the time to paint my nails like the picture from pinterest. I can not be anymore happier with the results.

Worst customer service ever they were rude and ignored my request for my nails they were so impolite and when I told the her those colors were not the ones that I wanted she treated my hand aggressively. I’ll never come back to this store!

They are great! They care about keeping their mask on the whole time and do a very good job with cleaning the nails, especially pedicure! Super happy every time!

I absolutely love this place ...best mani/pedi’s here... they always make arrangements to get me in even when they are busy. Tammy just recently gave the best pedicure yet. She’s so nice and personable. I hope you enjoy this place like I do.

Not satisfied at all. On the pictures I showed how that did pedicure for the whole foot and nails.

They do acrylics very well but the past few times I got them done the tip would pop off within a few days. Got it repaired 4 days after getting a full set for free. Good manicures and pedicures

Anthony is the greatest nail tech of all time!

Since my favorite manicurist left about two months ago, I have tried 4 different women for manicure. Unfortunately the end product was extremely mediocre. Pedicures have been ok. Wish I could give a higher rating - the people are friendly but not very fluent, the salon is clean and very well ventilated.

I came to special nails and spa after giving them a break for a while due to how careless they became after you become a regular customer. I told them that I need my acrylic soaked off completely from my real nails and then reapply with different color acrylic. This woman the nail tech(Sofia) was so aggressive and rude talking in her language complaining to her other half. She was ready to cut my nails off due to her being lazy and didnt want to completely remove the acrylic I guess it was taking up too much of her time and enough money would not be made if she is still doing what makes me the customer happy. So the white acrylic is still on my nails and all I hear in an aggressive tone go wash your hands. Then she threw the colors on the table pick your color . I told since she didnt remove the white acrylic just give me the the same color acrylic. She got upset and then out of nowhere I saw her and her husband switching seats( she went to her husbands customer and he to me) so I said I no longer need my nails done just tell me how much I owe you for my half done nails so I can leave and I did just that LEAVE and I will never go back.

I take my daughter here for gel nails. Very clean. They have a ton of colors, and they do a great job.

So..we came here for the second time I believe out of convenience because its closesr to our house. AND I remembered after why Ive only been there once and a long time ago. Everyone here is nice...thats why we didnt make a scene and still paid without complaining but my daughter was very unhappy with both her manicue and pedicure. The lady did not shape her nails in pedicure she just cut them and the lady who did her nails kept pushing a gel powder that it would make her nails stronger and she just wanted a regular manicure and said so several times and said she just stopped because the person wasnt listening. My manicure person was very sweet but even with showing a picture my nails look nothing like I was asking for. I kept trying to ask and explain but she hasnt understanding so I just gave up I was there so just let her finish...I still tipped everyone well buy we were NOT happy about this experience and will not be back.

The work they did on the picture worth $10. They did not cut well. I am not satisfied with their work at all. They also did not charge me because I asked them not to. The star I gave to them is just because they have a good music inside.

I had a pedicure and my daughter had a full set done .. we had Ann and another A name it escapes me at the moment. We were both very happy with our experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve given this shop 2 tries and they were both bad. First time, the lady doing my nails was very rude and didn’t do a good paint job. 2nd time, they charged me 15 more dollars than what i was suppose to pay (didn’t realize until I got home) and ripped me off! (The paint job was horrible too!)! Also it was very obvious that they were making fun of me because there was people on and off surrounding me and laughing while talking in Vietnamese which was very uncomfortable. If you want to get your nails done go on Instagram and search for nail techs near you because I don’t know what’s with the patterns in all these public nail salons, but they are all very unprofessional and rude!

The nail tech who worked on my nails did not talk at all! She talked over me the whole time to another worker, not friendly and parts of the process where rushed, went in for a basic manicure, i would say pass on this location.
