Ive had frost bite happen to my fingers which means my nails dont grow and the nails are dark they grew my nails and made them look normal.. prop to my tec sauna

Ive tried this place several times and theyve been consistent no matter what nail tech you go to.Did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure!Also this place is very thorough and clean.

So me and my friend went Thursday to get our nails done both of us had a good experience so when I got paid the next day on Friday we went back to get our toes and lashes done everything seemed fine till I got home and realized the guy didnt put the clear coat over my big toe (which had an overlay) and then the next morning I woke up my lashes had all fell off my big toe nail was done and I was going to get my money back today but they are closed because of holiday so on Tuesday 9/7/21 I will be going to get my money back because not only did I spend $160 but I also tiped them each $5 which Im actually happy I didnt tip them more because their service sucked and I will not be going back there for any other services!!

Wouldnt reccomend at all. They do whatever services they feel and dont ask before doing it. Feels like an attempt to try and get more $ out of you. I asked for acrylic with white tips. Price list clearly states 25 for an acrylic full set and extra 5 for French. But than she tries to charge me 40 at the end?When she applied the tips to my real fingernails they werr burning all of them. Ive had my nails done plenty of times and never experienced this. Nail tech insisted I havnt had my nails done so that must be why.The tips she put on dont even match the size of some of my nails and there is large clumps of glue under my nails.I wanted a pedicure also but was too afraid to stay for that experience too just to have to pay to get them re done.There is also a HUGE language barrier which I feel creates a huge problem.Only 2 people were working there and they seemed frustrated and overwhelmed.

I had such a positive experience at this place! After searching for a good nail place with affordable prices Ive finally found one. They paid close attention to detail regarding my nails.Even though I was the only person there at the time the employees could been seen sanitizing the workplace as well as placing little candies out for their guests. A very thoughtful gesture. Very pleased and will be back.

What I liked about this place was the chairs thats about all I liked. 1st theie nail polish selection is very limited. I figured that was because its a new place. It took 58 minutes from the time I walked in the door till the time I walked out and I got a pedicure as well as a fill in. It was very rushed and my nails totally show it. He was rushing so much that he actually scraped the skin off of the side of one of my feet. It has only been 4 days and 2 of my nails the acrylic is already chipped on them, one of the fingers is a pinky finger. The actual nail Polish job was less than impressive. I was going to go back and have them fix my nails but honestly they would have to do the whole thing over again in order to fix it. I rarely leave reviews but I am so dissatisfied with the service I received that I had to. Needless to say I will never be going back to this place

Omg I just discovered Jazel’s Nails today and I found my new technicians. My daughter and I each had wonderful manicures and I had a deluxe pedicure. The pedicure was AMAZING, massaged, hot towels, hot stones, all kinds of good stuff and now I don’t want to wear shoes. The service was prompt, the salon is clean and the atmosphere was not too quiet and not too loud. Loved it! I’m going to schedule services for my best friend now as a gift.

The pedicures are good but the manicures are not! They have little help and you get the feeling that they want your money more than anything. I’ve given them a few chances but the manicure is uneven and their gel polish brand (DND) peels quickly.

I’ve been going here for a couple of months now. And each time has been exceptional except today when I went in to get a fill in. Ken was the tech for me today and he was extremely rude, rushing with my nails and very demanding. His technique is horrible. My natural nails were huge and puffy, as he kept reassuring me they’d look most natural in the end. Very unprofessional and very unhappy.

Upgraded without knowing it! I asked for basic pedicure. Signage indicated $25 for Pedicure $40 for Deluxe Pedicure. Asked again during pedi if the hot towels were part of basic pedicure and Nicky(?) said yes. Was charged $40, and was told I should have said regular because to them basic was Deluxe. It was a great pedicure but I left feeling duped. I dont know if it was a communication error/language issue or a scam.

I’m giving them a one star because the lady who did my feet, did them poorly! I had to point out that I still had dirt in my toe nail. I got shellac on my toe nail as always and I was not going to get them on my hand because I explained that they never last! But the lady was like don’t worry I will take care of it! My nails look horrible! Manicure was not good!

Cleanliness yes, but I got a pedicure and he literally filed my skin and now I have a scratch on my toe I was pretty upset. Then the guy complained that I wanted multiple colors on my toes, and wanted me to pick just one. After that I got my nails done, he made my thumb bleed, and didn’t even file the sides of my nails. I like them sharp cause in 2 weeks they get really dull. They were dull when I walked out. Also I have so many pits in my nails be literally looked at it and brushed it off like nothing. Soooo all in all I haven’t experienced everyone there just one guy. But I don’t think I will be back.....he was rough in general!

Wonderful experience. Both my daughter and myself left very happy. Weve definitely found our new nail salon.

If I could give a negative rating I would! Got a full set of gel with sellac polish. The tech cut 3 of my fingers to the point of bleeding. Fingers were on fire. 2 days later polish was already chipping off. They refused to fix or refund. This place is a joke.

Honestly if I could leave 0 starts I would, my nails are crooked I asked her to fixed the 1 nail and she had an attitude AND put the wrong colorit was very rushed I will never be back

Very clean, disposable utensils used on nails, new equipment. masks worn & barriers at all stations, social distancing maintained. Did a wonderful job on my nails! Friendly staff. Will definitely be returning!

My nails are uneven, there are streaks through the nail polish. The tips used don’t cover the sides so they look very weird shaped on the sides. Missing paint on sides. Then she filed the front of my nails downward so it’s awkwardly shaped

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday I got a simple coffin full set and i didn’t like my nails they were not even and nor were they coffin shaped I had to keep telling her to shape them would not recommend this nail shop

I came here with my sister to get our nails done I’ve always seen this place and wanted to try it out I got my nails done by the owner I believe she was sitting at the table near the door were you sign your name in, I asked for an specific set and showed her the picture, my nails are shaped weird and she didn’t take her time at all !! She rushed thur everything, and my designs aren’t even matched she did and horrible job will never come here again !

I used first pic as reference. i was charged 65$, was not worth it. color acrylic was used and also used polish to paint over and complete the french design

Just opened, so everything is new and clean. Owners are very knowledgeable and friendly.
