Ive been going here for dip for almost 3 years. My nail artist is amazing. Every single time I come out with beautiful and long lasting nails that I love.

Omg, I still laugh about the service I got at this place. This was a couple years ago (I can see it in my Google timeline.) I called and got an appointment for three repairs. When I showed up, the guy wanted to give me a full set. I said no, I didn’t want take-off and I didn’t have time. (I should add, I was very polite about it.) He angrily put the nails on, but MID-WAY, he stalked off and went into the back room for, like, fifteen minutes The tips were on, the acrylic was on but it wasn’t filed down or shaped. It hadn’t been painted, of course. He came back and claimed to not have any more time. Told me to come back the next day, which meant I would have to go to work with big clumps of unpainted acrylic on my nails. I went home, filed my nails, and used some awful polish my daughter had to paint my nails. Without exception, this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Luckily, it’s not all that important, right? It’s not like it was an ER or something. So ultimately it’s not that big of a deal. But you would never ever catch me walking through the door again. Unless I wanted a really good laugh.

Guy did a really good job on my nails, however I was quoted 55 bucks, then charge 10 more dollars AFTER HE ALREADY STARTED, for from what I was told, the length that I wanted, will cost me more money and that was a little upsetting.. and I chose matte black coffin style nails and still tipped the man despite the price gouging, because they looked sooo good!! 🤷

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. Literally every nail artist is great! Once you go, you won’t want to go anywhere else. 🙌🏼

Super clean and nice place! Doesnt have the smell that typical nail places have because they dont do the acrylic nails. They do gel or dipping powder. Perfect place to go if you are pregnant and trying to avoid the typical nail salon smell.

I was excited to get my nails done upon the reopening of salons. The first time to Cosmo and I hate my nails. They are way to wide for my fingers and they look ridiculous. The price is extremely high for not getting what I had repeatedly asked for. The tech kept doing what she wanted and then was rude about it. The salon I regularly go to opened the following day so I made an appointment for them to FIX what Cosmo did. I hide my nails because they look so unnatural.

Marvelous! First time having nails dipped and was delighted with the results. Tim was able to work with my thin nails and did not have to add tips to lengthen them. The dip powder makes my nails much stronger and there are many colors to choose from. Cosmo Nail Lounge is run efficiently with minimal wait times. Already have another appointment.

Visited California a few months ago & came here after being treated very rudely at another nail salon. This place was absolutely wonderful! The salon is beautiful, the technicians there were so friendly & sweet. My daughter also enjoyed getting her nails & toes polished too. When we come back we are definitely making an appointment here

First timer! Made an appointment for myself & my sister in law. Staff was very friendly Vicky did my pedicure and she really took her time! Made sure my feet were smooth and nails were shaped perfect. Tim did my manicure & I fell in LOVE!!! Never have had someone pay so much attention to detail & my nails havent looked this good in forever. Also first time trying dip powder love the outcome. This is such a well run nail salon. They always answer the phone and send you text reminders. They focus on non-acrylic nails like dipping powder. Would recommend!!

Ive been coming here for six months and wont go anywhere else! Make an appointment ahead of time, they are so good that getting a walk in probably wont work out! Tina did my nails for my engagement photos and they were so beautiful. Every appointment my nails always look incredible.

FINALLY found an amazing nail place in this area!! Ive lived here for a few years and Ive tried a lot of different places. This place is DEFINITELY the best!! Clean, super friendly and professional, they make you feel so spoiled! I got a manicure and pedicure and both came out perfect!!! The shape came out excellent. I will certainly be back!!

I love Cosmo Nail and they are the best in what they do! They specialize in the power dip manicures so do not come if you are looking for acrylics because they do not do them. They do gel, but will push for you to get powder dip, but that is because it is a superior product! I have been getting powder dip for 2 years now and I recommend it to everyone and anyone. It lasts FOREVER, literally have gone 4-6 weeks and they lift eventually but not nearly as bad as acrylics and last much much longer than gel. No peeling, no chipping! Not to mention you can grow out your REAL nails. While some of the manicurists are hit or miss, even my worst dip manicure here was still one of my best. Try to schedule a time in the morning, as they understandably get a little bit tired toward the end of the day (especially on weekends).

Love this place but its pricey. Its very quiet and peaceful because the employees dont cross talking Vietnamese which is a huge selling point for me.

Awful customer service. I called to make an appointment and I was told a 12:30 was available and I confirmed that that would be perfect. Then they called me back to tell me they took a walk in instead.

This is one place Ill go back to again they did a really nice job on my pedicure and my manicure. Now they have a new manicure called a dipping manicure. I tried it I think Ill do it again. They have brand new equipment everything is clean. Its important to me that they use all brand new equipment every time they do a treatment. It seems like this place does that. I like that the pedicure stations are in the back of the salon. You feel like you have some privacy. Their massage chairs were quite good. The only thing about all these pedicure places I wish that they didnt speak all these different foreign languages front of you its pretty rude. But all these places do it. And you wonder what theyre saying. Also I think its really expensive. And then they want a 20% tip on top of it. And they ask you to pay in cash. You wonder how much of it is just going straight into their pocket and theyre not paying taxes on it. My well keep on wondering.

I dont normally write reviews, but Im REALLY tired of businesses who completely disregard the value of good customer service. I went to this place for a while and I was getting frustrated because every time I went in, any slight change I would ask for was $5 more the final straw was the last time I went there (before I stopped going for a long time) I wanted to do 5 shades of pink and silver (which Ive never done before, I always do 1 or 2 plain colors, no design or anything), she said I couldnt have more than 2 colors, if I wanted more it would be $5 more.. Im sorry, what??? Its literally the same amount of work for the tech, they are SIMPLY DIPPING your finger in a powder, which is WAY less work than acrylic to begin with!! If anything dipping powder should be LESS money, since it less time and work by the tech. SO I went in there a few weeks ago for the first time in a long time, just wanted to give them another chance to see if they had improved the way they treat people, and I had acrylic on my nails from the previous place I went to and just wanted a fill, the tech didnt mention anything about them not having acrylic there. Apparently, I found out yesterday, they are the ONLY nail place that doesnt have acrylic at all and they tell you its better to have it on your real nails (because its less work for them) and it will cost more money if its on acrylic. They do the SAME dipping motion whether its on your real nails or on acrylic thats already on your nails. So I was charged for a fill and then realized half way thru that they dont even HAVE acrylic so it will be $5 more to take the acrylic off to do it all on my real nails, which I didnt want because both jobs I work are very hard on my hands so I like to have the strength from the acrylic, or they just file the acrylic as much as they can to have it somewhat flat enough to do the dipping powder over it. The tech was getting mad at me because I didnt understand what she was actually doing that would make it more money. She told me go find another place if you want acrylic! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ALLOWS THEIR EMPLOYEES TO TELL A PAYING CUSTOMER TO GO FIND ANOTHER PLACE??? That tells me right there that they dont value their customers business! Also, I asked for my nails to be cut to a certain length, when she cut them I looked at them and the length was fine, but by the time she was done, they were WAY too short. I asked for the sides to be filed tapered since I know I wouldnt have them long enough for coffin shape, and she didnt do that at all. And a couple of my nails are SUPER crooked! Take the nail techs advice and go find another place!

I just had a mani/pedi today. It’s my first time at this nail salon. I really need to compliment the staff In their friendliness and expertise.The second thing and most Important of all is the cleanliness.The third item is that while my chair was massaging my back I was getting a massage on my lower legs.Another thing I enjoyed is that they have several staff employees working on customers. I never felt like I was ignored and waiting for my person to finish up with another client before I got attention to complete my nails.I will be a repeat customer!

Quantity over quality. Typical random nail salon in a city. Daughter got a kids mani/pedi and I got a pedi. I was supposed to get a hot stone massage with the choice I picked...didn’t happen but I was charged full price. The nail tech who did my child’s rushed through her services. I’m talking MAYBE 15 minutes start to finish including soaking in water to do a child’s mani/pedi so she had to and wait until I was done (like 30 more minutes). I ended up getting a toe infection from the service and urgent care visits and med bills are now all on top of the price of the day’s services. I’m also monitoring my child’s hands/feet for infection. Didn’t tip well because of the lack of quality/services rendered, and the front desk made it a point to point out my tip money was for 2 techs..told her I know and I headed out.

Tons of polish selections. Sarah is incredible, but all the people that work there are super nice. I highly recommend this place.

Busy place. 1st time here, mani/pedi. left feeling relaxed but they didnt do a very good job finishing my nails. Very dull, and poor job on my cuticles.

I’ve been coming here for a while. And I was so pleased with my experiences until a month ago. I got my nails done and they were completely lumpy, uneven not shaped correctly. I left very unhappy and they contacted me assured me I wouldn’t have that problem again and that they would make a note on my account to not have that manicurist do my nails again. So I made an appointment to get my nails done again even after having a bad experience only to wait 10 min longer than my appointment time was even though I stated I couldn’t wait and then they sat me with the SAME manicurist that ruined my nails last time. I walked out. And you can bet I will not return again thanks cosmos nails for ruining another salon for me.

My husband was taking me out for my birthday and I happen to be in the area. They did an amazing job and I appreciated them taking me as a walk-in during a busy time.

I think this is my new favorite place for a pedi/mani.Clean!! special attention by my manicurist Vincent- he was amazing.The front end staff made sure I was happy with the results and even made it a point to speak to me by name. The little extras made a difference. Thanks for the great experience.

I asked for only a massage of the feet and the lady said no and I asked the manager and he said yes, then the lady got offended and made the manager say no to me for getting only a massage and said I can only get a massage with the pedicure not just the massage alone. Its a ridiculous thing that she was so adamant that you cannot simply get your feet and legs rubbed.

Took an appt for 2 last minute! Good service, AMAZING nail color choices, didnt smell like nail polish inside, very clean, awesome massage chairs. Would go there again.

The lady at the front door was really nice but unfortunately the guy that did my nails was not. He didnt listen to anything that I said. He kept telling me to relax because I didnt want him to use the electric nail filing tool. Ive always heard you dont use that on real nails so that was frustrating. I had also shaped and removed all polish prior to going but he insisted and just filed my nails even though i asked him not to. He didnt shape them evenly and theyre more rounded versus squared. After applying the last clear coat he got up and started working on someone else. The nice lady at the front trimmed my cuticles. She was super sweet. This place is not for me.
