Good prices and really nice people. The girl who did my pedicure was really sweet and also thorough. The massage, exfoliating, and hot wax was definitely worth it. V happy with my experience!!

Good service. They are busy and if your afraid of covid ud say it may be to busy and close for you. Its got nice ladys who there but not all speak and under stand english so make sure u confirm with somone who does. Good work takes cash and credit id suggest to people once i move bc i dont want you taking my tine slot lol.

By far the only place I like. Other places do good but just not quite the level of quality you get at ProTop. My first time I went I thought it was just Karen that was amazing but the next time i went Karen wasnt available but was very pleased to see that everyone there does a very good job. Im someone whos willing to stay a little longer for that extra care and perfection. Will be making ProTop my regular nail place.

Best set I’ve ever gotten

This place never falls shy of my expectations! Yes a man young to a nail salon/spa can be a very conteversial subject but an ingrown nail is no longer a problem thanks to Le for being a pedicurist but more leaning to a spot surgeon it seems. Not only is the ingrown toenail taken care of but the most relaxing and stress relieving massage and foot scrub occurs for the right price! Come on in and get the royalty privileges!

First time coming here. Pricing is decent. I had Lisa do my nails(matte white with dip powder and design) and she did a great job. There was a bit of a language barrier but we figured it out. Thanks for the gorgeous nails:)

Quick service with paraffin included on basic pedi. My basic mani has lasted a week. Both were perfectly shaped. Definitely going back and getting a dip mani, they had a ton of colors.

Donna did my full acrylic set gel nails with a design and coffin shape for $57 plus tip! WORTH every penny. She did amazing. A free hand design done perfectly. Will be back for a fill and new design! Pics are a week or so out! Forgot to do the review earlier..

We are fairly new to Roseville and I tried them for the first time and was impressed. HOWEVER, I went back today with my daughters and was very disappointed. The girl cut my toe and it was bleeding, she didn’t notice until I brought it to her attention. Also, after paying extra to get the $34 service, my heels were still rough (not smooth). Under my toenails were still dirty, and the sides of my feet not even buffed down and made smooth. I’m used to getting pedicures, where my feet are smooth and every detail is accounted for. My daughter was happy with hers, but I’m not sure if I’ll give them another try.

If zero stars was an option I would have put that instead of one star. I went in on Wednesday to get my nails done at Pro Top nails for the first time. I was attended by a female who sits right next to Billy. I had asked for natural dry flowers for my accent nails but she told me they only had sticker transfers. I said yes since there was no other kind of flowers. The flowers were not to visible so butterflies and the gold flakes were added. I paid $70 for these nails!!! I thought they were pricy since at other locations for similar designs the most I have paid for them is $55 and that is with glitters and natural dry flowers. I had them on for three days and all 4 of my accent nails had come off partially and one of the four came of completely I did not hit my nails on anything and it came off while washing my hands. I came in today, Sunday, to get my nails fixed. I spoke to the same female who attended me last time. I explained to her what happened and asked if they could just do the glitter for all of the nails since I would not be able to come in if the stickers caused issues again and I doubt they would fix them again. I also asked if I could get a partial refund for the extra stuff I was charged for and would no longer be receiving. She said yes! I asked her again before I sat down I could get the partial refund to which she said again yes. So, I sat down and did not ask for anymore add-ons since I was going to be receiving the refund for the add-ons. Once she was done she sent me to wash my hands and I went up to her so she could give me the partial refund she had agreed to do. She ignored me and acted like she did not understand and sent me to her manager Bao. He approached me and I explained to him what was going up on. He rudely told me that he was not going to give me a refund since it was not their fault that my nails had popped off. I told him I did not get any add-one since I was going to get a refund. He raised his voice and rudely told me I will not give you a refund you have your nails. I asked him if it was fair that had now ended up charging me $70 for these nails that did not have any design to them. This time angry told me Yes, they are worth $70 and I am not giving you a refund! I have never experienced such horribly customer service and the fact the all the employees are contradicting themselves and not caring about their customers. I would not recommend this place to any family or friends due to there horrible customer service and only caring about themselves and not their customers. Also, during this pandemic they have about 8 nail tech stations and 5-6 pedigree chairs and do not follow the social distancing guidelines of having everyone at a 6 feet distance. I personally was seated at a about a foot away from the person next to me who was getting their nails done. This was the last time I visit this establishment!!! I will take my money to other salons who care more about their customers and will accept when they are wrong!!!!

I love pro top nails. Ive been coming here for about 4 years! The shop is always super clean and the staff is all very friendly and accommodating. Ask for Lily, Tracy or Billy! Theyre always extremely efficient and thorough.

I asked one of the staff for french nails, and the results were this!! It’s pink and white and when I asked why it’s pink she start shouting in different languages, she was very rude.if I knew they can’t do it I would’ve ask for one color better than paying $40 for this! not going there anymore.

I stopped in on my way to work because one of my nails was coming undone. they were sweet and glued it down for me real quick so I can get to work. It really surprised me because I didnt get my nails done there but they are willing to help me out. Im definitely going there the next time I get my nails done.

Pro top nails does a great job. If you have nothing better to do than sit there for at least 40 minutes if you have an appointment and who knows how long if you dont go there. If you want a good manicure/ pedicure get in your car and drive a couple blocks to Pleasant Nails at 1253 Pleasant Grove no 140. Great service, nice salon and fair prices.

This is a great place. Its small but the staff are very cheerful and serve very well. If you have time please come here and try to use their services. And you will feel something i told with you.

Not very friendly

I recently moved here from southern California, I have had the same nail lady for 6 years so moving here I knew was going to be difficult to find someone as good as her. I have been to multiple nail salons since my move here, and pro top nails is by far the best I have encountered. They are the cleanest salon I have ever even been to. They definitely have my business for the time I live in, or near Sacramento. The younger guy that sits right up front thats in charge is my favorite to see. He is very precise about everything he does. I promise you will not be disappointed!

Clean, sanitary, friendly and options for upgrading manicures and pedicures. The chairs are newer and work great for massaging!

Great place! Everybody there is very friendly and professional. Donna painted my nails and they turned out exactly the way I wanted them to. She did an awesome job. Its also nice that they are open until 8pm.

Got my toes and nails this past Saturday, it’s now Monday. So about 2 days. At the end of the day I got my nails done the gel paint on my fingernails was peeling off as well as my toes. 2nd day more paint has peeled off and one of my nails that was “filled” is coming off already. Paid over $150 on services here. Will not be returning.

I am a 52 year old, picky, Italian woman, and have had MANY pedicures in my lifetime, but have never had one as good as I get from Tammy at protop nails in Roseville. Her attention to detail, and the way she makes my dry feet look bran new. I don’t write reviews often, but when I stumble upon a gem, I have to share. Thank you Tammy.

Ive never been there before but they did everything that I asked for, including the really nice Mexican Flag on my nails..My husbands mother was coming to visit from Mexico, and I wanted to do something special, seeing that we hadnt seen her in 2 years. Lets just say she was blown away..And a happy Mother inlaw means I dont have to cook the whole time shes here.And thats nice.. Thanks ProTop...

I have mixed feelings about this salon. I was a customer here for 10+ years. Even before Pro Top took over for the last owners. I was a very loyal customer and referred many people to the salon. Early this year I stopped being a customer. The reason for this was I ALWAYS made an appointment...always and 90% of the time I had to wait when I arrived. If it was 5 mins of waiting every once in awhile, that is fine but I was waiting 30-45 mins. That is unreasonable. If someone has an appointment, then you need to be ready for them on time. I started getting pushed to other people instead of who I made the appointment with and that is annoying. I made the appointment with a specific person for a reason! Since leaving this salon I have found another place to get my nails done and I am very happy with my new nail person. She is always ready for me when I arrive at my appointment time. Pro Top does good work but their customer service needs improvement. An assembly line nail salon is not what most people want. People want to relax, get pampered and be treated like their business matters. Return customers are the reason places stay in business. You need to learn how to treat your customers and figure out time management. People make an appointment for a reason.

I really like the way they do nails, beautiful, and clean, I am sure that everyone of their customers are happy with the way they do their job, I will be back again.

Peter hooked me up! I came in almost 30 minutes until closed and the staff was still very welcoming. Peter did an amazing job and i’m definitely coming back again!

Super disappointed, I have been going here for 4 years and tonight I went and the gentleman that was doing my pedicure was so distracted by other customers coming in and going and what every one else was doing he was barley looking at me feet while doing my pedicureI got so upset that i finally asked if he had time to actually do my pedicure. He told me he was doing me a favor by fitting me in because i didnt have an appointment. I would much rather of been told to come another time than to be rushed through and not give the courtesy, respect and attention a paying customer should be given.

I went for a manicure and noticed that the sterilized bag was not even sealed and had not even been ran in the autoclave. They are using dirty instruments on everyone. When I confronted the lady she just looked at me with a confused face and got up and walked awayI walked out immediately and will not be returning.

I didnt feel I was an important client because all I was having done was a pedicure and plain manicure rather than a fill.

Got my nails dont yesterday and thought they did an amazing job woke up today and both my big toes hurt so bad and one is ozzing liquid

My wax lady was AMAZINGLY GENTLE AS WELL AS CONFIDENT i will be going back monthly

I made an appt with Lili as usual. 20 mins later I asked how much longer was the wait. They kept saying 5 mins. about 20 more mins went by and Billy ended up doing my nails. He was so distracted with what was going on around him that he made my nail bleed. Didnt even apologize and asked me not to move my finger... like really he isnt even looking when he is polishing under my nail! I was expecting at least a discount, but no. On top of that I payed more for what I usually pay for refills. Their prices were always different for my refills...They came highly recommended by a co worker Im disappointed even though the job is nice the Customer service is horrible and because of that Im not going back.
