This is a great nail salon. I was accommodated on short notice and received a really nice mani pedi complete with hot stone massage. The color they helped me pick out was really nice!

I got a set of Gel nails done and they lasted long and the color was great!! I recommend this place to everyone! Very great prices as well!

They do not take walk-ins! Yeah!!!! I saw Stephanie for a pedi ($30) and worth every penny. No more ingrown toe nails. Dont forget your cell phone. You have to call them at the door (phone # is on the door) to enter, hence appts. are necessary.

Best place to get your nails done for a fact! Rick and Jadee are the best of the best! Ive been coming here for the past 3 years and they never failed to disappoint! This place goes above and beyond for the clients! Main reason why I drive from West Sacramento to Roseville is to see them, definitely go here, you wont be disappointed!

This place is AMAZING. all of the technicians are wonderful, but Ive only ever had Stephanie do my nails and she is amazing! Gentle, fast, accommodating. They are up to date on the latest trends, etc. I usually go for the ombre. This last time i got matte black and it looks great. Seriously, go to this place. Its the best!

Fast & Efficient. Very friendly & professional as well as excellent service and high quality work. The manicurist I had was very nice and social and all the staff was accommodating and friendly, great customer service and clean, organized shop.

This place really exceeded my expectations. They were extremely professional, clean and thorough. Unlike other places they are extremely kind and thoughtful. I had a male do my nails and I couldnt be more pleased with how good a job he did. I will be coming to this place only to get my nails done!

I went to have my nails done at another location and my nails were in bad shape...nails lifted and etc. Tonight, I had to have them redone ...i went to #1...Stephanie did an awesome job and showed concern and compassion. I love this place. They are as accommodating as any place could be. They are patient and work hard at giving you what you want. They are all very talented.

I love this location, Rick does my nails just about every time and they always look amazing captures my vision. When Rick isn’t available Jason does my nails and he does a really good job too I feel, Rick has more imaginative side:)When I get my pedicures I always have to fight back my sleep they are so relaxing!

This place USED to be really good. They always have one new person that I have never seen, & for a regular customer I always get that new person & I even ask for someone I had before but they go on & on how long of a wait blah blah blah.This time I went to get my eye brows cleaned up & when I got home I tried everything to make it work. No, I hated them. Not only were they super short but thin as well.I called to speak to a manager, & they dont know they dont know what? I asked if they have one, they said yes. I asked if I could speak to them, they said not here right now. Then I asked okay when are they usually there, they replied I dont know they pop in here & there sometimes when we are working. I explained my situation to the lady that sounded concerned. I asked if I could leave my name & number for when the manager comes in next. She then said she was busy & handed the phone to someone else.I gave her my number & then asked what the managers name was, she said I dont know. - this had to be the same lady who did my eyebrows because she obviously didnt know what she was doing then either.If you like your nails, eyebrows, or hair done a certain way-dont go here. Very unconsistant & they obviously dont know much.No good customer service, I didnt get an apology or anything, & I only go to them.Now I need to grow out my eyebrows which takes the longest process for me personally & find a new salon that who knows if I will be able to trust.

I had an appointment schedule 3 weeks in advance. Some guy walked-in, and there wasnt enough time to do his toes and my nails. I was asked if Id give up my appointment for him. When I said no that Id made my appointment 3 weeks in advance I was treated rudely. Very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
