This place is trash and the lady who owns it is misleading and unprofessional. Run…don’t walk away. In sum, I asked repeatedly for dip, she said multiple times they do dip, they did not in fact have dip. She cut my cuticles to the point that they bled. I got a completely different shape than what I asked for. The gel top coat is bumpy and uneven. The place is disgusting. Dirty towels. No soap to wash your hands. Floor looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped since before the pandemic. It’s gross. Just save your money and go to a place that deserves your service. This place ain’t it.

DO NOT GO HERE! After 3 years of doing my own nails I thought I would pop into salon I had used years ago and treat myself. Big mistake. First when I sat down the towel was dirty at the station I had to sit at. Then the manager used a acrylic drill to take off my gel polish instead of soaking it. She went on to say how thin my nails where because of the way I did my own nails. No, it’s because you used a harsh drill to take off gel. She filed my nails like she was a toddler. They were different length, shapes and some were sharp on corners. Then I asked if I could pick a color and she let me. I picked a color and she used a totally different color which I said this is not the color to her. She told me it was the same color just a different DND number. To my knowledge that does nothing happen. I told her I did not like it so she painted over the color with another color. She apparently couldn’t see because she was missing the corners of nails and I had to keep reminding her to paint the whole nail. During the painting of my nails she kept disappearing on her phone because apparently some lady moved into her house and was brining men home when she would leave. This went on for like 15 mins and I had to ask the other girl if she was coming back. Very unprofessional, they do not care about the quality of the service they give to their trusting clientele. I posted pictures of the shape of my nails and how she painted my cuticles and could see the other color under it and the globs of top coat. I was extremely embarrassed on how my nails looked that I had to go home and do them again. When I soaked off the gel the right way my nail beds had groves where she used the drill. After all of that I still had to pay. Biggest waste of time and money. Do not go here. Save your nails and your money!

So this is my first time getting acrylics. I dont have high standards, so if you are a harsh critic of nail salons this review probably wont apply to your standards. The employees are trying to get customers to come in because of covid they have no business. I was offered a $5 eyebrow wax. Afterwards I asked how much a full set of nails were. For the most basic she said $35. She pushed my cuticles back and I got plastic tips because I have short nails, she shaped them into ovals like I asked and then she used pink dip powder and a gel top coat. I ended up paying $45. She (Nancy) was really nice and didnt try to sell me anything. FYI I have very dry cuticles so thats why the area around my nails look so crummy.

This place was amazing... Offered me a free manicure if I got a pedicure! It sounded too good to be true. Now that Im thinking about it, it truly was too good to be true! Butchered my nails on my feet and hands alongside pushing the sale of a product which I was not interested in. I am aware of fungi and skin health so dont try to convince me to buy an Asian lotion that would give me the solution. To top it all off the two solanist working were communicating amongst each other in a foreign language. I was wondering why the salon was so bare and not busy being open during this CoronaVirus and theres clear evidence of why. Definitely not worth a try.Clear evidence of the toe having some blood residue and the thumb being cut lopsided.

This is a lovely nail salon with great staff.Its very clean, they have wonderful attention to detail, are efficient & perform their services w/ outstanding results.I will definitely be returning, today in fact for my 3rd visit getting a full set done.▪︎I forgot to mention, they are all set up outside so they performed close to 100% of the services outdoors as per the social distancing/quarantine orders.

They were under staffed and trying to work on multiple people at once, but they did do a good job on my nails. The only other thing was that they don’t cut your cuticles. They use the tool but only barely trim the sides. Nothing for the top of the nail which is what I personally was hoping for. Overall though, I would go back. Their pricing is also very fair

Only takes cash (can you say POCKET?) not clean. Prices handwritten on a paper bag. Tries to upsell cream by saying a client had fungal, no massage. 30$ is expensive!!I would never go back even if all she did was put on polish (pretty color!).

I think people need to run, not walk away from this place. I went into this place wanting a pedicure and walked out with Edward Sizzor hands. No joke, my nails looked like a bunch of melted candles. The person who did my nails was from start to finish on her cell phone about some guy that was making her very upset and also very distracted. I know more about her personal life than I do about close friends. The manager on the phone said to hurry through it. It was a large waste of money and repaired it cost me $28. They fell off 1 afterwards because they had no strength. Please see for yourself. The picture says it all.

Was told that they offered haircuts. The woman took out a pair of “desk” scissors and proceeded to cut my hair. She didn’t even have a comb or brush and clearly did not know what she was doing. I will never go back to this place. Completely unprofessional.

Went in during COVID-19 lockdown after a girl standing outside flagged me down.. paid 120$ for a full set & pedi. No top coat on the pedi... nails are literally paper thin and bending which HURTS!.. NEVER GO HERE!!! Didnt even soak off my old nails, instead ripped them off! 120$ to be tortured and then leaving the shop already wanting to get them fixed??! NO WAY

This place definitely deserves more credit than what people have said and rated. I just got my nails done and they look bomb. Took longer than I thought but they did a really good job for a REALLY good price! I went during a non busy time, today actually. Took advantage of the $15 gel manicure! Didnt get a hand massage lotion thing, but I dont like those anyways.

Stopped by today after getting a groupon from a stranger who said they refused to do her nails because she hadnt called ahead.. Shouldve been my first red flag. They aggressively removed my gel after stating they ran out of foil, excuse me youre located in a shopping center! Buy more foil. While Im sitting in an empty store with four people doing nothing, I hear them turn away another groupon who didnt call in for an appt first. Then the manager proceeds to file down my nails!!!! That Ive made a significant effort to grow out. Which because of my severe anemia is a nearly impossible feat. That b**** then tried to deny it even after I compared the hand she hadnt touched. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP!!! It is not worth it. Walked out nails not done and will go back to my regular spot and have to cut down my right hand to match the hack job done on the left. Update: to the person sympathizing with their groupon policy.. Youre an i*%#$ they offered that same deal to all three groupon customers I witnessed with my own eyes! Thats a SCAM. If youve already paid groupon why would you pay them again??? They are just trying to get customers in the door then recoup the percentage paid to groupon by enforcing the appointment rule even though they are available for walk ins. Just rating higher so this is not missed.

I had a pedicure done back in august and it was horrible job except for removing the in grown nail, as for shape color they didn’t listen however I still gave them the benefit of the doubt, I asked for a full face wax which normally is 20-25$ she charged me $45 for a lousy job as well, had to go home and remove the wax out my hair, I was horrified, not at all just that she also tried to sell me some Chinese cream for 20$ that was worth 1$ on line, what a scam!!!

Went in for a manicure pedicure she clipped my toenails straight across then painted them and called that a pedicure, no massage, no lotion, terrible!!!Manicure wasnt much better she didnt clean up any of the Over Paint she barely trim the cuticles no lotion no massage I came home and took the polish off and repaint it because it never dried and it bubbled up!!DO NOT GO HERE!

Misleading sign in front of shop. Claimed 15 dollar gel manicure. She insisted on putting acrylic nails on when I wanted a simple gel manicure over my real nail but was very persistent. Kept telling me it would look better and then told me that was the only way I was able to get the gel manicure for that price. I kept just asking her to give me JUST a gel manicure. Finally I just said eff it. Another lady walked in after me wanting the same deal and they said the same things to her but she was smart and told them they were crazy and left. The lady doing my nails began to talk about the lady who had just walked out mentioning the woman’s skin color and how she’s had problems with black people in the past. I was appalled by her racism and could not believe my ears. I didn’t appreciate this woman’s lack of respect towards others and her persistent ploys for money. She’s a terrible person and I would never recommend coming here. She was racist and messed up my nails!I took a trip down to Southern CA That same day and could not stand looking at my nails. The next morning I immediately found a much cleaner and more professional nail salon in Orange County called Apple Nails in Brea. They were very surprised to see how messed up my nails were but tried their best to make my hands look decent again.OH and not to mention this place has limited gel polish colors and also no samples to see how the color will look outside of the bottle. My nail beds have finally grown out but they are so sensitive because of all the damage from this place.

Seemed pretty nice but terrible communication and don’t listen, I went in for regular acrylics nails and told them NOT too long, rough handed and actually even made a tiny cut on my finger, didn’t listen and made my acrylics way longer than what I asked AND when I asked for only 1 color she basically told me she was going to use two. the polish was super messy and bumpy looking. 65$ that was supposed to be 30$. over priced for a terrible job.

Had the top pedicure and the tech was great she went above and beyond I was in the chair well over 2 hrs and a lot of that was the different massage stuff.. also had no problems with eyebrow wax.. cant wait to go in their new massage bed they just got $15 for an hour massage. The owner was very sweet...

Was there for 2.5 hours for pedicure. Me and my sister went there for my bday. There was noone there at all whole time we were there. I told the manger as soon I got there what I wanted so he could tell the lady doing my pedicure because she didnt speak English. She was very nice but didnt understand my instructions. The manager acted like he cared in the beginning but he showed no interest in helping once I was frustrated from being there so long and taking forever. Mind you noone else was there. 2.5 hours to complete a pedicure. I asked for diamonds across my big toe nails and gel. At first she used regular nail polish not gel and manger said thats ok I dont pay for gel when in fact I did pay $45 for this and asked for gel. Then after argument with manager I was finally given gel polish in which I had to switch colors since they didnt have what I picked in gel. Wich I originally picked off the gel numbered color guide. After the nail polish was placed over and over they informed me they didnt have the diamonds I asked for and informed me again I didnt pay for that even though I gave instructions to manger to translate what I wanted and he knew what I wanted and my sister was paying. The credit card machine was out of order and she had to go get cash to pay. She asked how much and he said $45 for my pedicure and $35 for her nails. $80 total, she left and came back 30 mins later $95 and my toes wheres till not even started to be painted.The wax wasnt hot it was almost cold and was setting. It even stick to my feet asked to reheat it and place again which they did.I left unhappy and without what I asked for with specific instructions to manger before we began.I called after left to speak to same manager and he told me all I wanna do is complain and hung up on me..after telling me to contact owner which he never gave me their information to contact.Very worst experience in my life and worst bday present of $45 from my sister and waste of my time.

Open again after renovation and new management. Joey performed a very nice pedicure and Nancy greeted me warmly. Convenient location close to Trader Joes.

The worst eyebrow wax I have ever experienced! EVER! She was finished in about 2 minutes at most, it was so fast. Ridiculous. I couldnt tell how bad she actually did until i got out to my car (because of the lighting in the room). No shaping and she still left hair behind.

I have been many time and the employees attitudes can be very short and impolite and don’t listen. they don’t care about what we ask for, they always insist on other ways to do our nails. The nails are very overpriced for the quality they give. I was in there yesterday and I got my nails done and after they were Finnished was when they tell me they don’t take card so I had to run to the store and get cash, so I had to leave my drivers lisence there. When I came back I paid but they didn’t give my drivers lisence back, so now I need to make a seperate trip today and go get it. If you want good service and nails I highly recommend to not go here.

The main person you encounter when you come here will try to trick you into getting a gel manicure even when you specifically state you do not want gel. She asked me if I wanted her to put something on one of my nails to make it stronger. I wasnt sure what she was talking about but thought it was something for one nail. Another lady complained while I was sitting there that she got a gel manicure when she specifically stated she did not want gel. I understand they want to make money but this was complete trickery! The seats are old and torn and there is no ambience as well. The other staff are nice.

Extremely badd experience dont go there. The girl seemed mad that I picked the cheaper Pedicure. And flipped on the ice cold water and walked away. She took off my Polish And cut my nails. I asked her to cut them straight across.she didnt. I again said I want them straight. She seemed angry and said for the cheaper one I don rub your legs or sand your feet. 0 stars! DO NOT GO HERE! I went in for a fill with the main girl, DEE. She did my nails in 10 mins, charged me $35 FOR A FILL which was ridiculous! I left there with clear pink nails that looked dirty, one of my nails had a brown spot. I pointed it out but she couldnt fix it because it was painted over. When I left there, I noticed in natural lighting how horrible it looked, you can still see the imprint from the filing. I went back in and told her I needed a change in color, which she was willing to change but instead of filing the color off, she painted 3 layers of polish over the existing one which left my nails thick and horrible looking. it was embarrassing to look at. The next day I went in again for her to fix it, she filed the 6 layers of polish off and told me this will be the last time she is doing this and that she never gets any complaints. If she did it right the first time, there wouldnt be a problem. Again, I left there with color that I did not choose and nails that are uneven and bulky. She rushes through the job and does not care about quality and have the nerve to tell me she has 30 years of experience. They are way overpriced for the quality of work they give. SO UPSETTING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!!!!!

My husband gets pedicures here as he cant reach his toes and I am not able to do them. The prices have jumped wildly over the last 18 months.....First it was $10, then a few months later $20, then a few months later they advertised at $12 only to be refused that price and upsold to $20 to today when their minimum was $30! The other option was $50. This place is convenient for us but I think they are pricing themselves out of business and I think we will look elsewhere.I had one pedicure with them when I was heavily pressured to get one with my husband....I warned them that I had an ingrown toenail and they said they were experts with ingrown toe nails. Well 5 minutes in they cut my toe and I bled in the water and to say the least it was a horrible experience. They did not have bandaids.UPDATE. I came back to pick up my husband after his pedicure. 5 toes were bleeding! They were covered in cotton and again they dont have bandaids. Before I left him with the pedicurist I told her that he was Diabetic and to be careful with his feet. He does have toenail fungus but none of the other pedicurists in this shop have cut him before. I am livid.

I did gel manicures and express pedicures here. The lady that did my gel manicures did a slapy job. But I did enjoy the massage and scub on my feet.

I got acrylics done. They arent good at all. They are super uneven and my skin is cut and damaged. These are by far the worst nails Ive ever got. The cuacusto service though was good.

If I could give zero stars I would. First off I am a licensed cosmetologist and the tools were disgusting and in a bin and I didnt see a barbicide anywhere. Second they overcharged me and my cousin. Her gel nails were way too thick and not even painted entirely and not even the color she asked for. My nails were all different shapes and she was aggressive with the file. I was so mad I didnt hear my cousin talking to me.

Do not go here! I purchased the Groupon (BIG MISTAKE!) The main lady (Tee) is constantly rushing the job and consistently tries to get more money out of you. If you go in for a gel manicure, she tries to talk you into getting a $45 overlay for stronger nails as well as charges you an extra $10 for gel on your toes without you knowingly getting gel on your toes instead of just the $20 regular pedicure. The chairs are extremely old and barely work and you constantly feel like the staff are constantly talking about you, so unprofessional. While I was there, I saw on 2 occassions the staff running after customers trying to get their business. I will go for my remaining manicures because I already paid for them but I will never go there once they have been completed.

Bought a groupon, says located on folsom road. I can see now that they were trying to conceal the actual location because of the reviews they have. Tried to make an apt, but if you have a groupon they can only take you mon-wed so keep that in mind. Stopped by to make apt in person and walked right back out. Scary!

Im not a fan of doing nails and stuff but my sister goes to this place and she said that this place does the best nails ever. And pluss they dont charge you alot. So if you want to do your nail the good way this would be the best place to go to. I would definitely gerenty this place to all the girls

For all the women complaining on here that the place won’t accept the Groupon without an appointment: it’s not the shops fault. When you buy Groupon it says on the fine print, “appointment only”. That being said, I made the mistake of not reading the fine print. When I got there they did not accept my Groupon. They did however match the price of the Groupon. FYI the pedicure you buy on Groupon does not include callous remover but it’s an option at the salon for 20 more dollars. That’s quite a fraud if you ask me. Now, here’s the following reason why I’m only giving two stars. Unfortunately my toe nail fell off when I went there (tmi and gross) so me and the nail tech agreed it was best to just cut my nails and file them. Well all she really did was take off my dead nail, clip them all jagged and she didn’t file them down or even them out. That’s pretty bad for going to a salon. I didn’t get a clear coating and I didn’t ask for it. Now for all she did (or didn’t do) she still charged me thewe agreed on, fair enough, but she also wanted a tip. That’s where I wonder how she could want a tip for giving me a five dollar service at best. Her tip was pretty much included in the price I paid.

Poor service. Went there for eyebrow waxing. I had bought a deal on groupon website. I went there first time and showed them on my phone, they refused to accept it. Theres a man who works there, I believe hes the owner, he told me come back with a printed out voucher, I did that and went there second time. Its been 3 days and my full set is literally falling apart. All the corners are breaking off, not to mention I paid twice what I would usually pay at most places. Worst place to get your nails done. They do then super fast and they do not care about the quality. Ask for something totally different and ended walking out with bumpy nails that were poorly shaped. Zero stars. Like others i should have read reviews before going. The only reason why I went was because I was in the area on a time crunch and needs my nails to look good for the weekend. I went on Thursday and now its sunday and they are breaking. The main lady was arguing with the other employees which made the environment super uncomfortable. I dont speak Vietnamese but it was obvious that she was arguing base off of her tone and their body language. The powder was laid on to thin, I point it out and showed her that the nail was bending and started to break. I asked if she ad more and she refused. She got upset with me because i didnt want gel polished. She did not finished painting my nails and did not put any top coat either. Yes i did pay her since afterall its a service and a product that I bought. Many have said that i too should have refused to pay. Dont waste your money or time by going to this place. You will regret it.

I wish there was a way to give a negative star. I was told my Groupon was no longer valid. Owner gave me a pedicure for $12 that lasted about 5 minutes. This place seriously needs to be shut down for corruption and I don’t mean that lightly!!!
