My nails have never looked or felt better …ever! I drive all the way from Sacramento to come see Thomas and Trish. The atmosphere is calm and spa like. Everyone here is kind and professional and do an amazing job. True artists and solid technicians 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Always Happy! I am very particular about my nails. I have been going to this location for about 2 years and have never left unhappy about my nails. Trish and Thomas doing an amazing job! Same with pedicures, I love getting pedicures; the staff does fabulous job and its so relaxing!

I was happy with the service for the first 6 months. The last 4 appointments I had to wait 30 mins. Very aggregating. And never an apology. I gave them a few extra tries, but no change. Never coming back.

I had a pedicure done by Peter, and being my first one ever, he made the experience relaxing. Will definitely be back !

This is the 9th year in a row that I have treated my daughter and her friend get their nails done the day before school. We have been there many times together as well. Today they filed the skin on a couple of my daughters fingers to where they are about to bleed. Also you can see the old nail polish around the edges of her fingernails. Plain and simply a terrible job. I called there to complain and was told sorry your not happy. Youre right, Not Happy and wont be returning!

Rude personnel, would not accommodate a simple fill with no one in salon a hour and half before closing. No interest in new clients.Called for appt.and would not set appt.asked to come in. Upon entering no greeting, Five minutes later no service.Personnel were on their phones! Would not recommend even giving them a chance!!!!!

I am so disappointed. I have been to this salon in the past and had a well done pedicure. I had an appointment last night. Was early. The gal that did the majority (yes, that means she tapped out mid-way) did a decent job. The other young lady that finished did ok to start but apparently she had a manicure customer at the same time and once she put the white for my French pedi on she left me in the chair to start her other client. She didnt come back until she saw me getting up to leave and then she came back for 1 coat of a clear coat - I didnt realize until after that it was not even a shiney topcoat. Asking for money back.

Ive never had anything less than an amazing experience at this salon and Ive been combing here since the day they opened!
