Very nice people, spent a lot of time on me, no feeling of being rushed. Not overloaded with appointments or walk-ins. Great color selection, but minus 1 star for not being able to get ombré I was originally wanting. I chose a color changing shimmer they had instead.

They have a wonderful flat rate pedicure service that has the soak,scrub,lotion,massage,and paraffin wax all included. They did a great job with their covid protection and upgraded their chairs. Definitely need to make an appointment though cause they can get backed up.

I wanted to get my moms nails done for her birthday as well as my sisters and she took someone else when we had an appointment so my mom was waiting there for over 2 hours while everyone was getting in before her I’m so upset about it

Kim is so great at squeezing people in.. advise to call ahead to see which times work best so you dont have to wait too long as they do take walk-ins. Always happy with my nails.. have been going there since high school about 13 years now. Most affordable salon Ive been to but the quality is right up there with more expensive salons. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails and when I tell them it was only $25 dollars jaws drop.

This was the absolute worst I have ever had my nails. The shapes were not the same at all and the lady was very rude. I felt very rushed and like I had no time to choose what I wanted. Usually when I get decent nails it takes at least an hour and this was literally only 20 minutes. They are horrible acrylics and I doubt they will even last which I hope they don’t because I do not want anyone to see how badly they were shaped. The lady didn’t even make sure they were the same length (which they weren’t). Will not be going here again and do not recommend it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Simple, well executed gel manicures. Love coming here. Its a welcoming atmostphere and extremely clean salon; the great service all around. They have the capability to do designs of your fancy and will cater to your whims. They have a lot of choices for gel manicures. I come in strictly for the gel manicures which are second to none here.

Cool place but the nail lady does the manicures too fast. I understand its $20 but they just strip off in 1 week. I have never been able to just rip off gel nails. Usually. I am soaking at home but with the gel polish they use, it just falls off. Low quality or fake gel polish.

I got my nails filled and the next day I noticed a ton of bubbles all over my nails. Not to mention chipping around my cuticles. Very large chips. These fillings are not going to last long. The staff was friendly but the quality of their service is not worth the money. Also the salon is filled with fumes. I almost walked out while I was waiting because it was so strong.

The service and quality of work was ok. The nail tech seemed annyoyed doing my feet. My toe nails don’t look that great. She didn’t spend very much time on them. I will definitely be going where I normally go on greenback.

This is the best nail salon ever. The interior was recently rearranged so it is much more spacious than before. Again....really good chairs.

Eh, came in for a spa pedi and manicure. Whole process felt rushed and nail polish is everywhere. She literally just lathered lotion on my feet and legs and didnt even work it in. The gel on my fingers is plastered to my skin. Spent $40 for a job that my 7 year old could have done for me free at home. Wont be coming back or referring anybody. Im actually sad as I usually enjoy myself at other salons. :/

I tried out this salon because I was looking for a better place. After I shared my previous awful experience with the new nail technician she did just as bad as the last.. instead of soaking my nails to remove she did it with another nail aggressively. She ripped my pinky nail up the middle.. I was explaining how I want my nails she caught a terrible attitude and replied with I know how to do my job.. but refused to do cuticles I like them cut not done with a file. The nail length un even and crooked. After she did the pink and white she didnt round or shape the nail near the nail bid now they are lifting and getting caught on everything.. she made it noticable she was talking about the situation ...highly rude.. my pedi was rushed.. the guy kept telling the lady hurry up just poor service

IF YOU LIKE BEING IGNORED FOR 20 MINUTES; BY ALL MEANS PULL UP A SEAT IN THEIR SALON.I called at 2:45 seeing if they had any appointments at 3. They said they were busy to come at 3:30. I said sure. I got there a little early. By the time the lady at the very first lady right behind the colors looked up & asked me what I came in for I said I had a 3:30 appointment, it was then 3:28. She confirmed it was for a gel set both mani & pedi with paraffin wax. I said yes. But I am on a time crunch and need the feet done first incase I run out of time and because Im 6 months pregnant and cant reach them. She said sure no problem. Told me to choose a color and sit. I chose a color and sat down. After that no one said a word to me. Then the 3:45 appointment showed up for a full set and was told to sit. Then the 4 oclock showed up at 3:45 and said 4pm for 2 pedicures. Then the ladies started up the waters. Then they were sat at 3:50 at the pedicure stations. I confirmed my appointment time & for what. Noticing there was 2 available chairs. She confirmed. Then I walked out. Lamb came out after me and I voiced my frustration. He said he could do my hands then; I stated again that I needed a pedicure first as this was the most important service to me. He said it would be awhile. As a new customer I should have never been treated as such. Being ignored until I spoke up. I walked out. I will never be back.

I absolutely will never go back.This place is ridiculous you walk in and they tell you to wait and sit down but will not give you a time frame then after waiting forever you rather go someone else but the lady at the front will not let u leave and tells you, you will be next and thats a lie.She will move you too a nail desk but you will continue to wait.Even with an appointment I still had to wait.My nails were uneven and lumpy not to mention they cut my fingers.I do not recommend this place they are highly unprofessional and well lets be honest here they are cheap because it sucks.

The staff was nice, they have good prices & the wait time isnt long except when they have their regulars that come in & make you wait longer. Also, they dont use clean and/or new implements on you (mine had been used on someone else before me) & their stations are not that clean.

Very unprofessional you make your appointment and when you show up, she says that she doesnt have you on her book. It happened three times. To busy that when u call to make your appt they cant even write your name down...

I dont usually write reviews unless I am extremely satisfied, this place is amazing ! Very clean, bathroom is very clean && smells clean ....... Kim did my nails and she did them just how I wanted them . Did I mention shes fast ?? Yes very fast and she listens to he clients ! 😊😊 I will return my business because I love the environment the employees along with the prices being very cheap !
