Love these people. they work hard and always, always do an excellent job. I never go anywhere else, I did one time when they were closed for remodeling and that was the worst mistake ever.

Perfect location for those living on this side of town. Not only is it convenient but the staff are very friendly and family oriented which is a plus. I was satisfied with how my pedi turned out and my grandmother was more than satisfied with hers. Well worth the price!! We have definitely found our new spot. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing adding a calm to your hectic week. What makes this place original is how kind and real the family are, If you want great conversation you will get it and if you just want a quiet soothing time you can get that as well. New, clean, relaxing and best of all WINE!!! Exactly what I needed on my birthday.

I got my nails done by Amy and she was wonderful! I just got off work all the way in grass valley and they were about to close but yet they still took me in and did my nails beautifully for my friends wedding the next day😊 10/10 would 100% go back!

Wow!I came here for the first time today and I’m so happy I did! Amy did an amazing job giving me a full set of acrylic Stilleto nails with gel polish and glitter.She was very attentive to detail and welcomed my input.Total was $57 + tip and I’ve been paying $65-$70 at other salons so I thought this was fair.I’ll definitely be coming back.

Amy did a great job on my nails and they got me in with no wait on a Saturday. One of the ladies let me borrow their charger to charge my phone. Greatly appreciated the service and my nails look beautiful!

Great service and prices are reasonable. They always get you in and the work is impeccable. Its a bit small and their equipment could use a little updating bit it doesnt take away from the service.

Very disappointed. It was filthy!!! The chairs, the counters, and station I was sitting at... . I was last there before their remodel and I loved this place. The other evening they had boxes on the floor in the back .... dirt on the floors ... felt gross to be inside this place. Plus my nails look horrible, they are thick and uneven. I would say it was just a bad day but the chairs felt gross to sit in because of the stains and I did not want to touch garbage to place my paper towels after I washed my hands because it had caked on filth. So sad that this parlor has gone down hill.

I come to get my nails done here at Galleria nails and now I dont think Ill be back. To start off they were out of the majority colors they were advertising I had to change my color 8 times due to it being out of stock. Also well as my sister with me she had to change hers but they wouldnt let her choose they said they would find something similar to the one she wanted that was out of stock and brought her a totally different color. Now by this time I thought well I and deal with it but there more. She took about 10 seconds to file my nails and didnt do it correctly. At the end I could see my nail under the gel and it was very thin and didnt seem like gel. I am just kinda disappointed in my experience because of this and that everything was rushed. I am not sure if this was just my experience I hope to see that this inconveniences and problem are to be fixed. I dont mean to seem rude Im just disappointed. And sharing my experience here.

My grandma and I are regulars at Galleria Nails. I chose my normal gel manicure and chose a color for the options given. On the options given it said A1-A6 were extra and I chose A7. Nothing was said at chosen. When my grandma was asked to pay there was a 17$ charge to my manicure for my color. When I questioned why as it was not advertised I was told its a new color yet it was added to the options without the correct price. We even talked but to the owner and got nothing but disrespect from her saying this is the price. No apology for the mistake nothing. We were forced to pay the price illegally under false advertising. She even stated it was not marked and the nail artist didnt tell me. We are regulars there and to be so disrespectful felt so wrong to be all about the money after their mistake in advertising and just bad customer service. We were not even givens an apology or tried to right the situation just a well thats the price. Its extremely bad business and customer service from the owner.

Angel was very sweet and friendly. She allowed me to rest while she provided a pedicure and full set. I Absolutely enjoyed her energy and gentleness.

The worst.....I’ll never go back!! The guy who did my nails didn’t even clean up the cuticles.....when I asked him he said I didn’t need it. He was in a hurry and was trying to get me out quickly! After he put the gel polish it looked terrible!!!! I had polish on my fingers...it didn’t look clean. Very sloppy and I’ll NEVER go back. Sorry

Came here on 2/5/2019 and had the worst experience. I made an appointment with my sister for 7:15pm and recieved text confirmation. I arrived a couple minutes early, my sister was seated about 15-20min after waiting and the tech began working. My nails weren’t started until nearly an hour after I arrived & I was frustrated. The pregnant woman removed my previous polish first and disappeared for about 5-7minutes. Her husband then replaced her and began the fill process. He didn’t realize that my thumb needed a new tip because the acrylic nail had previously broken. So he put the wet acrylic on my thumbnail which was significantly shorter than every nail. He had thrice that, but while he was gluing the new tip on he spilled super glue down my thumb and onto my hand and his hand got super glued to mine after he grabbed a napkin to wipe the glue as wel. He said don’t worry it will come off in a couple of days. Also at this point he had been working on my hand for an hour and we weren’t even on the second hand yet. He asked if I was on and I said no, I’m frustrated and this is not a good experience. He could only say “sorry, my friend”.The other techs and clients have now left, my sisters nails were completed and now he’s rushing, flipping his hair and sweating. We completed my nails around 9:45pm I believe. I get the. He told me total of $58 including my brow wax. He said he gave me a $10 discount ($5 for theglitter polish, $5 for the tip replacement of the broken nail). That would have made my fill $53 &my brows $15. My sister paid $53 for a full set with Almond shape. Soo was confused after everything I’d been through he asked for a tip and no additional discount. My nails were too thick and the polish job was disappointing. I told him to have a manager reach out to me and I have yet to get a foll up. My nails have changed colors now as well. I do not recommend this shop or tech because it doesn’t seem like they are for a customer experience or accountability it’s just a Pretty Over Priced Salon

They didnt have any of the colors that they advertised. I got gel nails 2 days ago and they are already chipping I even paid for the extra coat for them to last longer. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Love my nails! They are gorgeous, and my nail tech was really friendly and professional.

I wanted the basic manicure and the girl kept trying to pressuring me into getting gel nail polish instead for over 5 minutes. I eventually gave in to shut her up. She barely spent time filling my nails and left them in uneven round shapes when I asked for square. She unevenly cut my cuticles as well. When she finally finished, she told me to wash my hands, bye. I returned to grab my belongings and she says youre done here, you can go. I needed to grab my stuff, the rudeness was completely unnecessary. I did not bother leaving a tip. Avoid this place, service is terrible.

The staff is very friendly however, my nails have been messed up twice now. I came in originally for a gel full-set and I had to come back a week later due to my pinky nail coming off, and lifting on other nails. My full-set was done my Angel who made my thumb and pointer bleed from over filing the sides when shaping. She started hurrying because they were understaffed and busy so the polish doesnt cover the whole nail in spots. When I returned to get my nails fixed because I didnt want to wait 2 more weeks without a pinky nail and 2 nails lifting, Christy helped me. She apparently has a different technique because the 2 nails she has to redo are pointing up when all of the others are pointed down ( the way they should be). when I brought this to her attention she just waved it off and said it was the way Im holding my hand. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS TO LOOK GOOD. 2 times my nails have been screwed up. I will be looking for a real salon to go to.

Horrific! Rude! Terrible job on not only my nails but my daughters. Her tech forget to talk ish in Vietnamese and told her co-worker they asked the price. Yes I did! Do people not inquire how much they are about to get fd out of, by people who sit and talk about them while taking their money?! Paid $85 plus I tipped just to show them common courtesy (honor and respect something I thought was valued in the Asian culture) however needed a fill a week and a half later. Horrific job!

The initial reason for trying Galleria nails was because they are the ONLY nail salon that is open until 9pm, but now they will be my go-to salon no matter the time. Everyone was extremely friendly from the receptionist, to my awesome new nail girl JULIA, and even all the other customers! It was a good, happy atmosphere even on a busy Saturday night. Pricing was less expensive than the last 3 salons Ive been to in the Roseville/Rocklin area(mani/pedi with gel on both for $68). Service was quick and efficient without compromising quality. I love service with a smile and these ladies delivered! A+

For how much they are.....No way will I be going back. The service is nothing great. It was like a home job by a girlfriend that I paid way to much for.

Me and my sister went here to get our nails done. When I picked out my color the lady said they were out of the color and ended choosing the color for me and wouldnt let me choose. The same thing happened to my sister. The lady tried to pick the color out for her. Horrible service!
