I don’t even know where to start with this 5-star review!Because of covid, I haven’t had my hair cut in 2 years. My color was faded, both from a previous appointment and from box dye. My roots were super grown out and overall my hair was looking unhealthy.I came in for a consultation, and showed my stylist what I wanted and together we worked from there what would happen and what it would take. I decided on a red-toned balayage style. For my hair, it only took one appointment for what I wanted done. (2 appointments overall if you count the consultation.)The only downside to my experience was the shortening of my length — but nothing on them! I knew I had to cut it for it to be healthy again, it’s always hard for me to watch it go!The final result was incredible and I couldn’t believe it was my hair. It’s crazy beautiful. You pay for what you get and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve gotten way less done and payed way more at other places in the past.The inside is absolutely stunning. It’s such a warm and welcoming environment. Everyone is beyond friendly and it’s nice to watch how they all work together. They’re a true team.I was even able to talk and work with the owner which in itself was an incredible experience! I was complimenting how beautiful it was inside and on a whim, asked if they did eyebrow shaping. She had a few minutes to spare and literally did my eyebrows for me. (I can’t reshape with how mine are but she explained to me what options I do have since reshaping isn’t an option for me.)It was an incredible experience overall in every way. 100% will be going back and telling my friends and family about this place. I am SO happy I went here!

This review will not even be able to describe HALF of how I feel about Chic Concepts!!! They are AMAZING! If anyone knows me, I am extremely picky and particular about my hair, and I looked through probably hundreds of hair stylists for my wedding until I found this amazing salon. Before booking them, I ended up doing a trial with Rebecca, the owner of the salon who does the bridal up-dos, and she really blew me away. I showed her a picture and within 45 minutes my hair was a splitting image of the model I showed her. She has such a unique and professional technique in doing bridal hair and you can just tell she is extremely experienced and comfortable in what she does. I had to book her. Fast forward to my wedding day, Rebecca came to my house in the city for no extra charge. She did 10 up-dos for my bridesmaids and the two moms in less than 6 hours and everyones hair was flawless. I was in LOVE with my bridal up-do and she didnt stop until I was 100% satisfied. She took her time on my hair and really made sure it was what I wanted. All of the other ladies were also very impressed and she did touch ups as needed as well! The weather that day was extremely hot and humid, 95 degrees, and no ones hair fell, or got frizzy at all. Even through 1 hour of outdoor pictures my hair did not move, it was amazing. After the wedding, I got SO many compliments on my hair! Everyone loved it! I would recommend Chic Concepts to every bride who wants excellent service, hair that you will love, and a warm and inviting new salon family.

Chic Concepts is a great clean hair salon. The staff there is so friendly and really know their stuff. Genavie cuts my hair and she really takes her time and makes sure I like the finished product. They are very knowledgeable on what products are good for my style of hair. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Got my hair colored by Genavie a few weeks ago and let me just say that I had the best experience one could ever receive from a salon! Genavie turned what was barely highlights on my head into a full-blown beautiful balayage. Unlike any other salon Ive been to, Genavie didnt rush the process and even took her time to educate me on how to care for my hair. Shes the absolute best! I would recommend this place a thousand times.

I have been going there for over a year now, and am so happy with the relationship that I’ve built with all of the ladies there, especially my hair stylist Genevieve. Chic Concepts is the best salon. I have been going there for about 10 years after being unhappy with other larger salons. I always feel welcome when I walk in. Each stylist will listen to you before they begin. That way they know exactly what you want. They will give you suggestions. They will confer with other stylists if they have an idea for you that is something different for you. They explain exactly what they are doing and what they use on your hair. This place is amazing! I recently moved to this area a few months ago and on a whim found them near me. I got in for a beautiful layered hair cut, and 2 weeks later returned for a balayage with red. Genavie did such an amazing job - it looks better than any example i could show her. The staff here are all fantastic and really helped me be comfortable in the salon and relax. There are not enough praises I could give! I already have my next appointment set up!

Absolutely loved my hair for my wedding. Thank you so much girls. I was so happy with my hair it was exactly what I wanted and more. From my trial to the wedding chic concepts made me feel like a princes. I have became a regular customer, coming every 4-5 weeks and have been extreamly happy with every visit. Every one is so nice and knowledgeable. Its a huge plus that this hair salon is located so close to me in Roselle, IL but if it wasnt it would be worth the drive.

I LOVE this salon. Great people, great environment, and obviously, great hair. I’ve had my hair cut and colored by Gia and Genavie and both stylists had exceeded my expectations every single time (although any stylist at this salon will do an exceptional job). Rebecca does KILLER updos and will make your prom/homecoming/special occasion amazing. Not to mention how reasonable the pricing is for every service especially considering how amazing the quality is. I can’t rave enough about this place.

Amazing Salon & Staff. The girls are great and extremely talented. I have had my hair colored and cut several time from Maria and Genavie which i absolutely love. I also recently had them do my wedding last month. I was absolutely blown away by how well they worked together and there time management. Including myself and my brides maids there where 16 girls in total. I couldnt of been happier they completely surpassed my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this salon.

This review has been a long time coming! I have been coming to this salon since 5th grade. I have to say that I have truly always been so happy with every out come! I have challenged these poor ladies with my terrifying experiments that I have done on myself through high school and they have always fixed my hair to a gorgeous look. Every fun new trend I see online and want to try they are opened to doing! And the have even put up with me when we have colored, washed, cut, and styled my hair to redo something if I ask! They have the best customer service and I am truly loving my hairstylist GENAVIE. I always put my trust in her and I am not afraid to just sit back and relax and let her do what needs to be done! She is great with every hair service they provide so request her!I have recommended this place to everyone I know and now have my entire family and many friends that come to this salon! Hidden deep inside of Roselle, IL i found this wonderful beauty salon. After trying several hair salons in Schaumburg and going as far as Bloomingdale i finally found my salon. I cant say enough from the friendly atmosphere where every one is relaxed along with the fantastic consultation i had with my stylist. I had brought in a couple pictures of what i was looking for and Chic Concepts Salon gave it to me exactly. The color came out amazing and the cut is spot on to what i wanted. After this experience i later booked an appointment for a undo for a wedding that i was part of. I am extremely happy to say i received more complements on my hair then i ever have had in my life combined. They have made me a customer for life. I highly recommend Chic Concepts Salon.

What a wonderful salon! In the beginning of the year was my first time going here and I am so glad I did! I am a mom of 3 and needed a transformation. From my consultation to my finished product was a spectacular experience. Since that first appointment I have been back 3 times so far this year and the consistency of there work is incredible. Rebecca the owner was so patient and explains everything that she is going to do from start to finish (even in a way I will understand) :). This is the first time I went to a salon that did that for me and did it every appointment there after. I am loving my dreamcatcher extensions! Rebecca took me from having short dry thin hair to having long thick beautiful hair down to the middle of my back. It looks so natural! She truly transformed me and gave me the long flowing hair of my dreams! If you are considering hair extensions do not hesitate for one second. Look no further, this is the place! Stella the salon assistant is an absolute doll, best shampoo ever. I met the owner as I was checking out and can see why everyone loves this place. Such genuinely nice people and an incredible staff. Besides the amazing talent, it’s a very cute and CLEAN salon. To top it off, their prices are awesome! I will never go anywhere else. So happy to have found my forever salon!!! Thank you so much Genavie for making this mama feel like a new woman!

The highlights were alright. Not the worst but not what I asked. Second of all, I asked for a certain type of a haircut.... Which was least complicated and I was told by Genavie that it was possible...clearly not because I dont have that. I asked to have my hairline hairs frame my face but you cant see that because she literally took 4 pieces of hair...so yeah idk about this place. I felt that she rushed me.And for people working here, please avoid excessive flattery because it just starts to seem like youre trying to hide a bad service.

I had a confirmation today at 9 in the morning and everyone was so sweet accommodating. Rebecca and Genavieve came in early so that I could get my hair and makeup done in time to head out. They were very friendly and I looked and felt amazing when they were done. I received a lot of compliments on both hair and makeup. It is about 10 hours later and my hair and makeup still look like I just got them done. They are spectacular and I highly recommend this salon!
