Poor customer service. Ask them to wash their hands before touching my daughters face for eyebrows and lady was upset because she stated she did was her hands... I did not see her wash her hands .. either way... make a customer feels more secure by washing your hands where they are able to see and feel comfortable. Lady told me to shut up and leave..

I think I have finally found a nail salon that does great pedicures!

I have been coming for years to get my pedicures done.I just took my daughter (3 years old) and they charged me $25 for her nails.....way too expensive...she couldnt even reach the water for her feet! We will find a new place for our nails.

This place is horrible it was cold i walked in a little bummy they never offered me gel nails then they didnt tell me that all there colors or at least most are gel and I didnt come in for gel then I had to take a color I did not wantthen I had to physically fan my toes dry with a sign they gave me ...this was horrible Ive came here for years NOT NO MORE

When you leave this place your nails look beautiful but in a few days they begin to chip. I would expect for my nails to last longer especially since it was gel. The polish on my toes are still intact and that is regular polish. The ladies in there are pushy about tipping. I would not return again.

Ladies are very friendly and take their time to perfect t your pedicure. You get what you pay for so I don’t mind paying or tipping for wonderful service... other reviews are unfortunate but If you don’t have money to tip for service stay home especially during these difficult times for small businesses.

I went to Care Nails but they were closed even tho they said they open by 9 am. MY Nails was open with many staff and welcomed me with open arms. A pedicure is 20 bucks and man, that massage was great! My feet went from sheesh to chic!!highly recommend.

I drove 45mins away just to come to this salon, when I arrived they refused to service me even though the salon was not closed. The lady turned her head from me as if I was not even speaking when I attempted to explained how far I drove to come to their nail salon. Poor customer service . Dont waist your time going there. Very rude people with no regards for new customers!

Friendly staff and the owners pay attention to detail. My girls were very excited to get their pedicures and they definitely enjoyed it. My husband was very pleased with the service and my mom and I loved our pedicures as well.

My favorite nail salon ever! Always, and my nails always come out great. Not to mention all the ladies are sweethearts. Very personable, they recognized me ever since my first visit with a welcome back. That’s the kind of customer service you enjoy coming back for.

Prices are not compatible with local salons, dont offer many services and the owner is pushy about giving tips to pedicure girls! Maybe she should pay them .more

I went today I got their at 3:30pm, went to the specific person that does my nails she was currently doing a pedicure and told me after that person I was next . When I sat in my chair thinking I was next she comes to tell me that her appointment came in which that information was never shared with me . She is the owner which is very rude told her to take her appointment. I than waited and was service at 5:30pm, Honestly the owner did that intentionally. The appointment woman that came was white with green eyes and I over heard she came like 20 mins late to her appointment. I am half Spanish /and black . The appointment that came late should waited and I should of been treated first for the simple principle that I was here first and that other customer was late . Today by the owner bad poor customer service provided. Because of the owner the poor employee gets no tip from me,

I’ve been going here for about 2 years because I couldn’t find someone who did good eyebrows. I found a great lady, but the customer service by the (probably) manager (Asian) that has a B word face.. she is always rude and treat her workers rude too. I will no longer go and find somewhere else too. Please find somewhere else to go!!!

The people who work there are great and work with what they have. On 2 different occasions I went there and they allowed someone to skip me.. I come here because it’s convenient but it’s tome to look for some place else..

By far the most clean nail salon Ive ever been too. Been a customer for 4 years now. Great atmosphere and massage along with mani and pedi. Esther is a sweetheart and is very considerate of her customers.

Negative 0... So mad i got my nails done i paid for UV. I never did these before. After the lady convinced me to get them and how great they are i went away for my trip.next day 2 fell off. Following day the rest fell out. Not happy at all... Terrible experience. No nails on my vacation.

Horrible experience!!! Do NOT your nails done at this place. After getting a full set and paying $65 for it.. Ive been there 3 times in 2 weeks to repair 4 now going on 6 broken nails..Do NOT waste your money.

This place is far most the worst nail salon Ive ever visited, it was my first time and the questioned me why I was there, why dont I go back to my old nail salon, and just overall rude. Instead of making one comfortable it was an uninviting feeling, never going back, the worst.

I’ve never left a nail salon and said I would never go back until I visited My Nails. My dissatisfaction was caused by the upkeep of the facility and the cleanliness of the chairs. In addition,the customer service was subpar not from everyone but the manager or owner. I highly suggest not visiting this establishment.

Fast and prompt service! I am very picky when it comes to my fill ins, I dont like my nails done to thick with the gel. I like my nails done white french and very square! Gina was excellent! And the massage afterwards...OMG! I will definitely return!

Dont get your acrylic nails here. Got my nails done and they started to fall off 2 days after. Its insane! Never had that issue

Full acrylic set with gel polish is usually around 35 this place wants to charge $60 no wayyyy to expensive and its not a high maintenance place plus they dont even do designs . IM NOT COMING BACK HERE!!
