Way overpriced for the bad job they did. I was charged $70 for a basic pedi and a non chip mani. My heels were not exfoliated well, because they guy doing my pedi was rushing to be done, they were so scratchy despite all the lotion he applied, that I managed to ruin a penthouse same evening and had to file the dead skin off myself. The woman that did my mani was constantly going in the back room, so it took forever even though she was rushing too and didnt clean my cuticles properly, which is critical for a lasting non chip mani. She couldnt apply the polish herself and after a couple of unsuccessful tries, she called someone else to do it for her. Needless to say my manicure started peeling a couple of days ago, only a week after application. I do not recommend the place, its expensive and they dont do a good job, it also took them over 2.5 hours....

It was my first time there, since I was given a gift certificate. They were really busy but, I called and they gave my daughter and I a specific time to come. We only had to wait for a little bit and we were out of there in an hour and 20 mins for 2 no-chip manicures. Pretty good to me! Lots of color choices and different services offered and comparable prices. Clean and everything was sanitized. Most importantly, they did a marvelous job on mine and my daughters nails! I would definitely go back again...

Ive lived in me area my whole life and this is my 1st try with Miami nails. Very clean and friendly staff. It seems like they have a loyal following in the area, and the technicians know their clients well. Im not so talkative and I prefer to just sit back and relax and zone out - this is definitely the place for that as well. I saw Sue and I will go back again for her. As with most nail salons now - cash tip only, and I did a no chip for 35. I felt like I was in-and-out in a reasonable amount of time. I was not rushed even when there were people waiting. Will recommend to friends.

I brought my client in who happens to be a dementia patient and 78 years old. The lady who took care of her understood and worked to make her comfortable. Even when my patient wanted to get up and leave the employee was kind and reassuring and she did a great job on the pedicure and manicure. Very clean and we were offered something to drink. Many colors to choose from and many selections for the pedicure to choose from. Very pleased, I hope to be able to bring her again and will probably choose this location for myself.

THE FIRST TIME I WALKED INTO THE MIAMI NAIL PLACE THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE. THEY OFFER YOU SOMETHING DRINK. WATER OR SODA. VERY CLEAN PLACE AL OF THE WORKER ARE NICE AND POLITE AND CONSIDERATE OF OTHER PEOPLE. NOT ONE TIME HAS I HAD A PROBLEM NOT ONE I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE WELL-MANNERED PEOPLE. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 100 MAKE IT A HUNDRED.

Consistently happy with the staff and how my nails turn out. Theyre willing to accommodate regulars and have been flexible with scheduling. Atmosphere clean, updated and cozy; with their services, they can keep up with trends as well as be attentive to specific preferences. Plenty of color and gel options. I recently moved away but still will make a point of going when I can, as I trust and prefer this family-run salon.

I had a pedicure today and Christine was the girl who did it for me. She did a fantastic job to make me feel great the whole time and took her time in giving me the best possible service ever. Highly recommend her if you want someone with a professional touch to make you feel and look awesome!!!

This nail place was terrible!!! The lady who did my manicure, basically made fun my nails because they are way to short. She always made weird faces at me. Anyways she made me bleed multiple times, didn’t cut any of my hang nails, and left access skin on my nails. There is also nail polish everywhere on my nails. This was the worst nail place I have ever been too. The employees are really rude too. Never going back.

One of the best quality pedicures Ive ever had. I also got a dip manicure and it looks amazing. Very satisfied with my experience all the way around.

Nice place to be pampered. Several different pedicures to choose from. They offer pop or water when you walk in. Tons of polish colors to choose from. Prices are reasonable. They took us right away with no appointment.

I would not recommend this salon because the owners Danny and Nancy are only welcoming and respectfull when you are a new client or a walk in but once you become a regular client they don’t care anymore to accomadate you. Whenever you call to make an appointment there is always a problem and Danny is very unpleasant over the phone. They don’t treat their regular clients with care and satisfaction.

I paid 45 usd for french manicure and pedicure, regular. Manicure last 3 days only. Well, there was a man who did not do the good job because the manicure did not look nice from the beggining and last only 3 days. Pedicure was done by very nice girl and I am happy. Still looks good.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! Spectacular staff! So patient and kind! Salon decor was inviting and super cute. The massage chairs omg 😲 lasted the ENTIRE pedicure not just 15 minutes. I went in 45 minutes before they closed for a pedicure and manicure and received top notch professional wonderful service! The owners were sweet and Henry has the hands of a god! Tried for the first time today after a horrible full set of acrylics was put on at another salon. They needed some work bad. Upon walking in, I was greeted by more than one person welcoming me in. Offered a drink. The atmosphere was very modern and sleek. White marble and leather chairs. There are 3 tvs positioned for everyone to enjoy. Their print-out and take-home menu of services offered was long, they offer 3-4 types of pedicures that I cant wait to try out. They also do waxing here so you can do everything all in one trip. They do recommend making appointments but I only called an hour ahead of time (11a on a tuesday) and got in just fine with no wait. I was in and out in under 50 minutes including my 10min dry time. The nail tech was great and very engaging and told me she would fix my nails best she could. Ill be making future appointments with her since I felt I could trust her. On my way out, she handed me a little punch card with her name on it and after so many punches (I believe 7?) I will get a service $12+ for free on the 8th trip. Definitely worth trying, even if you need to drive a little further than I did. I think Id travel 20mins just to get good nail service by them.
