Second time in the Nail Club. The first experience was very nice. The second time my pedicure and Joel manicure came out even BETTER. The second time was with Ann. Her impeccable eye for detail has not gone unnoticed. I HIGHLY Recommend hands down The salon and Ann most of all.

When I walked in I showed a salon consultant the nails that I wanted, they patiently went through the gel colors with me. When I sat in the chair the woman offered me a complimentary drink. Upon walking in the door to leaving the door the service I received was 5 star. The nail tech did a beautiful job and took her time. Thank you so much. Will be back!

Cindy was AMAZING! It was very clean and well maintained. They also have new pedicure chairs, Ill be back for next time. She took her time and changed it without attitude when I didnt like the first color.

This is one of my two favorite nail salons... the staff is friendly, they serve wine and the nails last very long! I recommend this nail salon.

I absolutely love this nail salon! Always excellent customer service. Its a clean and relaxing environment. Pricing is fair and quality products. Ive tried other nail salons regretably, and I always end up back here! I live in Silver Springs, but am willing to make the drive for their fantastic service.

I used to love this place. I went in for a regular manicure last Sunday (8/5/18) and by Tuesday three of my nails were chipped and lifting. Which makes sense since the manicure only lasted 15 minutes and was rushed even though there were only a few clients. Went in on Wednesday and they agreed to redo my nails in 10 mins. They were completely chipped by Friday. Another woman came in complaining that her nails were also chipped and they redid hers also. I tried to find out if there was another owner since I was last there but no one spoke English. When I was there four years ago I loved the place. But, I have had enough regular manicures that usually last 7 - 10 days. Will never go there again. Sad my only guess is that they changed management.

Best place Ive found for gel manicures. Very capable, friendly staff. Not overpriced, imo. I go here once every 3 to 4 weeks.

So I got gel acrylics. My nails werent shaped even and they didnt last more than 2 days. Not worth your money. Nails by Timothy is where I usely go and that is where I will continue to go. I asked for a refund and they wouldnt give it to me after they kept trying to say I will fix your nails. I do not remember the ladys name but she kept trying to say its just how my fingers are shaped and thats why it looks slanted. Not true btw cuz the nail place I go to normally never has that issue..... after spending 2 hours trying to fix the issue I asked for a refund becuase they didnt properly shape it after 2 hours. They proceeded to ask me if I want them to try and fix it I declined, I had been there for a while by now. I just asked for them to not charge my card. They told me I must pay or they will call the feds and I have to pay and started speaking in another language with eachother right in front of me. Pointing at me and it seemed like they were talking about the situation. If you want good nails domt go there...... of you want a good pedicure then thats the place for you. They did do amazing on my feed and it has lasted and felt great. But I will no longer be going there after my experience with my nails and the rudeness of the staff members....Only got 2 stars becuase of my negative experience but in the beginning it was nice with my pedi such a sweet lady who did my feet. I wish I would remember her name. Amazing job tho!Up to u to go there or not but dont waste money on nails that will only last you 2 days when there supose to last for a few weeks!

They did a horrible job on my nails and my friends nails. They didnt last an hour before peeling. I think they watered down the Polish or something. I will not be going back.worst pedicure Ive ever had.

Do not go to this place it is very over priced and not good quality. I got a FILL IN three days ago and it is already lifting not to mention I paid $40 for just a fill in.

I just came from nail club. I walked in and was told to pick a color, it would be a short wait. After starting my pedicure, they stopped my service to take another customer who apparently came in earlier and was told to return. Completely inappropriate... you need to be honest about other appts/wait times. Had I known, I wouldnt have stayed. I will never come back here!
