I asked for an ombre coffin and this is what I received and I was there for 3 HOURS!!!! I will never be back. First and last time. I could feel my skin being filed as she tried to shape them. I was so frustrated I just left. No top coat, nothing.

These ladies KNOW what they are doing. Very profesional, they run like a smooth machine. Even with lots of customers they keep things moving efficiently. Been three weeks not just now need a fill in.

I had a really great experience. The nail tech always checked to make sure I liked it and was comfortable. She was also very kind and nice to converse with. I am happy with the result. Prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be returning!

This is one of the best salons I’ve been to in my 25 years in Maryland. I love this place! Super friendly, gentle on the services, clean equipment and great customer service!

I was really disappointed with the pedicure I received. I’m not the type to leave reviews but I have to let others know what they are going to receive. The pedicure water was just regular water, nothing added into. Usually you receive a leg and food massage; I did not. The only good part was the gel polish. My feet still felt rough after I got home.

As a woman of color, usually I have a hard time at nail salons with the type of service I recieve. But I gave Tina Nails a try and my nail technician was Amazing!! Her name is Kieu and I highly recommend her. She took her time to find the right color I wanted since they didnt have the color I originally wanted, so she took her time to look through all the polishes to match the color I wanted plus did a mixture of another color. She was very friendly and so professional!! And I got my eyebrows done by her and let me just tell you BABYYYYYY! EYEBROWS ARE ON FLEEK!!! I am a stickler for my eyebrows and do not trust anyone touching my eyebrows. I was a little hesitant at first but the after work is amazing. Higher recommended this place and highly recommend Kieu!

Pros: Very good service. Gel manicures always last at least 2-3 weeks and they do a great job on pedicures. Cons: Only caution to let Tina know you do not like short toe or finger nails if this is the case. She has cut them too short before.It’s a good idea to make a appointment if you want a specific nail technician. The lady in the second chair is really good but usually busy.

I used to think this place was great. But when I specifically asked that they not use the electric file on my nails after one of their manicurists cut my nail through to the nail bed with one - and it got infected, I was met absolute hostility. It is about how THEY want to treat your nails and not what you think is best for your situation. Hard pass.

DO NOT GET EYEBROWS DONE HERE!I saw the 4 star ratings and thought I was in good hands. The truth was far from it.I went in for an eyebrow wax and the gentleman at the front asked if Id like my nails done too so I got a dip powder mani. The manicure was done really well, although the tools they use seem to be quite outdated.When it was time for my eyebrows, an elderly woman took me to their waxing room to get it done. Immediately I could tell she was pulling more than what I was used to. However, considering that I had not gotten them done in a while, I thought this to be normal. At no point did she ask whether I wanted to keep my brow shape the same.I prefer to have a more natural look to my eyebrows. She had made them pencil-thin. I asked her why she didnt ask me first. She said one eyebrow was already thinner (which is false since I had been growing them out) and that she was just trying to match them.I let the elderly woman know that I am disappointed with my service and she said she made them better! That there was nothing else she could do. At no point did she even offer a refund even though I was sobbing at this point.I asked for her name and let her know I will be writing a review as a warning. She said her name was Tina. Shes the owner!!

Not the best service. I went two weeks ago on a Friday morning, and there was only one person working and 3 people expecting services. She had to call people to come in and help her out, which took 15-20 min for them to get there. I It took over an hour for a gel manicure. Overall, not a terrible experience but probably wont return. My nails are still intact two weeks later and look decent.

My husband and I walked in with our kids. We were greeted immediately with bright smiles and warm welcomes by owner Tina. Immediately they got started with setting up their stations while discussing our color preferences and style options that we wanted for our manicures and pedicures. So glad I did and will returning!

Simple salon, but they were kind. Came with my 4 year old and they took such sweet care of him, and painted his nails. I plan to go back.

I got a mani-pedi today and i was so disappointed i burst into tears on the way home. The pedicure was just ok. The only gentleman working there helped me. He earns 2 stars. The manicure was a disaster. I was moved to another tech. I asked for my nails to be shaped square, she made them uneven and some weird oblong shape. Too short to be corrected by cutting or filing without leaving no nail. She glommed on the nail polish. It was uneven. It didnt fill the entire nail. And it didnt dry in the 15 minutes i sat waiting for it to. I was so upset i left. I dont reccomend this place.

They are the best! My gel manicures last 3+ weeks, no chipping. Everyone is friendly. They have a TV and sometimes play animal videos.

My nails look pretty good and the eyelash extensions too, but never go there if youre in a hurry. Every single time theyve lied to me about how long something will take and Ive been late both for work and doctor appointments because of it.

Im a 52 yr old female that has actually never written a review on google. Today is the day I speak up!! I have been going to Tina Nails for over four years. I leave a 25% tip every time. I came in without an appointment scheduled, which Im sure can be upsetting. Its never been an issue in the past, but today it clearly was. Some folks seem to be oblivious as to when they are being talked about in front of their faces, but I am not. Its perfectly fine to speak your own language but dont use that angle to talk about a person in front of them. Not only is it rude, it is hurtful. When you are in tune with humans hand gestures, body language, eye rolls, and the rise and fall of their voice you dont need to know the exact words they are speaking to know they are being rude, hurtful, nasty, negative and unprofessional. When the owner asked a man to do my nails he literally gave me the once over with his eyes, huffed and told her he wasnt going to take care of me. They went back and forth about it while he continued to view my person with disgust and gaining the attention of all the other employees who were now all looking at me. I tried to gain my own eye contact with him while he looked all over my body but he would have none of it. He turned his back to us, put an unlit cigarette in his mouth and stared out the window for about 60 seconds while I adjusted myself to the horror that was taking place, and then walked outside to smoke it. I was mortified! Had my feet not already been in the water I would have walked out but I didnt want to cause any more of a scene that what had already transpired. I told them I could come back but ended up waiting for 30 mins with my feet in cold water for the owner to finish her customer. The female owner and the other women that work there are usually very kind. Its the men that have been consistently rude. Today was it for me. They will not get my money every again

I called for a walk in appt based on reviews. Wish I had looked at yelp first. It wasnt a good experience for me. Bizarrely, the nail technician cut off my nail way too low then said. How short do you want them? I responded I wanted them kind of long.For uniformity I had to have all my nails cut down. Except I did not get uniformity because the nails are all different lengths and shapes.While I was there a regular customer came in with a friend or maybe a daughter. All the techs greeted the woman warmly by name. As the two ladies sat to have their nails done her nail tech greeted her and then walked out without a word to have a cigarette. The two ladies were wondering aloud where he had gone. It was disrespectful. I wondered if he would have acted the same if the customer had not needed a walker and if it would be easier for her to walk out.
