Absolutely awful service. They dont even send me statements until AFTER the due date of the bills is scheduled stating theyll shut off water if not paid. Poor way to run a business

I have been trying to get a bill adjusted for over a year after having a water leak. Every time I call I’m told someone will contact me and then no one ever does. I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I never hear anything other than getting my next bill. And then I call again. And then I still don’t get anyone to call me back. Today I was told that my letter I wrote a year ago was magically lost and I need to do it again. No one will let me speak with a manager other than via email and my emails aren’t returned. I was given a new email address today to write a new letter and gmail said the email was blocked. Very poor management. Very poor customer service. I’m extremely disappointed but unfortunately we don’t get the option to choose our water company so I guess that’s why customer service isn’t their priority.

Wish I could give zero stars here. Zero communication with the Loves Park water department. I just got a bill from June of 2018 through this month of July 2019!!! How in the world is this possible? Someone needs to be replaced or fired. This should not happen.

Wish I could give no stars. Today the rock river water reclamation district dug in our front yard down by the city sidewalk for routine maintenance. I arrived home for my lunch break and found that we had no water. Before returning to work I asked the men to please remember to turn it back on, which they responded it wasnt turned off by them, they suggested I turn on my wash tub in my basement and let it run. Ill spare you the details on the numerous calls Ive had to make and the dozen times I had to explain this story and in the end was told to hook a hose up to my neighbors house, its 9pm and still have no water and wont until SOMETIME tomorrow. Thanks for nothing but lies and inconvenience RRWRD. I wish I would have known this was optional to allow the digging.

Had a trouble with a bill and they were quick and to the point to get it figured out. Automated system was quick and to the point as well.
