I rented a car from O’Hare Airport and it was FILTHY and smelled like smoke! In the midst of COVID, I would think that a “reputable” company like Avis would take the necessary sanitation precautions before renting to anyone else.When I rented the stinky filthy car, I refused the toll pass. I asked them if it would charge me if I went through a toll and they said no! Needless to say, I went through the tolls and they charged me $30 per day and $3.35 multiple times (( Instead of billing me like most rental agencies)) — mind you, I only went through two tolls.I will NEVER EVER rent from them again. I wish I could give them 0 stars 👎🏿
