Good gathering place and good food. Visited with friends. But band so LOUD could not have a conversation with anyone without yelling. Not my thing.

I hadnt been here in a long time. The addition is real nice. Has a modern industrial sports bar feel. Didnt order food or drinks, just stopped in quick. Our daughter also played on the playset

Clean, comfortable. Our waitress was amazing. I forget her name but she had longish black hair. She kind of reminded us of JaLo. The food was very good.

Much too noisy. The music would be quite nice if it was turned down just a bit. Had to yell during conversation.

Great place on the river. We always see friends when we go there. Cant wait for Covid to go away so we can get back to monthly meetings for the Womens Auxiliary!

Cant find a cheaper drink in town. Very laid back atmosphere. Sunday breakfast (2nd Sunday of each month) is one of the best values in Rockford. Love this place

Great selection of beers on tap. Great fish fry, open to the public on every Friday. Fourth Wednesday great spaghetti dinner and breakfast, second Sunday also open to the public.

Awesome place, friendly staff as well as all the patrons too. Clean and nicely lit. Great food & music on most Fri nights, public welcome!

NOT at all happy with the food or service.!!! Wish I would have took a picture of what was served to us. We paid the bill an went home and cooked a very late dinner for my husband and myself. Was really hoping to support the community. We still will but just not there. The young busboys were the only ones working.!! So if you dont mind child labor and Rockford city water this is the place to go. I felt so bad for them, I went around personally and tipped just the children. Then left my one slice of lemon and one piece of baked cod. I hope they dont serve it next week.

Overall not a bad place. The drinks were cheap and that is always a plus! Not really my crowd though so I cant see it being a place that I will go to frequently. If all youre looking for is some cheap drinks to start the night off this might be the place for you though!

Verdi club is an excellent club that I recently joined again. The first time I joined, I never went and didnt know much about it. Now, I am hooked! They have excellent beverage prices along with an excellent bartending staff! If you enjoy baked or fried cod, then I would recommend coming here for their Friday night fish fry! I just love their baked cod or special of the week but many of my friends love their breaded (2 breading options) deep fried cod. They also offer boat slips for members and I believe they have a waiting list.

Everyone of the Club members are so incredibly nice and take great care of your needs..... (Ive been dealing with a broken leg) and without asking the gals treated me like family...They carried my plate from the salad bar so I could hobble to my table on crutches....lolAnd the salad bar is a plus in my book, not huge by any means, but like mama Bear said.....just right !!Ive been going for the Clubs Friday night Fish Fry (open to the public) and would put it up against any up nort fish fry going....A-1 in my opinion....could be yours as well....Im going to look into a membership the next time Im there, Id love to give back...
