Had our wedding reception at Tebala this past month. It was amazing! Room is beautiful and spacious and Lisa and Mark made the day through details like playing and labeling our gluten free dessert and even getting drinks for the wedding party. They checked in throughout the night to make sure everything was going to plan, but it never felt like they were hovering. For the cost and the service, I would highly recommend Tebala!!!

I own and operate a wedding and events DJ and MC business in Rockford. We have done many events at Tebala from High school dances to very large weddings. Lisa and Mark and their staff are some of the most detailed and professional people we have the pleasure of working with. If you have the chance to attend or have and event here you wont be disappointed!

We attended a company Christmas party at the Tebala Event Center on a Friday evening. The venue is nice and open, with plenty of space for 100+ people. There is a stage with great lighting, a dancefloor, beautiful crystal chandeliers, and even balconies. The restrooms were very clean. Easily 5 stars.

Been to a few events here. The bathrooms are always clean and the building is really nice for dinners.

Pretty nice place, though when I was there the central ballroom seemed a bit dark, even with the central lighting fixture on. It was probably the fault of the event planners idk. Either way, it is spacious, clean, and the Tebala people seem pretty nice.

I went to a party at this location and had a great time.

Facility seems clean, staff seemed cordial, but the beer/liquor selection sucked for a 2017 event (a concert). Liquor was rail-quality-junk at the best, and there was no craft beer-only watery macrobrews sold for craft-beer prices. No decent whiskey, no scotch(!), no decent bourbon, no decent tequila, no decent rum, but two vodkas, few cordials-Ive had better liquor and beer selections on aircraft and in dive bars than what was available at the Tebala Event Center. Its 2017, and paying customers expect better than this.Also, no free WiFi (again-its 2017, and this should be a given). This alone knocks down the rating an extra star.Thankfully, all of the above are easily fixable if the facility gives a damn about the people who pay to be there.
