100% Recommend!!! The Pavilion is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is so kind and beyond helpful. Organizing an event with people who are as gracious and knowledgeable as the staff is here relieves a huge burden of the planning process. Taneel is AMAZING to work with and I always feel like Im in good hands when we host events at this venue!

As a vendor that works at the IBT Pavilion at Aldeen quite frequently I have nothing but good things to say! The staff is always amazing and accommodating for both clients and vendors. The space is immaculate; light, bright, clean and airy. Truly a perfect space to create a unique event.

Not only have I been a vendor working weddings at this venue for the last couple of years I am also getting married there myself! My fiancé and I chose this venue because of the great experience so many of my couples have had. I have seen them walk away thankful they had Taneel and Johnna there to help them in any way they could to make their day go smoothly and I cannot wait to have that same experience as a bride.I am so excited to have our big day at a venue where the food is amazing, staff is incredible, and the inside is just breathtaking!

Gorgeous venue. Awesome staff.The building itself is new and modern, not like those old banquet halls you find in hotel buildings. It is the perfect size and one of the most picturesque locations in the area. Located on the Aldeen golf course (top 3 public courses in the United States), the landscape is perfectly groomed by the park district. The sunsets here make for the BEST photos!The team makes their events seem effortless. Taneel truly cares about the client experience and you can see it in the details. From food, to decor, to coordination; she makes the day special. The chef takes banquet food to a new level and everything I have tasted there is mouthwatering. Highly recommend the IB&T Pavilion!

Venue is fine. I was a groomsman last weekend. I have been working weddings as a DJ, photographer, or videographer for almost ten years. Taneel was one of the worst coordinators I have ever been around. Her attitude was generally one of negativity. It was a chore to deal with her when she was around. I get the relaxed feeling that some coordinators give off to sometimes ease nerves for such a major event, but hers was a big miss. I believe my favorite quote from the weekend came during rehearsal. I heard several family members and wedding party members referring to when she said something along the lines of, Whatever BS you guys are going to say when giving the bride away. It was an awesome weekend and venue for a wedding but if you have a choice, avoid Taneel.

The Illinois Bank & Trust Pavilion is absolutely beautiful. The staff is amazing as well, especially Taneel Fraley, Operations Manager. She is friendly and welcoming, and makes you feel like you have known her for years. I have done several events with Taneel, simply because she is the best and wants the best for you. Her years of experience and extensive knowledge of her profession put you at ease right away. I never worry when Taneel is in charge.

The Illinois Bank and Trust Pavilion at Aldeen was our wedding venue for our June wedding and Giodine was our caterer. You can’t argue with the absolute beauty of this venue with its gorgeous natural light and on-site ceremony option. The look is what intrigued us but the team here is what sold us. Every person we worked with was so kind but I can’t even begin to describe how incredible Taneel was to work with. Our wedding was supposed to be in June of 2020 and Taneel was unquestionably accommodating with our proposal to move our wedding out one year to 2021. She’s was non-stop flexible with my absurd requests and incredibly responsive at all hours of the week. I cannot recommend this venue and vendor team enough. We also had guests RAVING over dinner, asking if their meal was available from the caterer at a local restaurant, I had people asking me for the chefs recipe, it was amazing. The food isn’t “good for wedding food”, it’s absolutely showstopping food in any restaurant context and if Giodine were a restaurant, I guarantee all of my guests would be back. Insanely wonderful venue and team, I wish I could give 10 stars.

Great atmosphere, great food, staff hustled too!

I scheduled an appointment with Taneel and they did not show up on time. After we were 10 minutes behind our scheduled appointment, my fiance and I walked over to the bar on the same property and the bartender called Taneel for us and came back to say Theyre with another appointment that got delayed at our other property. Would you mind waiting for an hour and a half? If they cant get a first appointment right, I dont know how I would ever be able to trust them with a wedding.

This venue was AMAZING! I got married here back in August 2019 and almost 6 months later I find my self constantly thinking about how much I loved this venue! It is so timeless, fresh, clean, crisp, modern, and bright. All the things I was going for with my wedding. It was everything I wanted for my wedding and more. I wanted a venue that I can look back and not be embarrassed by what was the “theme” because it is no longer in style and this venue does it because it is so well designed it will never go out of style!I enjoyed the staff! From the servers to the coordinators they all seemed to genuinely care about my big day! It down poured all day of my wedding day except for the small window we had during the ceremony (worked out perfect) and the staff stayed on top of the forecast as if it was their wedding day and even offered solutions!Living almost 6 hours away made wedding planning hard but MOLLY really helped with a lot of it and I enjoyed working with her! She is fast replying and knows a lot! She even worked with my mother in law for a lot of things when I was not able to get to Rockford because of my school schedule (something a lot of venues dislike to do).Also the food is AMAZING people who attended cannot stop complimenting it! Future brides, look no further this is by far the best venue in Rockford right now and you get the best bang for your money! Thank you so much! I’ve attached a few pictures and a video! 💜💜💜
