So we moved in one of Michaels properties 4 yrs ago and I have never had a better landlord.. Anytime we needed maintenance he would send his man Tom and fix the issue..Its been very emotional leaving this property, Michael gave us a opportunity to buy this property but we are not financially stable enough at this time as we have had some personal loss that has drained us financially as well as emotionally.To anyone who does buy this property I will be stalking this property and when it’s up for grabs I have every intention of buying this property because it means so much to me..Thank you Michael for being a rockstar landlord we are so thankful for you!The Zollars :)

This has been our first place to live in and I have no complaints!! The places are beautiful. If you need anything, Mikey will be right there for you! Quiet, peaceful, and about 5 minutes from stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Great location! Great landlord!
