“Slumlords” RUNNNNNNNNN! Had mold growing in my unit, I called the manager numerous amount of times to inform them. The manager told me that calling her often would not speed up the process after trying 2 1/2 months to get someone to come out and make the repair. And told me she had no idea when the repair could be made. Yes they have washers and dryer‘s and dishwashers but none of them work properly if you ask or request that they are repaired they just take one out of the old unit that are also non-functional to replace it. The Staff are rude! Especially the manager, I inquired once why no one ever answered the phones during office hours. To which she replied. “I’m the property manager not the office manager”The owners allow her to be rude. The owners visit the property often pretending to work for corporate but they’re actually the owners.They know that they’re slumlords so they try to prevent people from finding out that they’re the owners to prevent confrontation. It’s not worth it save your money.

This is absolutely the worst possible apartment complex to live in all throughout Rockford. Horrible customer service, never met a more unprofessional team running a complex these two woman. Both are unprofessional and don’t care about anything besides the money. All this money they’re taking from residents with over charging rent and the thousands of dollars you have to spend when moving out should be going towards putting better appliances throughout the outdated apartments. There’s absolutely no reason why this place still doesn’t have central A/C... I would not recommend living here no matter if you’re in desperate need of an apartment or not. I hope management sees this and fixes there obvious issues and put their pride aside and be professional.

This place is extremely unprofessional and does not do their job. Management is horrible and so is maintenance. I had to pay for service that maintenance is suppose to do. Every time we call they say they’ll come out and never do and it’s been a month. Our apartment constantly has bugs and they will not do anything about it. There is all types of nest outside of our front door that they will also not come and take care of. They charge you so much in rent and then hound you about getting a paperwork filled out when you first move it for a list of things that’s wrong with the unit and won’t come and fix it. And now they added parking stickers which is fine but you will not tell me how to park just because others do not know how to back I’m not my problem that’s just an excuse to be lazy and not get out of your car to check to make sure people have a sticker. I highly recommend not choosing this place to live you’ll regret it.

I have lived here for 8 years. The office manager and leasing agent are just wonferfull. Never had any issues. When I needed repair on my sink they came the next day and fixed the leak in 15 minutes. Great place to live.

Where do I begin! I try to be patient but the first day I walk in it’s not even clean! Then the washer broke and was leaking and yes they only replace ut with another broken one it takes several calls before u get any response and then I don’t even think they actually fix things . My second week the refrigerator breaks down and then my toilet won’t flush and they come in and zip tie it.. wow they look beautiful on the outside but they are A 1970’s dump!

WORST MAINTENANCE EVER! WORST LANDLORD EVER! Does absolutely NOTHING! Apartment was completely disgusting upon moving in, hair and poop everywhere. They go into apartment while no one is home, without permission! THINGS NEVER GET FIXED. They quote you random amounts, they charge everyone a different amount. They are very unprofessional, do not know how to speak to people.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Management is very unprofessional. Didnt care that I had an appointment to see an apartment at 5. Never proceeded to tell me that the office closes at 5 or even tried to reschedule. Wasted a day running around trying to plan things accordingly around this time all for nothing. Doesnt return calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If management cant even be bothered for a SCHEDULED appointment, what makes anyone think that they would be good for maintenance or managing the property. Absolute utter garbage. Stay away!!!!

This place is terrible. I lived there for 6 years. I have 4 to 5 different property managers. The first couple of managers were cool. The people that run it now are terrible. They will not call you back or answer your calls. They have went through several maintenance men and the one thats there now cant fix anything.

How awful, they require you have your cat declawed. That is just inhumane and is borderline animal abuse

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst maintenance ever, you will never get anything repaired. Or even if they do come to fix it its still not running right, like a AC that isnt cooling and all he(maintenance) does is spray cleaner on it. Or they just swap it out with another POS item, that they say well I think it runs pretty good.Then trying to get ahold of anyone at the office is non existent. Even though they might be in there, they never answer the phone. Then when you finally do track them down its a oh I never got your message! Worst place ever!!

I wish the apartment had central air. The apartment has been very suitable, nothing fancy, but it is a pretty nice area however they lost me when they continue to raise the rent every year by at lest $10.

The worst . you will never get your unit repaired, they have black Mold . bring a shovel to plow your way out in the winter ...run and run fast
