We are trying to find a place to live. So we inquired with this company. Told Monica our credit was not that good said that didnt matter as long as it balances out with your income. Income for self employed is 1500.00 a week as the smallest pay. Now when I asked for a copy of my credit report I was told by her she doesnt have to provide us with one. ITS THE LAW SHE SAID! Its not the law I went to real estate school Im not dumb! She never even saw check stubs or asked for them. We liked 2 houses, the first one we were told that the owners were picky and probably would reject us? Was it because she didnt like our looks? She said they rejected everyone so far. Isnt her company hired to make that decision? I lost my home due to divorce. My home was way better than any she has listed. I feel used and discrimanated. All these management companies do is take your money lower your credit scores and once they have your rent money are slum lords anyways. Anything that would break in our home would be fixed by us, the homes would have been kept immaculate! Their loss not ours. We had 10 grand to put down paying up front our rent. We will give it to someone who doesnt scam us. Hopefully soon buy our own home. Find a private owner to rent from. Dont use these people.

I wish there were negative stars for this place. The manager likes to ambush women while theyre alone and interrogate them. What a coward. Anyway, the places are ok but its not worth the management harassing you every time theres an issue. Better just to stay away. Ther are a bunch of houses on Vaughndale st. in Machesney that are cheaper anyway and you get your own place! BUYER BEWARE!!!.

Rented in Clearwing-Roscoe...cheap poorly constructed property. Upon moving in carpet reeked of pet urine called office was told carpets were already cleaned so would not reclean. Water heater leaked for 3 days & burst flooding kitchen/hall closet ruining items that were irreplaceable this is when maintenance decides to fix it. Numerous items in unit broken,carpet stained,landscaping is never done. Had 3ft weeds growing that finally got chopped down and left there.did I mention the rotting wood decks also? neighbor moved and left 2 mattresses in driveway those sat there until the new tenant moved in over 2 months. These units are overpriced & 1 step up from the projects.

The apartments were ok, however the customer service is horrible, and they will find a way to take most of your deposit when you move out by not listing how much it costs for simple things, they need to do to re-rent the apartment. Never again.
