Could be nicer

I called this company for a ride, dispatched informed me all their vehicles were down, but he did say to me that he could pick me up in his personal vehicle. I will admit this bothered me considering I wasnt aware that companys could do this. I was under the impression that these had to be commercial vehicles with commercial insurance. I was reluctant to make a reservation with this company. I feel the city should look more into that. I would not recommend this company, in the terms of I dont believe they are operating legal. I will call a company in this town next time that checks out. Very scary, and no thank you. It is a shame that this company is operating under these terms.
