I needed a tire pressure sensor replaced right away tried other places to no sucess and tire kingdom was able to squeeze me in to fix my issue. I did wait 1hr to 1hr/30 but since I was able to get in today waiting wsnt a big deal. The guy who got me in was nice and professional and gave me the price up front

Absolute disaster!! Im not one to leave a negative review but people need to be warned! This place is sneaky and dishonest. I was supposed to get a wheel bearing replaced and found they had torn the CV Axle boot and never told me. Went to several layers of management and no one would help. I was taken advantage of and had to get a whole new axle. Be warned! You dont know what they are doing while working on your vehicle. They were dishonest with me, they could be dishonest with you too!

I had Michelin tires put on my car and I had a oil change. I had to wait a while but it was worth it. They were busy but let me know how long it would take. They must be doing something right to have so much business.

My wife took her car to Sebastian Tire Kingdom for oil change and Tire rotation . A few days later her car started making clunking noise. Found noise coming from front drivers side wheel. Problem was all the lug nuts were loose. I checked the rest of tires and found they didnt tighten any of the lug nuts after rotating tires.They also lost one of the lug nuts and replaced with different nut.Very disappointed, this store has really gone down hill!

WAY OVERPRICED!!! Really professional staff a the front counter, but way too expensive. I will never stop foot into another tire kingdom again in my life. Go to Walmart in sebastian. This place inspires me to just start asking people for money for nothing at random and telling them they are getting a good deal because this place would not be open if there werent so many dupes out there just giving their hard earned money away.

Called Thursday night to schedule an oil change. Dropped car off at 8am Friday. Called at 12pm said should be ready by 2 or 3 Called at 4 and was told if it was Dropped off in the morning it will be done by 6 ( closing time) arrived at 545 and was told they didnt have time to do it. Last time Ill come here. Also bought tires 6 months ago when my wife got home and I looked at the tires the date code showed they were 2 years old. Im done

I had an emergency tire repair while on a road trip. Stopped by to get assistance and they wouldn’t even look at it. Couldn’t get me in that day at all. I explained that need help, but the two men were rude and said they had others ahead of me. Needless to say, Tire Kingdom has earn lots of free advertising. Go to Walmart! They get you right in. Sad!

Literally had a flat outside Tire Kingdom, Real emergency coming from Miami, went at noon and told us if we didn’t have a appointment we could not be serviced because of staff.

The guys have taken good care of my car over the last few years and kept it running even when Ive neglected it a bit! 11 years old and going strong!

Have been working on my 2006 Chevy Extreme Pick-up for about 4 years now and Ive never had any issues. The staff is always happy, and greets you when you walk in. I wouldnt use any other Auto shop in the area.

We were driving to the Keys pulling a boat and my truck broke down but I was able to limp it to the closest service center. On Saturday everything was closed but Tire Kingdom was open. Al and his team after evaluating what had happened to my truck gave me what I felt was honest and correct advice. They were able to get my truck back to 100% and we made it to keys and back to north fl with no problem. We were definitely in a pickle and our trip was on the line. Al and his mechanic(can’t remember his name but he was excellent) saved the day and trip.

Tire kingdom broke both front hubcaps on SSR AND only offered 100.dollars for both. Even after they said they would take responsibility for the damage and it took over a month. The forum DOES NOT WORK AT TIREKINGDOM.

Had a terrible experience with them! Took my car on a Thursday they charged me 1,300 gave my car back on Friday, my car was still failing took my car back to them on Saturday and the mechanic tells me its the Cylinder 1 misfire and that he didnt mention it to me on Friday because he didnt think it would be much of a problem because he messed with it a little and the whole motor straightened out! How do you miss these things !!! They gave me back my car on Sunday and yes they charged me more money! and now my cars leaking oil everywhere with a broken gasket! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE!! Unless you have time and money to waste!

Couldnt fix my vehicle. I paid 180., for repair, still didnt work properly. Rather than admit they didnt have the skills to address the problem they told me I didnt know how to drive my car. I have had the car for years! Took it to a true mechanic, had it corrected within hours. Unless all you want are tires DONT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!

Im from out of town had a blowout so I came there Saturday to get it fixed, they put on a brand new tire the same tire went down on my way down the road because they didnt check it so I had to sleep side the road Sunday and take it back Monday and then I waited from the time they opened till 11:00 before they even fix the tire. I am a commercial fisherman that runs six boats at a time, on the YouTube channel ( B.T fishing Florida) so because I lied on them to do their job correctly I missed out on a lot of money added that from the video. NEVER AGAIN!

Quoted $240 a tire for Michelin got there and it was $249 and then a charge for taking tires off, balancing, and a sensor service kit on a truck still under warranty and not needed was additional. Balancing for the life of the tire was charged when I didn’t want or ask for it! They nit picked every little step in the process and a job that should have been done in an hour took over 2 hours as there was only one tech “being paid” to balance tires even though there were 3 machines to do it! Don’t take your business there unless you have extra money to donate!

Last Saturday after many weeks at home I took my Special needs child to the Beach untorturable her Beach Wheelchair had problem with the Valve on one of the wheels But our day got so much Better when we Stopped at Tire Kingdom In Sebastian and The Service Manager Mike Dones Took care of The Valve and he Did it in not Time, He also took care of the air on the rest of the wheels and our Beach Day was Amazing and perfect, Thank you so much Mister Mike for an Awesome Job and for your compassionate Heart, you are The Greatest.

They are good people there they are courteous and always ready to help, we went this morning to get a new tire on rim, we was only there about 15min, and when they were done the brought the tire to our car and put it in the back of my car. Very good service you can not find a better place for service !!

Like most chain stores, this place was meh. The guy behind the counter was super nice. The kid who installed my tire took FOREVER but, did a solid job so, it was worth it. The waiting room was pretty nasty though.

PLEASE READFound some REALLY excellent customer service today in Sebastian, FL. Wheel bearing locked and axle broke on a pickup while trying to get home from Miami to Georgia from a weekend of cattle showing. As you can imagine major destruction to the front of the pickup. Hardly any steering or breaks, trying to get home. Looked on google for local tire service and alignment and found Robert with Tire Kingdom. Got the contact, told the problems and Robert said, “Bring it in, we will take care of you!” Being close to quitting time and very late, started getting the bad news when they got it on the rack. Was told “We think we can handle this and get you home.” Which surprised me due to it almost being time for everyone to be done for the work day. Robert explained very thoroughly what it would take and the parts it would take to get back home 7 1/2 hours which has been the main goal for two days. He talked to Johon, told him the situation, we gave the green light and they went to work. A couple hours after closing the parts were installed, the truck was aligned, test driven and I was on my way to Georgia.This is the absolute BEST customer service and service that I have seen a tire company in 30+ years. Absolute 5 Star rating! Went above and beyond to get us on my way home safely. 2nd shop in a week to balance my tires (3rd balance). Took over 2 hours even with an apt. Was told my struts needed to be replaced +-700.00. Left them and my balance was worse than when I went in and now I have a slight drift.Was directed to Moody tires on US1. No apt. 5 people before me. In in 35 min. Out in 40 minutes. ALL tires were slightly out of balance AND one tire slightly out of round. They shifted the tire on the rim. Good to go.Needless to say I will not return to Tire Kingdom!

They took 2 1/2 hours to put on 4 tires. I was not impressed with service. My appointment was 2:30, I didnt get out til 5pm.

The Sebastian store is my go to when it comes to getting new tires and an occasional 9 change. The staff is helpful, the store is clean and will maintained. I have always receive thorough and reliable service when I go there.

Had a partial flat on my Hyundai took the wheel in and tire and they repaired it in a few hours. We have used them before for another tire another car. Friendly helpful shop. Robert Cortez is very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. We send everybody we know here. They are the BEST

I went in, as I usually do, for an oil change, and Robert Cortez told me that I needed new shocks on the back. He had me come and look at the tires that were an indication of poor shocks at the rear of the car. Normally, I would not have had that work done at the time and would have shopped around, but he was so exceedingly nice, knowledgeable and courteous, that I had the work done right away. I applaud his professional and personal touch with customers.

Nice people but common sense doesnt live there. But they did offer to give me a refund.

We bring our vehicles here all the time..regular oil changes, brakes, other routine needs and major repairs. Over the years we have received good service at a fair price. Today was no different. We got an oil change with a new filter, and without much wait time.

Shon the manager was excellent!! Came in for an oil change and tire rotation informed me of the wear on my brakes explained everything to me to so I understood. Had my car ready for me very quickly. I will come back to see Shon for all of my car maintenance. The store was very clean and the staff was super nice even with a cranky toddler running around. Great job Sebastian Tire Kingdom!

They tried to rip me off for shock absorbers. The Ford dealership who I have dealt with for 5 years told me that my car did NOT need shock absorbers. Tire Kingdom also put new windshield wipers on my car. Guess what? They were the wrong size. Do not trust these people or this place.

I have been going to Sebastian Tire Kingdom for the past 5 + years and have been completely satisfied. I have complete trust in Justn, Cory and Robert. Whenever I a have a problem they show me what needs to be done and why before they service my car. Mike is my mechanic he is honest and does awesome work. They have taken advantage of little old ladies right in the lobby by stating they need to replace a number of things that dont really need to be replaced, they also state they will perform work on a vehicle and explain the costs associated with said repair, when they find out I am everything but a certified mechanic and I know cars and trucks they immediately change tune and suggest it can be done for much cheaper, I have seen them perform a complete cooling system flush (Radiator, top and bottom hoses, block) flush on a late 90s Buick (how hard can it be?) And then the ladies vehicle overheated 2 days later...why? Because they did not bother to change the thermostat. Charging her approximately $133.44. Just so happened I saw her on the side of the road 2 days later. Try somewhere else!

Scam!!! I really get upset when I see how some garages try to rip people off. 1st, I was a A-tech Machine for over 15 years and understand the system on making money but there is also customer service plus returning customers if they are happy with the company. 2nd, made an appointment the day before for my front brakes and informed them just the front brakes need done right now. When I got there the service writer stated I will need a full inspection of the back and front. ?? Front I can understand but the back?? I informed him was only getting my front done today and he stated still need to look at the back. He stated I may need rotors and the job may cost a little over $500 for the whole job. I got upset told him never mind I was only looking for front brakes and started to leave but one of their Machines started to sing out loud to me and my father na na na good bye song. Will never go there again, never recommend them. Really bad customer service and not the way to earn new business.

So I dropped my car off at 730am for an oil change and the diagnostics to be done. I didnt hear anything by 3pm so I called to ask about my car. I was told the oil change had been done but that their computer wouldnt read my Audi. Okay! Had I been advised earlier I could have took it somewhere else. Good thing I called if not than Id most likely still be waiting!

Disappointed. The parts they are using to do repairs are cheap and not factory replacements. Had the front end of my truck done by them. Less than 20,000 miles later had to have it all done again. The guys that work there are nice but buyer beware the dollar store parts wont hold up.

Ive been using tire kingdom in sebastian for years. They always tell me what else is needing to be replaced, and how urgently. Its not always right now urgent like most auto repair shops. Theyre honest and quick getting the job done, which shows that they value my time. Friendly, efficient, professional.

I called in with a flat tire (no spare). They put me in touch with an inexpensive tow truck. I decided to purchase 4 new tires and told them my boss was on fire because I was late for work. They changed all 4 tires out in 20 minutes. GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was camping near Sebastian when my car started acting up. I took it to them because they were the only place open. They ran the diagnostic and saw the fuel level sensor was bad so they kept it overnight to fix it. It wasnt done until late the next day, I paid and the problem was still happening. I had to get my family back to Jacksonville though and they assured me that the problem would go away and it was safe to drive. The problem was still happening and I think they made it worse. Ended up talking my car to a mechanic I trust back home

Absolutely Awesome! Blowout with a bent rim on Saturday @ 4 p.m. They fixed the rim, saving me big bucks, time and frustration...out the door 2 hrs later with a new tire and a huge grin.

MANY THANKS TO ROBERT AND THE CREW AT THIS TIRE KINGDOM, SEBASTIAN.We were on a 4000 mile round trip from N.Y.S. to FLA (and back) in our 2008 Grand Caravan. Along the way we started to lose air in the passenger rear tire. Tired of adding air every couple of hundred miles, I went into the store hoping to find a nail/screw or the tire needed to be resealed on the rim. They pulled this wheel and wet tanked it only to find I had not only a bent, but a cracked aluminum wheel.They put on the doughnut spare and I was off to find a matching 17” x 6.5” wheel. Tried every junk yard that was close and no luck. Even tried the dealers too for a used or new one. “DISCONTINUED” wheel, not available, and NO steel alternative. Luckily, I found the right size but different pattern at a salvage yard 50 miles away. Bought it and brought it back to TIRE KINGDOM.The men transferred my good tire from the bad wheel onto the replacement wheel and it sealed. They removed the spare and replaced it under the van and reinstalled my “new to me” used wheel. The price was right and we made it home to N.Y.S. 1400 miles later. All good again.What could have been a disaster was made less trying thanks to the care and assistance offered by ROBERT and his crew at this Tire Kingdom. He and they have made this stressed out long distance traveler feel better about this whole situation and have provided me with a good story for around the campfire this summer.

Never going back here.... the labor charge is ridiculous and so is the shop fee in addition they could not diagnose the whining noise I had from rear end.

Paid alot of money for a full set of tires, oil change for them to not seat the tire correctly and ended up with a flat within a few days...not happy. Not the only time tire kingdom had messed up on one of my vehicles either.Also with the oil change they did, they put the wrong oil in my vehicle and now my vehicle that i just got brand new tires on is un- drivable. So Im stuck with paying insurance on my car while it sits in front of my house because of what this crappy company has done !!!!Paying money for tows and mechanics shouldnt have been my job...should have been theirs.I beg you, dont let them touch your car !!!!!

Prior to Hurricaine Irma hitting Florida, we were packing to leave and our car A.C. went out. My hubby working 2 days straight in the heat and rain, but was unable to get it to work. He asked me to take car to Tire Kingdom. Everyone was professional and understanding! They took the car straight back, worked on it for 2 hours and the a.c. was fabulous !! I hugged the poor guy!! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart...our 2 cocker spaniels would have burned up on our 12 hr drive to Georgia!

I would like to thank Robert Cortez for saving my life! I was about to drive south to Miami (where I was told my tires were good). Robert was so corteous and professional, he was going to put some air in a tire, he checked all my tires and immediately saw that BOTH rear Michelin tires on my Mercedes were shredded on the interior side. I would have most certainly had a blowout on I-95. Robert’s customer service means so much to me for reasons I won’t go into here.
