I mostly use Morgan. I once had another tech and I wasn’t as impressed with her service, but I already knew Morgan had sensitive skin, so was relying on her to help me recover from the previous experience. She is always very knowledgeable about the products to use to take care of my skin between waxes. It’s a quick experience, which makes it flexible for my schedule. I can’t recommend every tech that works there, but I’m glad I was able to find at least one good one.

First time coming to this location (not my first time getting waxed) I’m used to some hairs being missed. Normal. Totally fine. Especially if the hairs are a little short.But not patches of hair being missed. There was no prep done on my legs before the waxing. No pressure was placed after wax was removed from my legs making the process rather painful. Legs were left red, agitated, bumpy, in pain and not fully finished. Lady that helped me was nice though. Only up side. She said she has been doing waxings for a long time, so I’m wondering why my legs weren’t waxed properly if she has so much experience? will not be coming here again unfortunately

Courtney M is the best esthetician I have seen! I have been getting Brazilian waxes for years and shes so experienced and professional. Her and I had great conversations, I felt very comfortable and never felt rushed. Shes very efficient and got all my hair, she even went back several times to check before I left. I just went in for a Brazilian wax today with Courtney M. This is my second wax, I’m not too experienced but I’ve educated myself enough to know the basics and standards. Also have friends that let me know how theirs go etc. I wanted to be happy with my service but I am not satisfied. I felt so rushed during the wax, she didn’t prep my skin at all and just put the hot wax on right away, several times she neglected to wait for the wax to cool a little and it just felt so hot and I didn’t experience this the first time. She told me she had 10 years of experience so is why I chose to review instead of giving the benefit of the doubt. I have patches of wax on me! So many hairs left and she did not tweeze any at all.. I bled a lot which I didn’t experience that my first wax, she didn’t even apply any pressure after pulling. It was aggressively rushed and just unprofessional for someone with so much experience. . I let my hair grow out just for this wax I know it was the same length but yet there are little hairs everywhere in between all the cracks just all over...Which really sucks we expect to be smooth and not have to shave again after a painful wax session...I could’ve gotten this result& better with a shave and no blood... she did not clean the blood afterwards or wipe off wax or as I mentioned any clean prep etc. I’m extremely disappointed and will not book again.

I have been getting regularly waxed for several years and I have never had the hair grow back so quickly. I had my underarms waxed one week ago and there is already substantial hair growth. I felt as though the appointment was rushed, I wouldn’t recommend Mode for underarm waxing.

Courtney was amazing and made sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect! She for sure knows her stuff, as do all the ladies that work here! You will not be disappointed if you book any type of appointment with Courtney or Mode!

I was seen by Morgan today for a brazillian and she made me feel super comfortable and did a great job! I couldnt handle the full brazillian so she just did a nice bikini wax and it was amazing!

To start this review I have been getting waxed for a good amount of time and this was my first experience at mode wax of spokane. To start off I layed down on the table and Maggie walked into the room and instantly started waxing. There was no prep or antiseptic used prior to the start of the wax. The waxing it self seemed very rushed and she did not let the wax set for a reasonable amount of time. After the wax was applied within 2 to 3 seconds she was already starting to attempt to pull it off. Because of this, not all the wax would come up and subsequently resulted in a more then normal painful experience. After she was done with the wax which took 16 mins I looked over my skin and found multiple of areas that the hair was not removed. After walking out of the room to find her and tell her that not all of the hair was taken off, we went back in and she went over the entire area again at my request. At the end of this second session there were still plenty of hair remaining, but I was very much done with the experience and did not want to be waxed for a 3rd time so I told her that it was good enough and that I would just like to leave. Also the hair that I request to be left behind( a strip) was very off center and uneven. She was very nice but my waxing experience was very subpar and I regret to say that I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future unless mode wax has a way to fix this situation.

I had an appointment scheduled with someone else, but due to circumstances ended up having my appointment for my first ever Brazilian with Morgan, and I couldn’t be happier! She was very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. She took her time to explain what she was doing, the aftercare process and recommended some products. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking!

Beautiful place. My beautician was polite and made me feel comfortable. Now, I may not have been as forward as I should have been... but I don’t like to tell people how to do their jobs. I had a Brazilian wax. Most of my hair is gone. But there’s a few places that were missed. AND she did not hold my skin when removing the wax which is what has me Extremely upset. To say I’m sore is an understatement. Hopefully the purple and red spots will subside and doesn’t turn into bruising :(

I spoke to a Melissa over the phone who made me feel incredibly unwelcome and guilty for having to cancel a session due to being tested for Covid. However, the gal who waxes me is fantastic and it is a cute and clean studio. Parking is confusing - go behind the building!

I had my first appointment with Courtney M and was really happy with my experience. Courtney is professional and detail oriented, Ill certainly be a regular of hers. The building itself is spacious and I enjoy the layout. Its clean and modern, great location as well.

Came into Mode today for their get lucky wax package. Full leg, underarm and a Brazilian wax. Free parking all around the building was a great start. The lobby is clean and inviting and I was greeted promptly by Melissa before going into the room to get ready for my waxing. I really enjoyed the fact that she was very thorough with the whole process. Brazilian waxes are not painless, but it was a lot less painful than my previous at another place. In about an hour I was all done and loving the results 🙂

Great little spa with fantastic ladies. Only 4 stars because parking wasnt clear and made it a bit of a hassle, signage could help there. Also, we waited a solid 20 minutes before someone spoke to us in the waiting area so maybe a receptionist greeting us informing of behind schedules would have been nice. But loved my spa treatment and would return if another killer deal arrived!

I called for an eye waxing for a wedding. They were able to get me in with 10 minutes notice, after I had called 5 other places that were unable, or unwilling to get me in. The place was very clean, and organized. They had specialy products for sale. There was a coffee bar that had once been avaible, no longer so becuase of Covid. The lady who did my ear brows was nice and worked with me to get the look I was going for. Have scars it is hard somes to get the right look. She was willing to listen to what i needed and figured out how to make it happen. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about her job. She was honest when it came to prices when I asked. There were several other options there as well. Lost of options for waxing, skin therapy, and other things. Would go back in a heart beat, if it wasnt a drive that I dont take regular. There were priviate rooms for waxing and the table was very comfortable.

I was a first time customer recently. The experience was incredible! Very relaxing, also complimentary goods as you walk in the door. Friendly faces and the Atmosphere was even better. I don’t think you can go wrong with this place but i would recommend Nellie. Very professional and very likable. 👍👍

Being unfamiliar with facials, it was both relaxing and informative. The products felt wonderful on my face and the results were great. I appreciated the advice I got. and it is helping me rethink my routine. I appreciated the advice about products without a hard sell. Madison was very sweet.

Place is super cute and cozy, super plush couches. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I spoke with Alyssa about creating a specific look with my lashes, and she did an amazing job at listening and recreating that! I get compliments on my lashes every single day! Definitely would recommend MODE to everyone! Their prices are great and service is hands down the best!

Got a back wax from Madison. Super nice girl. Great conversation. The wax itself was as pleasant as it could be. Didnt hurt more than a typical wax. Got the job done quick for a more than fair price. Definitely my go-to spot from now on for my aesthetic needs.

Madison is amazing! My daughter and I both got eyebrow waxes last Friday, and Madison did an outstanding job! The shape is great and there was literally NO redness on either of our brows, even the next day, no redness or irritation! This is the first time I have ever had an eyebrow wax where you literally couldnt tell I had it done - other than the fact my brows are now neat and beautiful! Go see Madison, you wont be disappointed! We will be back! :)

Salon has a good atmosphere and friendly workers but is lacking in quality. Ashley did my lashes for the first few months after my move to Washington. Lashes never lasted more than a week before they were patchy and bare. Gave her the benefit of the doubt, thinking perhaps my eyelashes needed time to adjust to the new climate. But after three months of throwing my money away I had enough and booked somewhere else.

Nellie is absolutely amazing & she’s a perfectionist which guarantees great results!🙌🏻 I went in to get my legs waxed and had both of my kids with me, ages 1.5 and 3. I was a little nervous because I had never been waxed before, not to mention bringing two little ones when some employees at businesses are rude when it comes to that. Nellie made me feel completely comfortable and even interacted with the kids which was so sweet of her!☺️

I’ve been getting my lashes done with Ashley for about a year now and she is so great! Her work is amazing and she is flexible with my schedule. I always look forward to my appointments with her. I’m pretty picky and wouldn’t go back unless I loved it, and I do! I’ve had Alyssa once too when Ashley was booked up and she was good as well and very fast.

The first was with Shyana, second was with Shiloh, and third with Melissa. Truly, all three wildly exceeded my expectations. Of course I was terrified before the first appointment (oh my god, really??? What if I look freakish down there???...), but these ladies are so incredibly professional and put me at ease right away. Whew! There was never anything to be afraid of! The quick bits of ouch! are just that, SO quick (astoundingly so, and the waxing is very precise at the same time), and the whole appointment was 15-20 minutes max. I will be visiting MODE regularly for my Brazilian upkeep. My husband was thrilled as well (bonus!!). Thanks so much ladies - you are superb.Add to list Edit

I have been in twice for appointments and once for a touch up. Even though it wasnt perfect the second time, I am still very happy with the service.When I called to see about getting it touched up, the owner took it very personally to assure I was completely satisfied with the results. It will be a great training example to assure all future clients get the very best service possible.I will be back!

I recently visited the salon and had an underarm, eyebrow and lip wax done by Courtney and she was fabulous! She was incredibly professional and very efficient. Having your underarms waxed is not the most comfortable feeling and Courtney made the process very easy and as comfortable as possible. I would recommend her to anyone for any waxing needs!

Its a hair better than most.

I have never done the wax that I was trying to get done so I didnt know how to prepare for it I thought shaving a few days before would be a good idea when I got there they were super nice and professional I was super uncomfortable when I walked in just for the fact I was going to have to take my pants off she put me at ease as soon as she started talking to me. When she looked at the area to be waxed she realized that I had shaved the area a few day before so instead of just waxing she explained to me that she could do the wax that day but she would rather wait so all hair has the same cycle or something and then if I waited everything would be all smooth

This was my first time getting a Brazilian and I picked Shyana and she was amazing, the waxing was less painful than I thought and the appointment went pretty quick as well. I will definitely be going there again!

Shiloh is amazing! She is professional, quick and efficient. She made me feel comfortable in one of the most uncomfortable situations! I love that they have snacks and beverages while youre waiting, and the salon is modern and clean. I would definitely recommend Shiloh and the salon in general to anyone weather this is a first time wax or have been waxed before.

So I messed up my appointment twice, and I called & asked aplogized & asked if there was anyway they could get me in right now, & they did. It was quick. They were super friendly & understanding. I also like that you can book on line. The studio is nice & appeared to be clean. I will definitely go back.

I came to Mode when I was 8 months pregnant and Nellie did a wonderful job, was fast and efficient and kept the atmosphere light and friendly. To say the least, I am very unimpressed with my lash services here. I’ve had two appointments with two different esthetician’s thus far. My first appointment was for a full set of classic lashes, a week ago and by the end of the first week I ended up needing a fill. I went in for a hybrid fill last night and my lashes look horrendous. I have “bald” spots where it looks like the esthetician missed filling in. The lash lengths don’t align with each other giving me a very unnatural shape/look.

5-21-18 Met with Ashley and had dermaplaning procedure.Ashley was very professional and very informative.A facial & cleansing was part of the procedure. My face felt and looked great after. I am going for a second treatment next month. Highly recommend 👍~Shirley

I originally visited 6 months ago to get lashes before an event from Groupon and did not intend on keeping them on for so long, but I had such a great experience and they look so amazing that I can not stop going every two weeks so see Alyssa. She is professional and chill and does a great job and I look forward to my time with her each week. I also appreciate the Salon, it is clean, pretty, and cozy and all the ladies are friendly. As long as I have lashes, I will be going to Mode!

I went to get eyelash extensions and my eyebrows waxed and tinted for the first time, not only was Mode such a relaxing environment but Ashley was knowledgeable and super friendly. I had Melissa and my wife had Shyana.Upon entering the studio we were greeted and immediately noticed the clean, professional atmosphere.Our appointment started right on time. We were given directions in our rooms. Their directions and run down of the procedure were clear, concise and thorough.I was immediately at ease and felt comfortable with the entire process.
