All of my nails were horribly shaped. The middle finger is crooked and they didnt match my toes and fingers. The sides and cuticles were not even filled all the way. Honestly the worst set of nails that I have ever had. They also didnt get all of my old polish off of my toes. The whole job just looks ghetto.

They are great! Took me in at last minute. Explained a situation I had experienced elsewhere and had the owner assist me! Did the job right and nails came out better than I expected. They corrected damages done.

I walked in just to get my nails reshaped, I didnt need a fill in . A woman came to the front and told me to go bck where I got my nails done, I said ok. I went on there because I was in that parking lot for another store and didnt feel like driving across town to the original nail spot. But thats what I ended up doing going bck across town getting my nails reshaped. Not sure if there is a policy ect. I wasnt given a reason, it seemed rude to me.

Staff was great! Fast, efficient and accommodating without complaining to others in a foreign language. Sometimes they dont realize that others can understand what they are saying. I had visited another place in RockHill on Mount Gallant and had a really bad experience, so I called this place and they took me in last minute shortly before closing and fixed my issues.

I went here for the first time today, Kim was great with providing me wuth a new overlay on y nails. My pedicure was done by an older gentlemen who seemed as if he had no clue what he was doing. He didnt trim nir cut my toe nail merely filed them and the polish OMG it took him longer to polish my nails than to get my new overlay and it still looks like trash. i was annoyed and so ready to leave bc i was ready to SPAZ out. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK OF GETTING HIM

I went to get my nails done a full set to be exact and the lady cut my nails wayyy to short I told her they were to short, the lady got a attitude she had to soak them off the lady had another person so I had to go to another lady the lady, that I went to told me that she couldn’t do my nails because they closed in thirty minutes her exact words were “ we don’t have time for you, you don’t kno your decision we not do your nails,” so I left and two more ladies came in right behind me to get the exact same thing I wanted, I don’t recommend that you come here they are veryyy rude!😡

Awesome!! Love this place!! I always ask for Kim. Since the first day I walked in the door, shes been terrific. It doesnt matter if I have to wait a short time to be seated, as long as I feel like Im taken care of. Shes so detailed and very easy to have conservation with. Highly recommended!

She cut me up a lot, both my big toes and several fingers. I should not have this many cuts on my cuticles!

The staff is always friendly. Everything is clean, and sterilized. I always get the best when Im here. My daughter is always smiling as well.

I called ahead to see how long a mani pediatrician would take to do, he said 1hr. That was perfect for me, I showed up 10mins later. He got me right in and finished in 45 mins. The session went great. He was friendly, good, and quick. My nails look great and Im a stickler for perfect nails so that says a lot. I will be back again.my friend has been looking for a great salon and I will be recommending nails 1st.

In from out of town. Kim was very good and detailed with my deluxe pedicure ($37). Availability of product was good. Sanitation is very good. Place was clean and appearance was presentable. Staff was welcoming. Ive been to spa all over the world, this place rates on par with some of best. For now this will be my choice when I come to visit Rock Hill.

Got my mom and me our first pedis. They were super gentle with my mom, who has bad legs and feet due to health conditions. They treated her with respect. Everyone is very kind. They have dividers on all three sides while you are getting your feet done, and the place is very clean.

Everytime I go they do an amazing job and I never have to wait long at all.

Best nail Salon in Rock Hill. They are so nice and professional. Their sanitation is excellent. Their pedicure products are Vegan and packaged in kits. Lots of different choices that are all wonderful. Also comes with an amazing hot rock message. Ive been to alot of shops and this one is hands down my favorite. You wont be disappointed!

First visit here and I will return. I have the dip nails and was very disappointed with the work done by another salon. Lisa did excellent work! I was actually able to get a two tone dip, which I have never seen before on anyone and it was perfect. And ladies, I thought the price was right.

I only get my eyebrows done here. They never mess it up and I love the ladies there. They’re always professional and kind to me. I generally only go there for my pedicure and manicure as well. They put a lot of effort into it! I appreciate them.

I have been getting my manicure and pedicure here for almost 8 years. Great environment and customer service. Very professional and relaxing atmosphere. The nail tech Daly is absolutely amazing with designs, her craft and very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended.

Overall the visit itself was not enjoyable, the lady who did my full set barely spoke to me at all and she was super rough to where my fingers were sore for almost two days after. Also, the nail polish had warped and cracked open so I had to go back and get it repaired (I woke up to a my nail polish split all the way down and open), and then have them tell me it was my fault because of the way it dried inside their machine... Mind you it had been at least two or three days since I had them done. The nail polish also has bubbles and streaks, the nails arent shapped correctly and the clear coat is peeling. I just dont recommend anyone going here. I wasted $45 dollars for nails Im not happy with.

Walk-in at 4:45 pm on Tuesday. Only three nail techs and two pedicure specialist. Waited until 5:54 just to be told I have an appointment, no other tech asked assist ne before then. I had to be at work at 7pm. Lack Of Communication & Professionalism.

I have been going to this place for about 2yrs now and my last pedicure and full set of gel nails was the worst experience Ive ever had at any nail salon. Kevin done both my feet and nails. Well my feet were as rough as when I walked in there, not smooth at all. My nails were not shaped correctly and started lifting the very next day. I went back to get them fix or replaced and Kevin refused to do them again so the owner goes to the register and gets money I spent on my nails and gave it to Kevin to give to me well, he didnt hand it to me as he should have he threw it at me and reached into his pocket and took out the amount I tipped him and threw that at me as well. I told him he could keep the tip and he stated he didnt need it...what the heck are they working for if its not tips and building relationships with customers? I told him in front of everyone in there that was very unprofessional and I would never be back!!!

Had a pedicure appointment Saturday. The nail tech started on me right away but was done with my pedicure in 15 minutes. Then had a gel manicure which was also done in 15 minutes. Tech cut my nails even though I asked her not to and didnt bother to even rub the lotion into my hands and arms. Gel has already started to peel off. Definitely will not be back.

Went and got a full set yesterday haven’t had as good as service as this place absolutely loved it the woman was very polite. My appointment was at 5:45 I got there on time.”,checked in got pulled to the back with in minutes. My nails came out exactly how I asked :)

My nails came out HORRIBLE!!! The powder was blotchy, it was supposed to be blue ombre with a nude color but instead it was basically all blue, the nail technician was wayy too rough, she left glue all over my fingers and they hurt from all the roughness!!!

I had a very nice experience, while there and was very happy with the pedicure and nails. Will definitely be returning. I love that they hire everyone also, the only place I have seen such diversity among their employees, they hire skill and talent not just family. Everyone is so nice and really do great work.

If you are going to go here make sure you make an appointment first. I waited for about 2 hours from the time they first opened. I was waiting f that long for nothing . I got a full gel set just for my nails to start lifting after a couple of days. Sad to be honest I would not go back here nor would I recommend anyone too. But for them to be so busy someone must be doing something right just not on my nail unfortunately.

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to in my life. Two of my nails popped off on the 2nd day. I called to inform them on what happened...and I was hung up on. The third nail popped off yesterday and all of the rest of my nails are lifting. So you mean to tell me on the 10thday of having a full gel set.... I need a fill-in? Im so confused. The manager was crappy and the nail tech that did my nails wasnt apologetic in the least bit. Honestly this was this worst customer service Ive seen in my life. Furious is an understatement for me right now!

Been going to nail 1st for months. Today I go to get my nails done and asked for the dip powder. I wear my nails short, very short and been getting them done short every time I go. The nail tech I usually get was not available. So another tech refused to do my nails because she says I don’t need to get them my nails short. I pay for my nails to get them done the way I want. The nail tech actually got mad because she couldn’t do my nails the way she wanted to. Will never go back!

I had a facil wax. The woman who helped me was nice and polite. She made sure the wax wasnt too hot, she took her time. I am very pleased and will be coming back. I just wish I had asked for her name.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Customer Service. Arrived at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and NO ONE was in the waiting area yet they were no longer taking reservations. What’s disappointing is that they don’t close until 7 pm. This has happened on at least 3 different occasions. They either need to get more people working. You don’t want to be disappointed. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME or SPEND your MONEY here.

Expansive, and they dont even know how to do a pedicure,, nail polish are old. I dont recomend this place..

I believe this has been the best pedi I have ever had. The staff are friendly and understandable. I cant tell you how relaxed I am after my 45minute pedicure...Heaven in a little shopping center.

I have come to them for over a year to get my eyebrows waxed and always had good service. Today, changed my attitude about them. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed, as usual, and when I finished I paid and left. Once I got in my car I noticed that my eyebrows were a lot shorter than they usually are. I went back into the store and explained my dislike. The woman who waxed my eyebrows as well as the owner or manager just starred at me. I explained to them why I didnt like my eyebrows and insteadnof understanding they disregarded my complaint and continued to stare at me. They didnt offer me a solution or a refund. I will not be returning to this place of business because I feel like they shouldve came up with a solution and tried to make sure I left happy

This is the only nail salon that I go to here in Rock Hill! ! My husband loves getting his pedis here as well. I highly recommend this salon, neither of us has had a bad or unpleasant experience. We have been going here since November of 2015.

Kianna is the best, and its unfortunate that the owner (lady) has a disgusting nasty attitude and lacks professional customer service skills. The lady owners nasty and disgusting attitude is why I will never return here, its not the technicians, its the lady owner. She needs to take professional customer service skills from her sweet husband, bc hes great at it and she lacks it. Ill take my money elsewhere and if she is nasty to you I highly encourage you to do the same.

Tried to give this place a shot since moving to the new location. On a Saturday they had only five techs working. I literally was there at the time it was posted that the doors were open. There were already 4 people in pedicure chairs. Literally I watched two techs laugh and giggle with their pedicure clients for an hour. I waited exactly one hour before I was asked to sit for a manicure, and the lady disappeared for another 10 minutes. I had another appointment, so I asked another employee if I could make an appointment and come back, she rudely told me “she’s doing an eyebrow wax. You can wait its ok”. Ummm no tf it’s not. Rude, unorganized staff that doesn’t respect your time.

Kim is the only nail person I will go to! Shes amazing, a great experience everytime!

Lisa rushed on my nails, asked to get them in coffin shape. They we’re all different shapes and when said something to her about it she got mad. I even mentioned to her while she was doing them that they were not correct she told me it was the way i hold my hand. If I could give no stars I would cause I spent money to only not be satisfied.

Dont go here if you plan on get stiletto nails or ballerina nails. I got mine done in a ballerina style and it did not come out how I wanted it to at all. All of shapes are uneven and the lady that did my nails didnt even square off the ends correctly.
