Very accommodating staff, friendly and they do a good job.

I always enjoy my time there. The south Broadway shop wanted to charge me from 55 dollars just for my nails and 5 to 10 dollars per nail for designs. Miracle mile only charged me 40 for long nails and that included diamond rinds on two fingers. I didnt mind giving them a 5 dollar tip.

I had the most terrible experience at this nail salon. Who ever was doing my nails had no idea what she was doing. My nails and toes turned out terrible! I had another nail tech paint over the dip powder that the other nail tech messed up (looked a little better) but still not good and not what I asked for! All of the women working found it funny after seeing them. Very unprofessional! Also shortest pedicure I have ever gotten and had to have the lady go over my toes again because not all of my nails were painted completely. Waste of money.. I do not recommend this place.

Best set of nails I’ve ever gotten, they were ready for me right away when I got there as well! I was and am extremely satisfied, on top of it all they follow covid-19 guidelines strictly. It was a wonderful experience and I will be going back to them whenever I need something.

I always enjoy going here for manicures or pedicures as they are very consistent with high-quality service, friendly customer service, and attention to detail. Ive felt very comfortable going there during COVID as they are diligently cleaning, practicing social distancing and have partitions up between customers and employees. Their extra efforts to make my appointments relaxing are appreciated.

I was visiting the area from Mi and had some extra time. Got in same day for a pedicure. Tina was very welcoming and gave me a wonderful pedicure. She took her time and my toes look great. Really nice place and I enjoyed the leg massage.

I love Jenny, she rocks but have personally asked Lynn the owner for new product and new gel colors a few times and was told they are coming yet there has been no new colors nor any new product like magnetic, metallics, or any of the new products other salons have.And today I was told prices have gone up 5.00 with no new products to use?I have to keep rotating the few colors I like just so I can keep seeing Jenny #1 who does amazing job.Customer satisfaction is the key to a great business.

I recently visited this salon for getting my dipping powder nails done with my aunt and Jenny took care me. The tech working on me was excellent! She Was massaging my hands and removing the cuticles when she was done my nails. Which she did flawlessly!When she finish, my nails were just perfect! I really like how they looked, thanks Jenny.

A person knows when someone is talking about them. The two gals attending my friend and I did just that. Then the gal doing my pedicure didnt even put the right color that I requested. I didnt notice Im I got home an showed the old man. He asked when I started liking purple.... I looked closer and sure enough, purple. Not burgundy. May seem petty but I like to get what I pay for.

Called to see if there was a pedicure opening. When I got there, Tina had the water ready. Nice soak and gentle hands! Great polish in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Will go back again!

Hit or miss. Not really walk in friendly with a short staff and they close early without warning. I live so close, I wanted this to be my go-to place but it’s not even worth the prices.

Just had a great overall experience.

I’ve been coming here for 6ish years as they’ve gotten more popular. My biggest complaint is that even though you have an appointment, you don’t always get seen at that time. I’m not sure if they overbook or what; this morning I had at appointment at 9:15am and I didn’t get seen until 9:40am. They all do a great job with mani/pedis and gel, but acrylic kind of depends on who you get. They also recently increased their prices and it’s just not worth it to me. I think it’s time to take my business somewhere else.

I called ahead to ask if they had room for a walk in. By the time I got there they already had the water running for my pedicure. Loved how the pedicure looked and the massage at the end of was nice touch.

I went to this place a couple of weeks ago. My friends told me come here but the quickest pedi I have ever had, polish was starting to wear off within three days.the lady kept getting up to go talk to a person. this place is no good, bad customer service. Her name is TINA . I will NEVER go back there and do not recommend them for anyone who wants a real pedicure .

Would not recommend miracle nails!! Why? The owner charged me $15.00 for a fill if I paid cash,if I used a credit card the charge was $20.00. several times I left with cuts from the Dremel, which was always my fault they would say! And they discriminate against black people, the owner would say they never pay! Ive been there when black people come in,they will say we are booked. When a different race came in they would say yes we have time pick a color!! I would schedule my appointment for next time, when I got there the owner would say I forgot to write it down,this happened srvseve times. On October 6th 2018 I went for my scheduled appointment I walked in the owner saidnot todayI said yes today! She then said that she had an appointment to go to, she wanted to know if I could come back later. I turned around and left!!! That was it for me.. Oh did I mention the owner had been doing my nails for 18 plus years!!

The people there are very nice, but the shop is not great--not cozy or modern. My nails turned out just fine, though.

Worst pedi of my life. Didn’t even smooth out my feet. Took all of 15 min from start to finish. Rip off
