Mary made sure i got in quick and the lady who did my pedicure was super gentle and nice! I usually have a really hard time getting pedicures because people are pretty rough with my feet and theyre sensitive. Im from out of state and finding a new nail salon is an intimidating thing but KT made it so easy! Also theyre following CDC guidelines so well, I felt very safe! Going back soon for a full set :)

This place was amazing, we had a problem with my daughters nails. We called them Mary answered the phone told us to come right in and she would fix it at no charge. She stated that if anything goes wrong with in the two weeks just to call and they will fix it. She did exactly what she said! Mine I had no problems with they still look amazing 2 weeks later.

Ive been going to Marys salon for over four years. I wouldnt ever go anywhere else. Staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and do a fantastic job every time. Paid 70 for a pedi at an upscale salon in Pittsford and it didnt even compare to the ones I get here. Thanks guys!

I just got my nails done and I’m in love with this place. The price for a full acrylic set was cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been to and the lady was super friendly even though I didn’t understand anything she said. A+ job definitely recommend it.

I had a really pleasant experience here. I received a pedicure, it was just what I needed. My callouses were smoothed out, feet massaged, nice hot stones to massage my legs, toe nails polished, and to boot, this was all included in their basic pedicure with phenomenal pricing. I literally paid half of the price of a pedicure I received in Virginia. Definitely going to be getting pedicure more often since its super affordable.Overall really relaxing and satisfied.Review update:While at this salon, the guy cut my lateral nail fold to the point where it wouldnt stop bleeding. I felt a cut and did the typical reaction of pulling my hand away. The tech then stated that I shouldnt have moved when he was the one holding my finger. He blamed me for the incident then proceeded to charge me full price. I wont be going here again.

I always ask for Mary to do my acrylics and have never been disappointed! She does an flawless job and makes them look so natural for me! Mary is very friendly and a fun person to have do your nails. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Avoid at all costs! I went here hoping for a simple manicure, and maybe it’s been a while since I didn’t have gel done BUT to get my nails to dry in between him applying polish, he told me to hold it up to the light... like really? Several nails smudged, and the only way they had me get them “dry” was to hold under a light. I will never waste my money here again.

Always get a great pedicure here. The techs are never rough on my feet like some places can be. I’ve never gotten the spa pedi, but I’ve always been happy with the services included in the regular!

Used to be a decent shop. Is sanitary, buy poor service, tech rushed through my pedi to get to another customer. Polish started chipping after a week and a half. Wont be returning.*UPDATE: Went again today with my daughter before she leaves for college for the summer. Anna and Mai did an amazing job on both of us! Much better than the last time!

This was my first time here with 2 of my girls. The pedicures were very relaxing& polished really neat. My daughter got a full set which turned out beautifully as well. The price was less than the mall. Was happy with the experience.

Mary is the best. Very clean, relaxing place. I have had acrylic nails for nearly 30 years and Mary is, by far, the best at French fills. I am a former nail technician and have to say that they do everything thing right!

First visit here and immediately I felt welcome. The woman doing my nails asked me about 50 times if I wanted Gel. I said no thankyou multiple times. after all that, I told her what shape nails I wanted. She had no idea what Stiletto meant, even though they have a chart on the wall with the different shapes/names. She very quickly did my nails and the shape is not good. all are different, some are not even to a sharp point like it should be. 3 days later and my nails look like its been a week. Not too happy with the service.

Rude staff, made me feel unwelcome. They did a rush job on my nails and they do not value loyal customers. I just moved to Rochester from Miami and I thought that this would be my go-to salon but after the way I was treated today they just lost a long time customer. I can not believe the bad attitude of some of the people that work here. Their manicures are OK, but I prefer to feel welcome and valued when I am paying and tipping for a service.

I got a gel manicure from here and it lasted 2 whole days, Ive never had a gel manicure go that fast before. My sister also got a gel manicure and it chipped that same day. The people there were nice.

Love k nails, loyal customer for 6 years. They have the best pedis, my nails are always beautiful. They are always busy so calling a head will guarantee you a spot.

I was not asked what shape of nail I wanted, the nail tech made me bleed twice when she was taking off the gel polish from my acrylics, I stated that I wanted square nails and they are extremely uneven in length between the nails and they are not flat squares, they are lopsided and extremely uneven, some have curved corners and some are sharp, the sides were not filed appropriately and are uneven as well, the polish was not applied in an even manner either, and she did not allow adequate or equal time for my nails to dry under the lamp. I am very disappointed.Update: one nail started lifting 45 minutes after I left the salon. I went back and had another technician redo my gel color at no cost and he had to be very careful of the areas that were bleeding from the other technician.

To begin, if I could have given 0 stars I would have. This is a must read for all those new to the Rochester area. My experience was horrendous. Being new to town I was looking for something close by. I found the salon and saw mixed reviews but decide to give it a try. Walking in, the place looks dirty and the longer you sit there you can see more and more wrong with it. Its just gross.All I wanted was to remove the little gel left on my nails and a new (not gel) manicure. Looking at the very small selection of colors nothing was organized, the bottles were nearly empty or had nail polish stuck all over the outside (again just dirty). I ended up asking if they just had a clear coat because I saw nothing amongst the chaos. She did not have one and so I settled on a creamy white/clear she picked. Then she had to remove my gel and she used an electric file which became very hot and burning my hands and as I would (gently) flinch she got more and more angry. She then began rushing through. Left the acetone for all of 10 seconds before scraping and filing my nails even more. My nails looked awful (scratched/dented/uneven) and she didnt even try to fix them. The worst part though she dug a hole into my finger with the file due to her rushing she began filing my skin. I began to bleed and she proceeded with the manicure and didnt say a word. By the end, I left with awful nails (you could actually see all the scratches through the nail polish), no lotion, no hand massage, a bleeding finger, no back massage (you know the quick one while you begin drying). Maybe I was just spoiled at the salon I used to go to but at least there it was full service and you got what you paid for. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Zena is the most amazing, creative artist i have meet this far in my life! You show her a picture of anything and she recreates it perfectly! Your nails are her canvas!

We decided to go here because we had some good recommendations. We arrived 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday and they were packed. Instead of sending us away they told us they would be more than take care of us if we came back in an hour (after normal closing time). When we returned they took care of us right away. They didnt rush us or make us feel out of place for being there after hours. They were very friendly and did an excellent job. The prices are very reasonable and they provide excellent service. I will be returning in the future and I highly recommend K Nail for anyone.

Just had my first visit today to K Nail, and could not be MORE pleased !!Asked for Mary, as I saw other reviewers praising her work.Soooo true !!!I came in for an acrylic fill that had some problems and walked out with a perfect set of nails !!!Very friendly staff, busy with phone calls and walk-ins the entire time I was there.A sign of a very good salon !! : )

I read the amazing reviews online for knails so I decided to check them out and get a full set.... I must say while my nails looked exactly as I wanted them to the product was terrible and my nails fell off within a week.... Very disappointed I would recommend spending the extra money and going to a higher end salon.

(This is my first review ever which says a lot) First time being here.. Pedi was okay but Polish is very sloppy and my pinky toe was not fully painted.. got a gel manicure done by some older guy. He was very nice but my gel manicure was honestly awful! Its all over my fingers, on my skin, bubbly, very uneven, you can see lines, etc. Theyre embarrassing, I will have to get them redone somewhere else. Never had a gel manicure this bad before.. I will unfortunately never be returning or suggesting this place to anyone.

Went here for gel nails, all did they was use gel nail polish, they did not push my cuticles or clean up my nails at all. At the end you could still see my old nail polish color on the edge of my nails because they did not get all of it off and when using the new polish he missed half of my nail. Would not return there. Also over priced for how terrible the service is.
