The SOURCE in Greece was awesome with my 40 year old wedding band and anniversary ring! They custom repaired, combined, resized, and put the sparkle back into my keepsake that means the most to me. Their jewelers are the best!

Natalie was very helpful when I came into the store, prompt greeting, and straight to business. She asked what I needed with was a spacer for a ring and was honest by saying that the ring may be too wide for it to fit or work. Luckily, she made it happen and I got exactly what I needed from “The Source”. They have definitely received more of my business than the others such as Kay’s/Zales due to their excellent customer service as of recently and will continue to. I look forward to having a reason to come back and spend more money in a store that appreciates it as well as the customer.

First off, they do an excellent job with social distancing by making you sign in so that youre not waiting in any lines. The hand sanitizer is plentiful as well. Very knowledgeable staff and extremely friendly and helpful. The engagement ring that I purchased was unique and simply gorgeous. The other items purchased (birthstone ring, bracelet) were also high quality and beautiful. Youre not going to get the same value anywhere else unless its another The Source location. Dont waste your time at the mall.

I had a short visit at The Source, but the staff didnt take long to make me feel unwelcome. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring on an online store, and everything about the ring is perfect expect for the sizing. Its a little bit too big, and since he bought it online, I decided to go to a few jewelry stores in my area to get my correct sizing before sending the ring in to be resized. The Source was my first stop of the day, and when I walked into the store, I was greeted nicely, and I told them that I recently got engaged and that the ring is too big, and I wanted to get my correct size before sending it back. As soon they realized that the ring hadnt been purchased at The Source, the woman who helped me was very rude. She led me to the desk where they keep the ring sizer, and she grabbed it out of the drawer and tossed it on the counter and said nothing. I started checking the different sizes, and when I found one that fit I confirmed with her that it was a 6.5 and she said yup and I said thank you, and handed her the ring sizer and she took it, threw it in the drawer and slammed the drawer shut. I said thank you, have a nice day and the ladies in the front said bye. Obviously, my engagement ring was not purchased through them, but if I had had a better experience, they couldve had the chance at gaining my business in the future.
