Never in my life have I had worse customer service. These people were the rudest salespeople I’ve ever met. I brought in jewelry for repair and after overpaying compared to competitors. It broke immediately. Take your money somewhere else. Hannoush jewelers deserve to go out of business.

Horrible customer service. Took a watch in for repairs and 3 months later still not fixed. They called for even more money after I had already paid. Very rude on the phone when you call to check. So sad its no longer a Littmans. Never had trouble when it was. Dont buy or take anything there. You will regret it.

I recently bought a 14k yellow gold 2MM Diamond cut rope necklace for my lady friend from them. I made the mistake of not investigating the cost beforehand. They charged me $800. On investigation I found the average cost locally was in the $200 to $300. I have learned a valuable but costly lesson and will not be using them again.

It was the worst experience EVER! My fiancée had went and picked out my ring I loved it, a month later the soughtering broke ( I was just taking off my sweatshirt after work) bam there’s my diamond in the bath tub . Took it up, they said they were gonna have to send it out. I was upset ( felt gynxed .) they did give us full price and we upgraded the ring. I was VERY happy with it and the customer service . LESS than a week after getting it ($4,200 ring) I had a diamond fall out and all I was doing was taking my ring off to put meat away, the only thing they could tell me is they’ll send it out to be fixed. My ring should have never fell apart after a week. Thankfully I was able to find the diamond. After all that hassle I shouldn’t have to send my BRAND NEW ring out to be fixed .trust me I know accidents happen but 2 in a row, shouldn’t be happening. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE going there.

I ordered my fiancés engagement ring before New York closed down for quarentine, back in March. I realized shortly after that all their locations were going to shut down and I was gonna be in limbo, so I waited it out. Cut to June, I reached out through their online comments/requests board to figure out the status and in no time at all I got a phone call assuring me the ring was being worked on prompt to reopening. I got it mailed over night from Massachusetts only days later and was able to still propose they way I planned it. I want to thank you so much for helping so quickly in such uncertain times.

They have the BEST customer service!! When my husband and I first started looking, all of the different styles in information was so overwhelming, not to mention our worries about the price tag. We mostly dealt with Minka who really made the whole process feel simple and easy, and walked us through every single step! One of our biggest concerns was financing, as we knew going in that there is generally a pretty hefty interest rate, which obviously we wanted to avoid, but they helped us apply for one of their no credit needed options, and made sure we got everything we were looking for! Honestly couldnt be happier with the ring AND the experience!

When my fiance bought my ring he had great customer service. Unfortunately I had to have the ring cut off 😪. When we brought it in to be fixed and resized the customer service was amazing, I was not able to catch the name of the 2 working but it was a younger female and male. They cant wait to jam a credit card down your throat and then charge 3 grand on it without your permission or your knowledge of them doing so. No item in hand, no phone call, no receipt, no order placed, just a $3,000 charge. Not trustworthy at all and super shady. Looked at a ring and told them I would think about it and maybe come back and order. 3 weeks later get a statement from the card that has never been activated with a $3,000 balance. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Poor communication. They charge your account to hold a price on an item and where not very clear thats how they do it. Almost gave me a heart attack when I had a bill in the mail for something I didnt agree to purchase yet if at all.

Once they heard that I was looking at other stores they matched and then beat the price of the other stores. Awesome purchase!
