Was looking for a wedding band. The lady that helped me insulted me and told me to go to Walmart. I went to The Source across the parking lot and they got me exactly what I wanted and gave me a huge discount.

Purchased a necklace and earrings and the experience to start was not so good but, Gary the new Manager, stepped in and took complete control of the situation and I have to say, He did an exceptional job. He made my experience at Kay Jewelers great. I will definitely be going back and just want to say THANK YOU GARY FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND PATIENCE

Bought a necklace online with my daughters, my wife’s, and my birthstones. It gave my wife a rash all across her neck(obviously used cheap materials to make it). Went to return it, they said they wouldn’t do it because it was personalized. Don’t bother with these big jewelry companies, especially not this one. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Not a good experience the lady that came to talk to me and my fiance. Was very condescending I believe its cause I was wearing clothes that I wear to work on vehicles in that were all grubby being that I had come from work. Ive done buisness with kay in the past but at this point in time would not go back.

Impossible to get them to answer the phone. Also bought my wife’s wedding band in full at the time of ordering it. They told me it would be in that next week. Here we are coming up on our wedding date with no wedding band! Save yourself the hassle and just go to a different location. Customer service is just horrendous.

Walked in and had no clue what to look for, I asked the employees for some assistance and they assisted me with no problem. They asked me a couple questions and gave them a straight forward answer. With that, they brought me to a specific section and the choices were amazing. I thought I was going to spend hours there looking, but I ended spending 10 minutes and walked out with the perfect gift. I highly recommend going there if your looking for a gift for your partner.

Purchased a ring in May-had to have it sized. Came back in 2 weeks to pick it up, was still too big, the associate told me to wear it awhile to see how it felt. Went back in September to have it resized-come to find out it had never been sent out the first time to be sized!!!!!!!!! Went back to weeks later to pick up again. Had been sized-surprise! Informed the manager of my experience, she could have cared less-she was too busy stuffing her face behind the counter with another associate-wow-very professional-NOT!

I would Never recommend anyone do a special order there...I place an order on 5/18/2018 the order came back wrong..So they reorder it 0n 5/28/18 I still havent received my order.When I went into the store a month later in June and spoke with the store manager Ericka she assure me that my order will be in soon Now is July and still no order.I called and left message for the store manager to call me,she never did.So I went in and cancel my order and requested a refund. They were unable to give me a refund on the spot stating they had just open and had no money in there draw..So I have to wait up to ten days for a check refund.They try to talk me out of canceling my order but thats ridiculous how they do business like THIS.Never did I received a reply or even a call from the manager....Inexcusable.I would never do business with them again...Very disappointed.....

I purchased a mens ring. It has to be special ordered. After I paid for it I was told it would take 4 weeks, but they would put a rush on it. The sales person was either a James or Rob, maybe Jay (oops) he is a smug jack a%& ??? not sure Four weeks later know one followed up. Called and spoke to Ericka would looked it up, no other info. provided on the status. She said she would put a rush on it and call us back with the status. When we did not hear from her we called the next evening. Someone picked up the phone loudly said hello and set the phone down. Know one ever picked it up again. I could hear the staff chatting away. Called a second time and it happened again, the third time know one answered. Called the customer service line, the rep. did not seem concerned that I was having a issue. She called the store herself, came back and said the manager said she would look into and call back today (Saturday or on Monday). OMG - someone at this point should have been able to tell us the status of the ring after 4 weeks. I had enough, brought the receipt back and requested a refund. The staff was sitting behind the counter at least 5 of them, doing nothing. The sales person who sold us the ring, was smug and acted as if it was no big deal that they had lost our business. When I mentioned the phones he said its the day after black Friday we were busy. This was 15 minutes before I came to the store. There were no customers in the store. I will never shop there again. Based on previous reviews I dont know why some of the staff that work there are still there. I did try and take the survey that it noted on the bottom of the receipt and for some reason, the site wouldnt allow me to. I finally called the 800 # for Kays. The women was very apologetic, she took my complaint and I was offered a gift card. Bottom line poor customer service as noted in previous review on the Kay Jewelers in Greece Ridge Mall. TO bad the CEO couldnt be contacted.

Worst customer service ever. Very rude and they dont support their customers well being. They dont care to replace life time warranty items. Im on my third ruby bracelet and they complained and wouldnt let me exchange for a different item when other Kay Jewelry has. Very disrespectful. I wont go their to buy another item in my life!!! They definitely need to management. Victor is amazing theyre going to help me because they support their customers and want to keep them happy.

Standing outside your store waiting for you to open. Suppose to open at 11....its 11:03 and two ladies just walking around putting things out...OPEN THE DOORS!! They dont even acknowledge people standing out here waiting....Three people now waiting

First off they lack in customer service skills, i walked in today to pay off a crad balance and look at engagement rings. I was definitely ready to make a purchase at that depending on what was available, but as soon as i walked in to the store no one working bothered to awcknowledge me. No hello, nothing at that. They talked amongst eachother as i walked past and stood at the counter to let them know i had to pay off my card. I shrugged at first thinking they were all busy attending to no one at the store but after a minute of standing in silence in front of one of the reps i lost my cool and walked out. I just cant fathom what made the reps and managers couldnt attempt a hello we will be right with you while the store was empty!!!! What a shame.
