Me and my girlfriend have been together for almost 5 years. She knew relatively exactly what she was looking for. We had never been ring shopping, because she always wanted me to pick out what i would find most beautiful on her. However, i needed to have her finger sized! We went to another jeweler, and we were not impressed with the service. When we got to Riddles, we were greeted right away, and were able to go back in forth in conversation about what we were looking for. Kevin, Jess and V were willing to share the difference between lab grown and mined rings, they pulled out multiple different bands until i was happy with one. Not only that, they listened so well as to what my girlfriend wanted, they found her the perfect ring in less than 20 minutes. Extremely impressed and best service i could have imagined. If you want to have a good experience ring shopping with your loved one, i recommend going here over trying somewhere else. Virginia was kind, knowledgeable, patient and honest. It was by far my first experience with buying jewelry. She immediately quelled my nerves and steered me in the right direction. She showed me the best deal in the store at the time. I left and came back 3 times and each time she was just as helpful. It paid off because I bought the most beautiful diamonds ring and band for my wife to replace her wedding ring that doesn’t fit anymore(and wasn’t nearly as nice). Their lifetime warranty is an incredible deal as well. Another gentleman was kind and helpful at check out. Cleaned the ring right up and I gave it to my wife in store. Overall, if you are searching for quality jewelry. Riddle’s and specifically Virginia are the way to go.

Fantastic knowledge and service at Riddles. Additionally, my custom order arrived a full week early. They do not pressure you to make a purchase outside of your budget, which made me feel very comfortable in-store. I will be back next time Im shopping for jewelry.

I went in to Riddle’s Jewelry one afternoon to pick out an engagement ring, the assistant manager (Jessica) helped me pick out one that best suited my standards of what I was looking for and gave me the best deal in both price and quality. We compared a lot of different styles she also explained to me the difference between each one and helped me make my decision easy. I am more than satisfied with the service that they have given me. A sidenote is that this company is family owned so if you are looking for outstanding service and amazing quality go to Riddle’s.

They repaired a mens ring and returned to me with tool marks or grind marks still on it. after already waiting a week. the guy proceeded to tell me i was wrong and i dont know what im talking about. told me they dont make mistakes, and continued to tell me how i dont know anything, WOW. would not admit thier mistake and had to argue just to get my money back. took to another jewler next to them and they fixed it without arguments and had great service. wouldnt suggest shopping at riddles.

Holly at Riddle’s was extremely helpful when we decided to upgrade the diamond 💍 in my wedding band. The diamond that was being replaced was bought at a Riddle’s in Iowa. She explained the trade in process and helped us find a new diamond 💎 that is just perfect for us. She took the time to answer all our questions and stayed late to be sure the jeweler made the switch for us. The jeweler was great in making the band ready for a bigger diamond. He took the time to be sure it was right. I would recommend Holly and Riddle’s when looking for fine jewelry.

Holly was easy to work with and very knowledgeable I let her know what I was looking at ahead of time and by the time I met with her she had a couple different visions in mind that she walked me through had everything figured out within about an hour! Id recommend her as a sales consultant 10/10 times!

Extremely helpful and very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them for any jewelry work you need done. They have helped us replace a diamond in a wedding band, resized a family heirloom, and replaced the main diamond setting in our engagement ring. 6 days was the longest we had to wait, other times they were done in two days with the jewelry looking excellent. FYI they also offer a mayo discount.

Riddles was the first place I ever bought jewelry from and I was pleasantly greeted by Alex and he showed me what was within my budget and helped me pick out a bracelet that was perfect. The bracelet had a defective silicon ring that was wearing out quite quickly but without hesitation Riddles went ahead and did an exchange free of cost for us. It was March 28 and I was looking for just some simple wedding bands for me and my boyfriend. He was at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He was battling cancer for the second time. I called to see if they had the size we needed and they didn’t. I explained the situation that he didn’t have much time left. They told me they could stretch the largest size they had to fit him. And they did. In less than an hour. I can’t express how thankful I was that they did that for me. For us. Even though it wasn’t legal, it meant the world to me. The preacher at the hospital wrote a poem and said a prayer for us. He passed a few hours later. Not many places would take the time to do that. I will never forget that. Thank you so much.

Customer service is on another level! They genuinely care about you and your experience there, and they dont try to sell things you dont need. They find you that beautiful piece thats right for you, not for them! High quality products and not junk you can find in a lot of other places.

I went to several places in the mall to explore all of my options for an engagement ring. Not only did Riddles have better prices, but also had significantly better service. Kevin showed me a number of different rings and explained the logistics for different styles that I might want. He made me feel like I had all the time in the world to look and ask questions. I could tell he had been doing this a long time. After being helped by him all of the other stores seemed dissatisfying compared to the service he gave. It was an easy decision

Was very impressed with Riddles Jewelry store in the Apache Mall .Alex was extremely helpful in finding me a pearl to replace the one I had lost .He also sent me a text to let me know my pearl ring was all done and ready for pick up. My wife and I have bought a fair amount of Jewelry from Zales in Rochester. Weve also had a horrible, horrible experience on a custom ring at Zales. After finally getting a refund on the custom abomination, we went to Riddles to get the new ring made. Josh is amazing. He has a gift for being able to find and pick out exactly what youre looking for. The manager Holly is top notch. She and Josh arent out there trying to sell for commission. They want you to be happy with what youre buying. And having a jeweler on site isnt just a gimmick- its great being able to talk to the guy thats working on your ring. Riddles is great, we wont be going anywhere else!
