Wayne is awesome! Hes personable and friendly. He does excellent work! We took my husbands wedding band in to be fixed (it broke apart) and he revamped it like new. It looks better than the day we bought it. I would definitely recommend Wayne. I plan to have some custom work done with him very soon!

I went to Wayne to get two necklaces cleaned, as well as get the rings by the clasp replaced. Wayne was incredibly friendly, very communicative, and great to work with the entire time! He clearly knows what hes doing, and is wonderful at it. Id recommend him time and time again.

Wayne was fabulous! The diamond came out of my wedding ring, and it needed resizing, as well. His years of experience were extremely helpful in choosing the best options to get my ring back to new. His work was very high quality, and he has amazing original designs, as well.

My experience was probably not typical. However, in my case, he was all about what he wants and how he does business and the customers needs and wants can basically be damned if they arent aligned with his strategy. I wanted a simple battery change on a $99 Citizen watch, and he wanted to give it the Mercedes service treatment. Quality service! Fixed my gold chain and did an amazing job! It was my first time and Wayne was extremely kind.

I got a new watch as a gift for Christmas, but being on the slim side meant it didnt fit well. Looking up watch repair locations in Rochester, Waynes was the first to show up. I gave him a call and he told me that he could help. I met him, showed him the watch and immediately I could tell why he was the first to show up. He measured the watch on my wrist and then told me that it was good to have a little slack in the band to keep the pins from bending. I dont think most people could have told me that! He removed the spare links which took about 10 mins and cost $15. Then we preceeded to talk about his trade for another 2 hours! He is so interesting! We talked about motorcycles, watches, precious jewels and even his cats. We also talked about the only 1 star review his business received. Lets just say some people like things their way rather than the right way. If you come to Waynes, you get the right way that only 50 years of experience can teach you.TLDR: Wayne is THE master jewler in south Minnesota. If you really care about your jewelry, bring it here to get it done right and ask how you can keep it right. Hell know. That 1 star review guy had no clue what he was talking about.
