First they claim they going on vacation then when you call on the supposed return date they claim they have to quarantine because of covid for 2 more weeks but they will return on April 19th. Well the 19th has came and gone and still nobody opens up this shop. I have many repairs on jewelry I need and can’t count on Kim apparently. I was even going to throw the guy some extra cash to get them done ina timely fashion oh well guess I’ll take my business elsewhere

I brought My wedding ring to be resized, I paid in advance... and now the place is closed. Can’t get ahold of anybody to pick it up... I went there and knocked on the doors nobody answered but they all were inside the shop! I still have my receipt for bringing it in and plan on taking them to court because it’s been about a month and still nothing! I usto love this place, idk if it’s under new ownership or what, all I want is my ring back!

Stopped by after going to fast fix at Eastview who charged me $30 for a ring guard and polish.... I spoke with Kim for 5 minutes and he sized my very special ring and polished it to perfection in just 10 minutes for $10!!! This guy is amazing! The jewelry is fantastic as well! Will never use another jeweler in Rochester! Do yourself a favor and take your jewelry to this amazing Craftsman!
