Madison was wonderful in helping me pick the perfect gift for my wife. She was kind and understanding. My father-in-law was in hospice and he was adamant about finding the perfect gift for my wife before he passed away. Madison had an amazing idea to add a personal touch to the gift. She received the gift shortly before he died and they both loved it!
Great customer service! I bought a ring from James Allen and the employees at Jared were very helpful to me with ring sizing and cleaning. I will definitely be buying our wedding bands from Jared after the positive experience I have had. I don’t know who the young man working there was looked like a manager but he was especially very helpful to me.

I live in Rochester & I just purchased an expensive wedding band at the Buffalo location because it was the final one they had at all locations. However because the ring was a size 10 & I needed a 9 I could find time to come back to Buffalo or was told we can go to Rochester and get it re sized. When I called the Rochester location after explaining the information the lady said she could take me today at 5pm. Before I confirmed the appt I follow up with my finance. Than I called back 5 minutes and they said they could take me next Monday, but after I told him I just spoke with a lady to take me on today at 5pm they approved the request. When we got in, a guy greeted with tan skin slightly curled black hair with a fade hair cut and when I shared with him the information he goes that’s not something we can do. He goes you’ll have to re order it without even checking with the team. So than I responded check with your team because that’s the reason we scheduled the appt. he verified and said they can only go up or down a half size. The issue is miscommunication, & didn’t show any interest or care. Even if I was a half size down I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking it to Rochester.
I cannot say enough about how amazing the staff were at Jared in Henrietta. My engagement ring did not come from them, however, it is a bit too big and before I send it back to where it was purchased, I wanted to go to a few jewelry stores to make sure I knew my exact ring size. I dont remember the name of the woman who helped me, but she was terrific. Even though my ring isnt from Jared, she still made sure to tell me how beautiful my ring was and how well my Fiancé did at picking it out. She not only measured my finger with the ring sizers, but she also grabbed a ring out of the display case for me to try on to feel the fit of it. She also brought me over to the manager of the store so we could get his opinion on the sizing. Though my engagement ring was not purchased there, I will not hesitate to choose Jared for future jewelry purchases.

We are looking to upgrade an engagement ring so stopped by to check the selection. We were super impressed by the whole experience, especially Yvettes service. The final price was above our budget but are considering it because how perfect it is. This trip was the best experience Ive had jewelry shopping.

I wish i could rate this place a 0 star. your carpet color is gross, the glass has finger prints all over it and you disrespect first responders. i would rather dig up my own diamonds with a spoon then ever have to walk into this place let alone even have to look at your store with my own eyes

I will never buy there again, Went in to pay my charge on the day i twas due, next month got late charge. Called the number and was told they got it late, went to store they said Jerods uses third party credit company so they could do nothing. Will pay off charge and never buy there again

Refused service to a first responder today due to the t-shirt supporting local police she was wearing. She was belittle and humiliated before she was told to leave and order online. Absolutely disgusting customer service and such a disappointment for discrimination.

Unfortunately our home was robbed last year and my wife’s jewelry was stolen. Between 2001-2004 we purchased a Sapphire ring from Jareds. I wanted to replace the ring but not knowing the purchase date and how to describe the ring. I was unsure I would be able to locate the item.Staff smiles welcomed me once I entered the store. I explained my situation to the salesperson, Hilary. She was professional, helpful, and was extremely pleasant. She and her staff were able to locate the bill of sale from 2003. Furthermore they found the ring online as the exact ring was no longer carried by the store. I was not pressured into purchasing anything. Hilary and her staff were very empathetic with our situation. I will definitely be back to purchase other items!

I love the staff here! They are always friendly timely and courteous. They are extremely informative when it comes to diamonds eexclusively. They are more interested in teaching you about the diamonds before they show any interest in selling one. Very impressive.
I bought my engagement ring and wedding band here. Working with Yvette was WONDERFUL! Very knowledgeable and very patient. I wanted to change my order in the middle of checkout and she was able to have me look at their virtual diamond vault and pick out the exact loose stone I wanted. We made sure the dimensions and all the properties were just right to what I needed. She really was fantastic to work with.The store itself had a great selection to pick from as well.
Sarah was very helpful and made my experience at Jareds very pleasant. I enjoyed the quality of service and patience shown by consultants. The Jewelers performing repairs and providing estimates were very knowledgeable and helpful as well.
Jewelery selection is great and warranty is awesome but they are slow as molasses. I went in to have my earrings and necklace cleaned and inspected and my husbands wedding band and my wedding set cleaned,, inspected and to drop it off to rhodium. It took 50 minutes. 10 minutes to be helped and 40 minutes before I could leave. I wish this was a fluke but its been the trend. I have come in every 6 months for 13 years and despite improved technology, the wait time gets longer and longer.

Very unsatisfied with the jewelry here, I find it to be overpriced junk that falls apart easily. Purchased my husbands wedding ring here and it broke after only being married a few months. I have the warranty on the ring but they dont fix the ring, they just send you a whole new ring. Its very disappointing to me because the original ring is the one we exchanged our vows with. I will not be returning with any future purchases.

The staff has always been quick and attentive. They have free coffee and water for customers and if you wait they make sure you are offered some. There is a room for kids to play in. My kids love to go with when I get my ring inspected so they can play.

Husband bought me a pair of gold hoops less than a year ago spent $453. I don’t wear them often. Went to put them on today and the post broke off the earring. Have receipt. Won’t do anything because he didn’t buy the extra warranty.. if you sell quality products you shouldn’t have to buy extra warranty. Not the first time we’ve had problems with this place. Yvette is amazing & the sole reason I keep going back to Jared’s. Fiancé & I went in about 2 years ago to look at rings and the experience was amazing. Yvette is very kind & patient and did not feel pushed into anything. I have since gotten engaged and have gone back for an additional band. I also had my father go in and work with Yvette to get my mom a whole new set... she went years without wearing a ring as her previous set was dated and the head holding her diamond was broken. My mom absolutely loves her new rings & they were also able to use her original diamond in the new ring.
I waited 45 minutes to have someone give me a price for a necklace for my daughter. Horrible service!!!

I do love the engagement ring, wedding bands and Pandora charms I have received from Jared. However, in order to maintain your warranty you must get your rings checked every 6 months. This process is ridiculous. It takes forever to wait for someone to wait on you. Every time we go to drop them off (again twice a year) it is a minimum of a half hour wait. You can tell the staff is less than thrilled to be helping someone who is not purchasing. I have been going there to maintain my warranty for over 7 years and I dread going in. I wish they would have a better process for waranty work.
Customer service leaves A LOT to be desired!! Went to Jareds Friday to get my ring cleaned and to have it resized. I was also going to purchase a few Pandora charms and rings. I signed in when I first got there. There was only one person ahead of me and a worker helped him out in a timely manner. There were two women at the register and one height challenged guy. I was okay with the two women at the register ignoring me...after all they were busy with the register. I walked around the cases quite a bit looking at all the pretty baubles and picked out what I wanted to see/try on. The guy walked out from the register area several times and looked around. Not once did he ask if I needed help. I finally started looking at a catalog and overheard this guy (worker) ask a person if she was before me. She said I was here before her (meaning me) and Im trying to figure out how the heck she got there before me and also seeing her name below mine on the list. The male worker should have LOOKED at the list to see who was next! Needless to say I left and not in a very good mood. I drove almost an hour to go there and my time was wasted! I do not appreciate the terrible customer service that I endured! Your employee needs to do his job just a little bit better!
One of the best experience I’ve had in purchasing jewelry. The staff is attentive, honest, and they truly care about the experience overall with regards to giving you what you want; I must also mention providing what you want in a VERY swift timeframe. My experience involved meeting 2 lovely sales associate, the department manager *(whom is the reason for my purchase - opposed to purchasing elsewhere, not to discount the saleswomen THEY WERE GREAT), I also happened to meet the upstate NY territory manager who was surprisingly a woman. * I personally appreciate a business that allows for women in upper management. It speaks volumes about the business as a whole..I feel per my experience *which will always be one to remember 💍 that Jared’s level of service (and onsite service) is stellar to say the least, and unmatched in comparison to any “commercial/local” jeweler. I am truly grateful for every staff member who helped in delivering what is oh so dear to me ... Terrible customer service. I sent my watch in to be repaired that I bought for over 200.00 from Jared’s. The girl proceeded to hand me back my watch with the incorrect time and date! Apparently Jareds wants my money for new things but after I have purchased them then they really don’t give a damn about me after they have my money! The girl simply walked away and left me standing there with my watch WRONG DATE AND TIME!!!!I went out to my vehicle and set my own watch with the correct date and time in less than 4 minutes! I don’t think that’s too much to expect of a place that I have spent over 5000.00 in the last 2 years!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO JAREDS IN ROCHESTER, NY and don’t recommend if you want good service that you do either!! Their service is terrible!!!!

The answer on the two year warranty? Oh... so sorry... its expired.When I inquired about the difference between having the repair done through Jared or Tag, I was met with little more than a blank stare and Tag is more expensive.When I informed the assistant manager (woman with short platinum blond hair) that another Jared store would honor the guarantee (and earn future business), I got a snotty reply of, well, good for you.
I come in to check out the displays and to pay my bills. Wait time is extremely long and I just want to leave without browsing. Like the store, hate the long wait times.
Overall good experience. Happy with the engagement ring I purchased and the help of the staff picking out diamonds. I do however see what other comments have mentioned about the staff, I felt like at times the staff had a bit of arrogance about them especially when calling to have the ring resized.
