I have used Battisti for watch repairs and batteries for years. They are always helpful, make great suggestions and are very much up front when a certain watch was going to be slightly more expensive for the battery. The new store is BRIGHT, well laid out and still easy to get to with their new location. May they do extra well in the new store and I know I will be returning.

Truly the best experience Ive ever had with a jeweler! Started out by following them on IG and then fell in love with them and their work and decided to take the plunge! I had my og engagement and wedding ring pair completely reworked and updated and I am beyond satisfied with the end product. Jody provided exceptional guidance every step of the way, and really helped me nail down and execute my vision. There is no question or hesitation, DO trust them with any and all of your jewelry needs, they will not disappoint!

Jody and Lucio are the absolute best!My fiancé and I knew we wanted to use a family heirloom for my engagement ring. Working with Jody and Lucio, I was able to be a part of the design process. They were in constant communication with us during each step along the way. My favorite part was being able to try on a 3D printed version of my ring before it was made into its final form! The detail and precision is like any other and their prices are affordable. Communication and kindness is on point. They care about what they do and it shows. We are so glad we found Battisti Jewelers!

I havent experienced customer service like I did today at Battisti Jewelers in years!! The jeweler was so professional, kind, honest and truly went above and beyond to answer my (pretty mundane) questions. I felt I was treated more than fairly and that the prices were honest (so rare these days). If you want to be treated like gold I would highly recommend going for a visit. Just excellent.

Our experience was incredible!! I have been meaning to post this!!!!I am a nurse and my original engagement ring of 10 years took a beating every day, with the amount of times I wash my hands and put gloves on and take them off etc.. The prongs were worn down and my diamond was loose. My husband had intended to reset my original diamond as a 10 year wedding anniversary present as well! I explained the situation to Jody and Lucio and immediately they came up with incredible options! They were even able to use my old ring to create the new one, keeping the sentimental value! They emailed me questions and progress updates throughout the process!! They are so friendly, thoughtful, and skilled!! I am sooo obsessed with the final product- and so grateful!! Before going to Battisti jeweler, I only had a vague idea of what kind of engagement ring I wanted and what my budget was. After walking in the front door and talking with the staff I knew I had come to the right place immediately. Over the next few weeks the staff helped me do research on ring designs and precious stones. They explained different quality of stones and metals and showed me exactly what the differences looked like in person and under their microscope. They made a custom spin on a design that we found online, and made sure I was happy with the design, stone, and price I was getting before making the ring. I told them my budget upfront and they were extremely respectful and realistic with my options. I never felt any of the pressure experience at other jewelers and I got a ring I am proud to give to my fiance with a custom design, stone that I love, and in the budget that I set out for. If you are looking for a business that puts customer service above all else, there is no better place than Battistis.

Ive been going to Battisti Jewlers for several years now and have no complaints. The owner is always very courteous and will bend over backwards to make sure I am satisfied with every aspect of my purchase. I have recommended the store to many of my friends who experience the same exceptional service as well, whether it be repairing their jewelry or buying a new piece to add to their collection. The selection of new up and coming trendy pieces of jewlery along with the staff are what keep me coming back to the store.
